Nice place in Llanelli town. 10 mins ride from train station. Friendly staff and lovely restaurant.

Booked a deluxe room and was allocated a room with blanked out windows in the basement level. Outside the windowns it was underneath a decked seating area which was being refurbished whilst we were there and we subject to the construction nouses, drilling from 8am etc.This was below the dining area and bar. Consequently it was quite noisy overhead. From 6am in the morning until 11pm. We stayed 4 nights and the bedding was not changed. Had to request toilet rolls and fresh towels on the third day. On a positive the staff were quite friendly and pleasant and the cooked breakfast was very good.

Breakfast was excellent. On the booking it stated they served evening meal, turns out they no longer do. We requested a room with two single beds, they were comfortable but far too narrow. The room we had looked tired and in need of updating. Drinks at the bar were extortionate at £35 plus for two large gin and tonics. Room refreshments and toiletries were lovely and in keeping with the location.

This is a very outstanding accomdoation for travellers. The enviorment and food are very good. Staff are very helpful. I stayed at the room rear door facing parking space which is very convenience. The impression of the Inn is impressive and would stay again when visting Wales. I love this Inn.

Character, history, love of place and the lovely green hills of Wales encompassing all views. Feels like an establishment. There is pride in the building, its decor and neatness; and there is a strong sense of service.

A charming place with lovely hosts.  The room was quite cramped (but there was at least one substantially larger room you might inquire about) , the bathroom spacious and well-appointed.  Great breakfast.

The transit point of the journey, the hotel is very beautiful, the parking lot is also large, and the instructions are clear. Because I arrived late, the handsome guy at the bar checked in. The next day I asked the lady at the front desk how to get there for breakfast, and both of them were very enthusiastic. He guided us very well, and he didn’t speak too fast. He spoke very clearly and it felt great to be understood😀. Breakfast was the most comfortable breakfast I had in the UK for a week, but it was a pity that I didn’t bring my mobile phone to the restaurant. The room is relatively old, but fortunately it is large enough, with two 1.5-inch double beds, and the bathroom is also quite large, but the shower faucet cannot be used, and the bathtub faucet can only be used.

In the town for business travel. Really nice hotel, old fashioned but maintained quite well. Rst is excellent.

Brilliant from start to finish great food great staff great scenery.

Nice location with brake fast excellent choice for the families.
