酒店看起來就很大氣，海景房，早上開窗就能看到大海，樓下就是大超市，非常方便，我們住兩晚，早飯就是老外餐，中國胃的話可能會覺得比較單一，必定一份早飯價位也不低，老外角度的話還是比較豐富的，整體還是不錯的！

Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que la reserva que hizo Trip fue de 2 camas individuales. Al contarles que era nuestra luna de miel, no sólo nos asignaron una habitación con cama matrimonial sino que también con vista al mar. Nos atendieron siempre muy bien, de forma acogedora. La comida exquisita. El único problema es la ubicación ya que hay que salir en Uber o similar porque es un poco peligroso salir caminando (poca vereda). Todo lo demás muy bien.

This hotel was perfect for our first visit to Iquique, the staff spoke English and were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with our limited Spanish. The room had a great view and was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were always friendly. The restaurant and bar on the top floor was fantastic and I can’t commend them highly enough, we thoroughly enjoyed their recommendations. The views and sunsets were just amazing.

非常滿意的一次入住體驗，也可以説是26天智利行獲得服務最好的一次：
前台告訴我可以憑房卡在酒店的二維碼上羅列的餐館吃飯，餐費可以計入我的會員卡攢積分（當然不是攜程卡哦）。實踐下來非常的方便，吃完牛排，餐館都不需要我簽字轉身就可以離開，相互之間的信任感滿滿滴！
酒店的免費早餐很豐富！給了我最高一層有轉角玻璃窗的房間，海景一覽無餘！
太滿意了，又加住了一天

When we arrived at the Hotel Ibis, we were not given the rooms which we h ad reserved. Both of us couples were given different rooms for which we each paid. When we arrived home I realized that we had paid twice for out rooms. I contacted trips.com and spoke to a gentleman who assured me that I would receive a refund for the $236.60 for the rooms which I had reserved. I have still not received that refund. I would appreciate it if you would send me a refund.

Fácil check in, cálida bienvenida, buen servicio y habitación cómoda. Sería bueno que la TV en el dormitorio sea smart para poder usar plataformas de streaming.
La ducha estaba un poco fría.
Excelente desayuno buffet.

GGuest UserA very satisfying stay, and it can be said to be the best service I received during my 26-day trip to Chile:
The front desk told me that I could use my room card to eat at the restaurants listed on the hotel's QR code, and the meal fee could be counted into my membership card to earn points (of course not Ctrip card). It was very convenient in practice. After eating the steak, the restaurant didn't even need my signature and I could leave. The mutual trust was full!
The hotel's free breakfast was very rich! I was given a room with a corner glass window on the top floor, with an unobstructed sea view!
I was so satisfied that I stayed for another day

GGuest UserWhen we arrived we were told that Trip's reservation was for 2 single beds. When we told them that it was our honeymoon, they not only assigned us a room with a double bed but also with a view of the sea. They always looked after us very well, in a welcoming way. Exquisite food. The only problem is the location, since you have to take an Uber or similar because it is a bit dangerous to walk out (not much of a path). Everything else very good.
