I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Hotel in Cheraga and had a wonderful experience.
The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
The service was excellent, and the staff was consistently attentive and helpful.
I would like to give special recognition to Aziz and Noureddine, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
Their friendliness and professionalism truly stood out. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Algiers.

Located on Alger hillside, can enjoy the entire city scenery within walking distance. The rooms are clean and tidy, the breakfast is plentiful, and the facility decor is modern. Good for sightseeing and short business trips.

Je dois dire que la nuit a été particulièrement agitée en raison du bruit constant de la climatisation et du réfrigérateur, ainsi que des voisins, car les murs sont très minces, ce qui permet d'entendre tout. De plus, la douche était extrêmement bruyante, et les enfants couraient dans les couloirs et claquaient les portes dès 7 heures du matin. Je dois avouer que je n'ai pas bien dormi, et je ne recommanderais pas cet endroit.
Et j'ai été déçu par le parking soi-disant privé, c'était le trottoir juste en face de l'hôtel

Initially I only wanted to check out as the intenet is not stable. But the helpfulness and thoughtfulness of Karim and Chahinez Mehdi made my stay very pleasant. Bravo to the very good staff at the reception.

J’ai passé un excellent séjour à l’Hôtel Suisse à Alger. L’accueil a été remarquable dès mon arrivée, notamment grâce à la réceptionniste Célia, dont le professionnalisme et la gentillesse font toute la différence. Toujours souriante, attentive et disponible, elle a su répondre à toutes mes demandes avec efficacité et bienveillance. Grâce à elle, je me suis senti immédiatement à l’aise et parfaitement pris en charge. L’hôtel est confortable, propre et idéalement situé, mais c’est vraiment la qualité de l’accueil, en particulier celui de Célia, qui rend l’expérience exceptionnelle. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !

The hotel is ina good location for the airport and the shared taxi stand. The buffet breakfast was really good. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The free airport shuttle is not as good as it sounds. It only goes 3 times a day.

Everything was fine. They didn't clean the room on one of the days, but we just stayed two nights. The location is very great, lot of restaurants in this area. Recommended.

There is incorrect information here on Trip.com. I went there because it said there was a children's pool.
The room has hair on the floor and the refrigerator is broken.
I think it's okay to just go to a museum and stay for a few nights

GGuest UserJ’ai passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel et j’en garde une très bonne impression. C’est un établissement simple, sans prétention, mais vraiment pratique : les prix sont très abordables et surtout l’emplacement est idéal, à seulement une minute de la station de métro Ali Boumendjel. Parfait pour se déplacer facilement.
Le personnel est un vrai point fort : hyper sympathique, accueillant et toujours à l’écoute. Grâce à eux, le séjour est encore plus agréable.
En résumé : un hôtel simple, bien situé, pas cher et avec une équipe chaleureuse. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

RRakhLovely hotel masha Allah - standouts include both the reception staff as well as the restaurant staff who were exceptional with their attentive service.
Restaurant food at Le Grand Bleu was of high quality, we experienced a lovely dinner service and we made sure to thank the head chef who was very friendly as well as the waiters.
The two young male waiters were super friendly and professional, lovely to see. Breakfast service was very good too.
Only thing about the hotel that would have been nicer is if the private bathroom had a bath tub in the Executive/Privilege with sea view and a cooler room during summer months. Still highly recommend this hotel.

Overall facilities were maintained very well.
However, this hotel lacks international power point facilities such as USB charging port and universal plug point.

GGuest UserI’ve found from experience in Algeria, customer service is not their forte. I’d suggest this is not just the HI but all service sectors in general, perhaps it’s the French influence, but regardless, across the whole residence I did not meet one cheery, polite or energetic person, everything just seemed to be troublesome or beneath them, I blame management however and somewhat by need, I will return however, let me conclude by suggesting the hotel is very nice, my room was well appointed and clean, the restaurant and food within, commendable.
As an aside, do book the hotel taxi service to and from the airport, it was efficient and very cheap compared to other countries I visit.

GGuest UserI had a lovely experience at the Atlantis Hotel. The location is incredibly central, making it easy to explore the area and access everything I needed. The customer service was excellent throughout my stay — the staff were consistently polite, helpful, and welcoming. I specifically wanted to thank Bilal, Souad, Houria. Breakfast was fresh and nicely presented with a good variety to choose from. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay. I would happily return and recommend it to others.

RRafy.ItI booked this hotel for my parents. Overall, they had a great time: the hotel is as beautiful as the photos, clean, and the staff is very friendly.
Upon arrival, they told us to call for the shuttle, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. Upon departure, however, the airport shuttle service was offered free of charge, which was greatly appreciated.
The rooms are comfortable, although there were no TV channels.
The breakfast is excellent and very varied, with both sweet and savory options.
The only real drawback is the location: there are no supermarkets or shops nearby, so it's best to have a car or take a taxi to get around and buy something to eat.
