WiFi signal in room 626 cannot use for whole my staying even duty manager tried to fix second times, including phone signal still not using when I am in the room but I am outside the hotel everything is normal. Then I moved to other room 669, WiFi and phone signal are better but not stable. All staff are very helpful with nice hospitality.

馬哈拉施特拉邦盛行Sai老爹崇拜，他是一個聖徒，據説是無私助人所以在當地享有盛譽，也特別受企業主的歡迎，不知道是不是馬邦的財神爺。在舍地有一座重要的Sai老爹神廟，很多來這裏拜廟的人入住，因此服務水平很高，感興趣的話還可以去拜廟。 壞處也很明顯，對中國人來説，這個地區是嚴格的純素食，每天吃辣椒大料糊糊拌飯蘸餅實在太酸爽。這個酒店包括整個舍地還嚴格禁酒，啤酒也不行，酸爽加倍。對我這個出差的人來説最要命的是趕上崇拜Sai老爹的大集會，凌晨三四點開始高音喇叭放聖歌有點扛不住

Stay was good , but the dinner was not that good. Mini bar was locked and was not accessible. Good breakfast. In general staffs were ok, Gatekeeper Sardarji was helpful and welcoming guests with a warm smile. Really appreciated. While checking out, the receptionist was asking me about the minibar. It seems the minibar would be opened to according to guests profiles!

It was an average stay this time. The hotel is under renovation. So check before booking. The location of the hotel is good but because of ongoing renovation, the overall condition of the hotel was not the same as it use to be. Television doesn't work, party/conference hall converted into restaurant. Overall condition of rooms not as per standards of noorya.

Front desk has some issues when arranging rooms for us even we checked in after 16:00. Not a very happy check-in experience. There are some black dust on the toilet, don't know what that was. However, good location near the city and good Chinese restaurant inside.

I have always stayed at the Radisson hotel in Nagpur. The service in this hotel is excellent. I would continue staying here whenever I visit for my business meetings. This hotel is highly recommended. Cleanliness was maintained, courteous staff, excellent food and location of the hotel.

There weren't many restaurants nearby, so we often had dinner at the hotel. The hotel staff were all very kind. The doors must have been thin, because conversations in the hallway were quite audible.

JJainIshaWe checked in at 1am in night and before that we had a word with someone from hotel that can we check out at 3pm next day as we will be leaving 3pm, that time the staff said that okay you come down here and then we settle things up for you. Once we reached here, they totally denied that they wont be able to help, still we understood their things we told them atleast provide a place for keeping our luguage to which they certainly provided us. Once we were back to hotel and asked the reception guy that if he can provide us a room for 1 hour as we wanted to rest and we were ready to pay for the same to which he totally denied that no we dont have a room when entire hotel have so ***y vacant rooms. Atleast hotel ***agement should have basic hu*** decency to gove their guest the most memorable stay instead of spoiling the trip. Pathetic experience. Also they dont have basic eminity of dustbin in the rooms, their health faucet was broke, they don't even provide basic toiletries also. After few minutes we again went to him and asked him what will be the charges for 1 hour and he asked for Rs.600 and we booked this hotel for a days in 850! Comm'on guys like seriously? Won't ever recommend this hotel as the reception guy is not at all helpful.
