GGuest UserI arrived here from Manchester on Christmas Eve, on Christmas Day we had planned our check out, I travelled with my husband and my baby. We had many plans for Christmas however this took a turn. My baby was crawling in the room & one of the legs of the table fell on top on her as it was just holding on and the leg of the table was not screwed on properly. We spent our Christmas in the hospital watching over our baby.

GGuest UserCouldnt get proper sleep creeking roof, could hear guy sleeping above snoring and creecking noises when ever he moved. Manager needs to sleep in room 29 have someone sleep in the above room to experience this. Bad sound proofing even for a 2star hotel. Dont expect this from a 4star claiming hotel.
Stained carpets as well, room needs redecoration its tired

GGuest UserFirstly I would point out that Trip.com's description of this room is wrong and the hotel themselves have asked you to change this. THE HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE DOUBLE ROOM WITH A VIEW. Rooms overlook either a car park or the top of a flat roof or if you are lucky some trees.
That said we had a very nice stay at this hotel, and the food was good in the restaurant. The only place to have an alternative meal that we could see, within walking distance, was an Indian restaurant, however it was closed on the Monday, which was the night we may have gone out. The bar and waiting staff were very friendly and efficient.

The staff are incredibly friendly, and the breakfast is consistent with Holiday Inn standards—plenty of high-quality options to start the day. There is ample free parking available, which is a big plus. Its location is ideal if you are planning to visit Edinburgh, Glasgow, and Stirling, as it sits conveniently in the middle of all three cities. Note that the shower water pressure was a little weak, but overall, it was a very convenient stay.

SShepShepThe trip was great, comfortable beds and a terrific shower. The breakfast was tasty and staff friendly. I’d really recommend the breakfast as it’s a buffet style for tea, coffees and pastries. I’d stay there again the next time I’m in town!

GGuest UserI didn't expect it to be the best and cheapest store for traveling in the UK. It's very convenient to drive and very close to Edinburgh. The environment and sanitation are good, very spacious, in the small town of Cocody, where there are many supermarkets, which are large and very cheap.

GGuest UserUnfortunately this did not live upto our expectations, from being told on arrival we would need to check out earlier than our 1pm check out time due to work being carried out in the hotel, which also caused us to not be able to go to the spa on the time we had booked due to this work. Not once were we told before hand or while booking that this was the case. We were then told they had emailed us prior to arriving stating this which wasn’t true. We then went to the spa and was welcomed with workers walking in and out from outside with dirty work boots and leaving outside doors open so it was freezing and all could smell was wet paint.

GGuest UserWe were golfing in St Andrews area and looking for a 1 night stay and we booked premier Inn, hey it was a boys golf trip !
On checking in the receptionost wasnt quite bubbling with enthusasim, pleasant enough.
Our Twin Room had a large double bed and a smaller than usual single bed, I got tyhe single bed. The room was clean and adequate, the shower ran tepid to hot.
Breakfast was superb, fruit, cereal, yoghurt, bakery selection and the cooked buffet was excellent. Unlimited tea and coffee.
Al in all, the hotel was very good for a short stay.

GGuest UserLovely hotel and surrounding, very convenient location. Some suggestions for improvement - We found the washroom setup perplexing - it was so small and it seemed the hotel disliked giving its guests hooks for hanging wet hand towels. The water pressure from the shower head was also miserably slow and it took forever to get our hair clean. Finally it’s the toilet flush - it was so hard to flush the waste. It’s pretty disgusting to find waste still floating around no matter how hard or long one tried to press / hold the flush button… 🤢
