The location is the best, in the middle of the city. There are supermarket, restaurant and the shops around the hotel. The staff are very kind. They really have service mind especially the man who has a long hair staying at the night shift. He is very helpful. I have a problem with my bag. He help me to solve the problem and help me until everything is fine. As my room doesn’t have a window, I ask him for a fan. He give me without any hesitation. Thank you the staff for the help. If I have a chance, I will be back again. I book the room without the window. It might be small and the air doesn’t flow. It suit for a short stay. If you plan for staying 2-3 days, the other room might be the better choice.

This was the first hotel of our 8-day Iceland trip. It was a nice hotel, clean, and conveniently located for shopping and dining. The breakfast was delicious, especially the pastries and bread selection. The only thing I did not like was that the bathroom sink was a little too small. Other than that, everything was good. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, just across the road from the ocean, and the sea-facing lounge areas on each floor are absolutely stunning. The elevator is now fixed, so there's no need to worry about heavy luggage. There are two floors dedicated to dorm rooms and two floors with standard rooms. The dorm floors also have plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen is clean and staff clean it daily. I stayed for a week and encountered three different front desk staff members, all of whom were incredibly friendly and even helped me book tours over the phone. This hotel offers amazing value for money – highly recommend it for a stay in Reykjavik!

The room wasn't very big, and the bed was small. I feel like beds abroad are generally not large. My child, who is 1.78 meters tall, kept falling off the bed at night. The mattress was very soft, and even just sitting on the edge, it was easy to slip off. Downstairs was a meeting point for day tours, which made getting around very convenient, and many tour groups also stayed at this hotel. Aside from the convenience, the price simply can't compare to China; the cost of living is indeed very high. A can of soda usually costs around 30 RMB, and a meal can be anywhere from a few hundred to over a thousand. One lamb meal cost us 404 RMB. The blueberries from the supermarket were delicious, and picture 6 shows the area downstairs from the hotel. The water in Iceland is also very good. The restrooms at the airport bus station charge a fee, but you can skip paying – I saw foreigners doing it. The hotel charged a city tax when we checked out, which was about 175 RMB for me. Sky Lagoon hot springs felt quite average, more about the experience than anything else.

Service provided by Ginta was excellent! Initially we were assigned to a room on the 3rd floor, which would have been impossible for us as there was no elevator and we had two big luggages. Ginta was very helpful and accommodating to our request, she called her manager and helped us to change rooms to the first floor. We also had to leave early by 7:30am the next day for a tour, but breakfast officially only starts at 7:30am. Ginta helped to arrange and ensure we had breakfast before we left. Location is great, less than a 5 minute walk to bus stop #8 and Hallgrimskirkja church. It was also easy to walk to Rainbow street, Laugavegur and other attractions.

A once-in-a-lifetime trip made more meaningful and charming by world-leading staff and service. We messaged ahead and told them that we were on our honeymoon. Iceland is a unique place on Earth, but almost as surprising as the geology, geography and weather was just how remarkable and excellent this hotel was. Its location was outstanding right in the old city centre and an easy walk to boat trips (for organised bus trips, which all use the same bus stop numbering, the nearest bus stop is number 5, about 5 minutes’ walk away), the breakfast was splendid and the room was unbelievably cosy, which was particularly welcome after a winter’s day adventuring amongst the ice and snow and especially the epic and cold wind. This once-in-a-lifetime trip was made extraordinarily special by the outstanding and attentive staff who really impressed with their thoughtfulness and commitment to excellence throughout. We cannot thank the whole team enough, both everyone we met as well as everyone who worked behind the scenes, for delivering a world-leading stay. We felt exceptionally lucky to have chosen this hotel, and so delighted that we did!

1. It's located outside the main city area of Rayong, and we had to circle a few times to find parking when we arrived at night. 2. There's a washer and dryer, but the dryer isn't very efficient. What made it worse was that even with everyone waiting in line, the staff insisted on drying a huge pile of dishcloths needed for the next morning. This caused the dryer to keep restarting, and we ended up waiting until 2-3 AM for our turn. 3. Breakfast variety is okay. 4. The room size is decent, but you can't open four large suitcases at once. 5. The room door is really odd; you have to slam it shut with a lot of force for it to lock. Overall, it's a hotel I'd be willing to revisit.

Extremely satisfied with this hotel! First off, the staff were all very polite and friendly. Also, before checking into this hotel, we had just finished an 8-day, 7-night island tour. Since there were luggage size restrictions on the tour, it was a huge relief that this hotel allowed us to store some of our luggage while we were away. Upon entering the room, the facilities were even better than expected. There was plenty of space to put our belongings and hang clothes. The lotion provided was also very useful, especially given how dry it can be in the room. I will definitely book this hotel again if I come back to Iceland!

Although the hotel has been open for a while, the facilities are well-maintained. The location is a bit far from the city center, so it's more recommended for guests with a car or those on a tour. The room size is quite spacious for Reykjavik.

My stay at the Hilton Reykjavik Nordica was, overall, very satisfying. The front desk staff were excellent; check-in and check-out were efficient, and communication was smooth, making them feel both professional and attentive. My room was spotless and quite spacious, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The attention to cleanliness details made me feel very secure and at ease. The hotel breakfast is also commendable, with a wide variety of fresh options that perfectly met my dining needs during the trip. While not in the absolute city center, the location is still convenient for getting around, and the quiet surroundings are ideal for a good rest. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, providing a consistent and reliable stay. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, you'll experience excellent service and quality here. All in all, this hotel offers a great combination of comfort, service, and brand assurance. My entire stay was pleasant and effortless, making it a highly recommended and quality accommodation option when visiting Reykjavik.
