Better than expected! 1. It's very close to the airport. You can definitely reach the terminal in 15 minutes, even with luggage! 2. I thought it would be very noisy, but with the double-paned windows, it's very soundproof! You can barely hear a thing! 3. The attention to detail is excellent! For example, since many people here are catching flights, the hotel offers breakfast starting at 3 AM! However, there isn't as much variety as after 6 AM. Also, I was worried about not having food available... but the hotel has a microwave, so you can bring your own food to heat up! All in all, I absolutely loved it!

A very modern and clean hotel. Good fixtures and fittings in the room. Rooms not massive but a good enough size for normal needs. Very good shower, good temp control and water flow. Easy walk into town for pubs and restaurants. Car parking very limited, booking essential at £15 per night. Did see other car parks near by. Only disappointment was the room safe didn't work and the fridge was not cold. The staff on site were friendly too. Definitely worth staying at if your visiting Luton.

The accessible room was very spacious, and the breakfast was excellent. The front desk staff were super friendly, and the location is incredibly convenient, being very close to the airport station and easy to find. The only downside is that the soundproofing isn't great; you can hear doors opening and closing in the neighboring rooms.

Walking from the airport to the hotel is quite a trek, especially with all the uphill and downhill slopes. The hotel itself is a bit dated, and the elevators are terrible – they frequently stop for no reason. The staff's attitude and service are just okay. Overall, my experience was pretty average.

Really conveniently located for our needs. Nice spacious room Comfortable bed with two options if needed Coffee, tea etc. available when needed. Breakfast although self produce, fave enough options and variety to start the day and journey home. Staff we saw were pleasant and very helpful. Would recommend. Thank you.

First time visiting Bedford and I loved this quick hotel here. Walkable distance to the train station, a few restaurants nearby and short distance to the center for shopping and food. . Greeted upon arrival with a smile, the rooms pretty small for a 6’3 athletic guy such as myself. However, it’s functional with everything you need.

The hotel is wonderfully situated right on the beautiful River Great Ouse. Each morning, you can watch flocks of swans glide past, and local rowing teams train – it makes for a truly picturesque and atmospheric setting. Breakfast was excellent! Would definitely love to return if given the opportunity.

Very helpful friendly reception staff , we couldn’t get in the main restaurant so they called “The willows “ which was on the same site to make sure we could get food there and also watch the football which was what interested my son. Room was lovely, clean, comfy huge bed and lovely powerful shower in the bathroom. Breakfast in the morning was buffet, constantly topped up with fresh food. Lovely quiet setting would definitely come back but would make sure we arrived in time to use the pool.

Lovely hotel it great location. Stains and hair on bed when we came into our room and the bathroom door was broken and wouldn’t close. We was also questioned into paying there for our room when it was already paid for. Don’t expect this with the price you pay to stay here.

Booked hotel because it was very close to Luton airport. Arrived and was served immediately, however I did not find the person particularly friendly. Room was clean and the bathroom large. Overall stay was nice. Room was quiet so I slept well. 4 stars
