I can not praise this wonderful family orientated Hotel highly enough. My son and I stayed just two nights on our short stopover in India after sightseeing in Delhi, Namaste Dwaar was a perfect antidote to city life. The staff made us feel part of the family from the moment we arrived, we could not have had a warmer welcome. The grounds are huge and beautifully maintained, the rooms are spacious and exquisitely decorated. We were fortunate enough to experience both the Premier Twin room and one of the Suites on the 3rd floor, both rooms were extremely comfortable, with extensive views of green farmland and the setting sun in the evening. The Suite, one of only 4, was quite frankly magnificent! We tried many of the activities on offer including a Tractor Ride into the sugar cane fields, star gazing (we actually saw the ring around Saturn) snooker 🎱 on a full size table, swimming, the library, a free consultation with the onsite Ayurvedic Doctor, Yoga, high Tea, spinning, pottery, cricket, crazy golf and walking in the beautiful wellness garden. There are countless eating options both inside and outside the hotel all offering a high standard of cuisine, affordable and delicious. We were lucky enough to meet Mr Arvind Rathi and his wife who own the property and whose vision has created this magical space for multi generational families to enjoy time together. It is clear that their warmth and hospitality is extended to all guests and the staff team to create an atmosphere of inclusivity and exceptionally high customer service. Amrin and Radhika on reception and Arvind who looks after the telescope amongst other duties went above and beyond to make our stay special, and our heartfelt thanks extend to staff who played cricket with my son and those who served us a wonderful breakfast. Thank you Mukesh and all who made staying here such a wonderful experience indeed! 🙏🏼

Great stay and definitely a good hotel if you’re visiting Agra and Taj. One feedback at check-in, I was asked TWICE by the front desk if I prefer to have a twin bed because I booked a king bed for 2 male adults. I told them I’m with my “partner”. They don’t seem to get that he’s my **************** and ASKED AGAIN. Not sure if there’s cultural nuance or outright discrimination — but given that this is a Marriott property with strong global LGBTQ+ inclusion agenda, I’m surprised why I had to be asked differently despite the bed preference stated in my confirmed booking.

The Hotel is located in a rather congested area without a shred of greenery. The check in was quick and the room was kept ready. A few structural fallacies in the room were realised only later by me. The glass  door of the shower cubicle had almost 2.5 inches space at he bottom and an inch on the sides. With the result water would pour out on taking a bath and wet the entire wash room. The shower heads were also blocked and it was not a happy experience having the plumber working in the toilet on a ladder for almost an hour trying to clean the shower heads. Regarding housekeeping , on day 2 of my stay the housekeeping arrived after repeated calls to the reception only at 5 pm and on day 3 they came at 2 pm only on personally complaining at the reception. This was unacceptable since all our towels were already utilised in mopping the wet floor in the washroom. There is only one restaurant in the Hotel where I found the staff very cordial and friendly though the menu could be more elaborate…. it definitely was not up to the industry standard which would justify the costs. In a nutshell you could try the Hotel out provided you are prepared to deal with the few lacunae that exist at this point of time.

We stayed at Radisson Blu Agra for three nights and had a really comfortable experience. The location is excellent and makes it easy to get to the Taj Mahal and other nearby sites. The spa was one of the highlights of our stay. A big shout out to the two ladies working there – it was honestly one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were both great. The food was fresh, tasty, and there was plenty of variety. Lunch, on the other hand, was disappointing. On the first day there was very little selection, and on the second day it felt like leftovers from the night before. When you’re travelling around India, you want to try new food, not eat something reheated that you already had. The staff were lovely throughout our stay. Jitendra, Manish, Javid and Kushi stood out in the restaurant – all of them were kind, helpful and great at their jobs. Anil, the porter, was also incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. There were a few small things that could be improved. We noticed someone walking around swatting flies near the food, which is fair enough, but he was also on his phone and not clearing up the flies afterwards. We saw this happening near the salad area. The towels by the pool also had some stains, and the gym was very limited considering this is a five-star hotel. It would also be nice to have a proper ashtray outside for guests who smoke. Overall though, we had a lovely stay. The staff were kind, the room was comfortable, and the location is hard to beat. With just a few small changes, this hotel could be even better.

I am giving Good review for the following reasons: Hospitality service especially Dipak vaiya was very helpful and always had the motive to serve. Food from the menu were very delicious. Reception was 24/7 and guards outside were always present. To get a Excellent review, it would have been appreciated: If the hotel keeps its noise down during night time and early morning. It was very noisy at times (not only by other guests but also by hotel staffs). The music, reception telephone rings, etc. Rooms were not clean. We stayed for three nights and there were dusts, hair and stains in bathroom when we occupy the rooms. As a star rated hotel, this was below the standard. Finally, we had to request all the resources like toilet rolls, drinking water, everyday and it should be topped up automatically or just stack them up for at least 48 hours. Even drinks and food in the breakfast buffet were kept very minimum and only served when requested such as bread, water, tea, etc. I also felt that kitchen staff and waiters were very tightly controlled by managers and deliberately instructed to serve only when customers request their service. For example topping up with more food/drinks during the breakfast. We were also served with wrong order and when I questioned if they got our order wrong and the waiter confirmed it was the right food. In our case, they served us Chicken chilly instead of crispy honey chicken. It led me to believe that either the restaurant staff have integrity issue or they are so afraid of their manager/boss for getting our order wrong.

It was really good experience with this hotel. Last week same in Lucknow i visited GINGER. but i will suggest you guys plz don’t go there coz that hotel is like Lodge. Very bad bed. Everything is ******** in GINGER. But this week while returning from delhi to Darbhanga by road. I choose GOLDEN TULIP.AND I AM TEALLY VERY HAPPY. Infact ginger charged me 4500 per night. And Ginger is lower is price. But amenities are awesome. I recommend u all guys visit this hotel once.

This was a great stay. Close to the Taj with a view from the roof. The rooms are designed with a Mughal vibe. Staffs were very helpful. Specially their lovely receptionist. She was very kind. It was my wife's birthday and she arranged the cake, candles and specially the flowers. Also, gave us many useful tips to navigate Agra. I recommend this nice establishment.

I've stayed a few times here and had very comfortable stays. On this occasion, the hotel was hosting an event, and very loud music was played until 3am. I asked the duty manager to ask them to stop the music, but they refused to do anything about the disturbance. Many people were complaining, but the hotel staff were unable to take a firm stance and turn the music off. I had a flight the following morning at 8am and it impacted my work the next day. Very disappointing handling of the situation by the duty manager.

The hotel is quite strategic and there are lots of places to eat, I recommend it at very low prices on Trip.com

Overall good. Located on main road towards Kashi Vishwanath temple (around 1 km). Food was good, home type. Basic amenities, good enough. We received good services. All staff were kind, polite & very helpful especially Mr Ashish who guided us properly throughout our stay there. There is a scope of improvement in maintaining cleanliness. However, overall it was okay as we had visited during busy days. Prices are bit high was due to the auspicious time.
