Hotel Dengan Parking di Capital Region, Iceland

To my surprise, the time to access the locker is only from 9am onwards!!! (only when the staff is at the reception). My plan was to put my luggage into the locker and I have to catch a morning bus at 7am the next day!! Next time please design the lockers in a way such that it is accessible 24/7 😅😅 Anyways, I still figured out a way - which is to walk to the bus terminal to leave my luggage at the lockers. Lovely clean and spacious room. Nice little kitchen area with microwave to heat food. Buffet breakfast was OK. Personally not to my taste, but that is only my opinion. The 16 year old with us loved the waffles with the choice of toppings! The porridge which I do enjoy was good day 1 but very watery day 2. Choice of bread that could be toasted, margarine (Sorry I am a butter fan!), preserves, ham, cheese,boiled eggs, tomatoes etc. Free coffee wasn't great - again I'm a coffee snob and like a good cup of filter coffee. I did notice there was coffee to buy. The room was great and the staff very helpful. We were able to park right outside our room. Good location for Reykjavik by car, Thingvellir National Park etc. We travelled from here to both and also to Snaefellsnes Peninsula, which was worth the drive. Also we visited Rekyholt, Barnafoss and Hraunfossar waterfalls, Deildartunguhver Thermal Spring - try the tomato soup!

The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The location is fantastic as it offers free parking and close to a famous bakery, Costco and Sky lagoon. The breakfast is a typical Nordic breakfast which is very nice. Staff are warm and friendly. I will definitely come back again.

The room facilities are very new, the staff are also very nice, the heating is very hot, but I may not have found the hair dryer.

竟然送了早餐（蔬菜水果都有，這早餐在冰島物價怎麼也價值兩三百來）餐廳非常漂亮還有我喜歡吃的yan魚，英國吃了就很喜歡。唯一缺點沒有電梯，還好我們住在一樓，環境絕了，兩口露台正對大教堂！ 24小時咖啡處的牛奶也好喝

Хороший отель, полчаса от аэропорта, удобно если вылетаешь утром, достаточно быстро добираться на машине. Просторные номера, с/у . Завтрак вкусный, без изысков. Цена высокая, но в Исландии быстро бронируют отели подешевле, а если едешь и бронируешь, многие отели уже заняты, приходится довольствоваться теми, что остались.

The studio it self has a great potential but it needs a deep cleaning. The studio still had the garbage from the previous guests inside and was full of dust. Also the outside is not very welcoming (it's OK to be in the back of the house but it is not OK to have construction leftovers just outside the door/window). Apart from that the bed was comfy, you have a mini fridge and good wifi connection. You can walk from here to the city center. Parking space just outside the building for free.

Гарний готель. Дуже стильний екстер'єр. Готель дуже зручно розташований на шляху з аеропорту Keflavik до Рейк'явіку. Ми зупинялися в день заїзду в Ісландію та в два останні дні після подорожі по всьому острову перед поверненням додому. Гарний сніданок. Дуже важливо, що є свій ресторан, якій працює з 18:00 до 22:00, бо в Ісландії знайти поїсти після 17:00 це челендж ще той... Безкоштовний паркінг. Поруч (метрів 500 пішки) є супермаркет. Також поруч з готелем зупинка автобуса Аеропорт-Рейк'явік (50 метрів) для тих хто не орендує автомобіль. Дуже рекомендую, якщо під час бронювання Вас влаштує ціна на цей готель! З мінусів вода в крані пахне сіркою, але це ж Ісландія - країна геотермальних джерел!)) P.S. в готелі для відвідувачів є безкоштовно купальня з геотермальною теплою водою + сауна. Працюють до 22:00.

Check-in was pretty smooth. I was allocated the room just above the main entrance as such, it can be quite noisy whenever people get in or out of the hostel with the door slamming and some vibration felt! The bathroom and wc are fairly clean and tidy. Very cosy common area to mingle and make new friends. Kitchen has all the basic necessity. I especially like the small area right outside my room where i can have a light meal and nice view of the surroundings. Bought the unlimited bus rides ticket via the Klappid app for travel within the Reykjavik capital city and bus svc 12 is just few steps away. If time permits, you can even walk to the coastal area for sight-seeing. Overall, i am very satisfied with my 8 nights stay at Laekur hostel!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Iceland. The location was convenient for exploring the surrounding area, and the scenery nearby was absolutely stunning. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-heated, which was especially appreciated given Iceland’s weather. The staff were friendly and helpful, always willing to answer questions or provide local recommendations. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options, and it was a great way to start a day of sightseeing. Overall, this hotel offered good value for money and made my Iceland trip more comfortable and memorable. I would happily consider staying here again.
