Coming from Kansai Airport, you do have to transfer a few times on the subway. However, the hotel is very close to Juso Station, about a 6-7 minute walk. Juso Station has a food street, so dining is super convenient! It's not crowded around at night, so sleeping is very, very quiet! There's a convenience store at the intersection, and Don Quijote is just across the main road! There's also Daikoku Drugstore nearby! Although breakfast is simple, it changes a bit every day, which shows a lot of thought. You'll definitely be full and satisfied! The lobby also has vending machines with beer, drinks, and ice cream! All your normal needs can be met here! Personally, I think even though the location is a little out of the way, it makes up for it in value for money, and transferring subways is still very convenient~

If you're going to Universal Studios Japan, you HAVE to stay here! You can't get any closer to the park. I took the Shinki Bus directly from Sannomiya, Kobe, to the park entrance, and then it was just a short walk to the hotel. You can drop off your luggage first; they have a dedicated luggage storage room. The front desk will give you a card to access it and can even exchange coins for you to use in the lockers. The coins are returned after you retrieve your luggage. The room facilities are complete and comfortable, and the room itself is super spacious! The bathroom and toilet are even separate, which is very convenient! Even though I only stayed one night, I already fell in love with this hotel. Breakfast was also incredibly satisfying, with a huge variety of options, and you can even look out at the park from the window – it was truly delightful.

I highly recommend this hotel in Rinku Town for anyone arriving late on their first night or needing to catch an early flight on their last day. It's super convenient – just take exit 3 from Rinku Town Station on the Nankai Line, and the hotel is right there, a few minutes' walk following the signs. The rooms are spacious, and the facilities are comprehensive. There's a Lawson convenience store on the first floor. In the mornings, there's a shuttle bus directly to Kansai Airport. You'll need to check the schedule and book your ride at the front desk in advance. They'll give you a boarding pass, and you can't get on without it! The bus stop is right outside the hotel, couldn't be easier!

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel's location is super convenient, and the room was spacious, bright, and very clean. The bedding was so soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby all night. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The facilities are excellent, offering great value for money, and I truly felt at home. I'll definitely choose this place again next time and highly recommend it!

The room is small but can open two suitcases. The public bath and spa are excellent. Close to JR station and donki. But the staff and hotel policy are terrible and I could only rate it woth adverse comment. First, at checkin the staff did not tell us the spa world could be used even after checkout, so we had no idea we could still stay to play the spa world the next day until we learnt it from other residents in the hotel. If we have learnt it earlier at checkin we might adjust our travelling plan as we checkin late at night from landing. Second, upon checkout we asked for luggage storage service, which is very basic services of hotel, but the staff said if we were leaving and not staying for the spa, they would not keep our luggage. I am not meaning leaving Japan but I just go out from breakfast or some shopping. I have visited Japan multiple times and stayed in many hotels or residence, and this is the first one not offering luggage storage service. Please do not call this a hotel if you refuse to offer luggage storage service. Third, the hotel prohibited any slipper and every one had to walk back to rooms in bare feet after public bath, this sounds dirty while the staff was wearing slipper. Hotel could provide slippers and require resident to wear hotel slippers only. Bad experience and poor service.

The room was quite small, but clean, probably around 12 square meters. Once my 28-inch suitcase was open, there was hardly any space to walk around. There's a Lawson convenience store downstairs, which made getting a light dinner super easy, and their coffee is really good too. Shopping and dining downstairs are very convenient. There's an outlet mall within a 10-minute walk, great for shopping. It's close to the airport, making it a good spot for an overnight layover.

Location: Next to Bentencho station so easy access to Osaka loop line and Chuo Line for Subway and Rail. Really good location even though it's not central Osaka. The advantage is that you can still get everywhere within 10-20mins and the surrounding area is clean and safe and quiet. There is a 7-11 next door and a commercial gym (charged at 1650 per day) Negatives are there is not much to do in the evenings. But this leads to the quietness of the area and is an advantage Hotel Room: We stayed in double room and it was large. Nice comfortable bed with good pillows. The AC was modern and good and did not make noise even while we were asleep. The room is cleaned daily (tidy and new towels) with new sheets every 3 days. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. The room was also very clean. The bed has USB and chargers on either side of it. There is space to hang clothes But the room is really nice. We always were glad to come back to a very clean and tidy place. The TV has English menus but we never watched anything. Negatives are the fridge could be colder and the bathroom sink has a tiny slope on it so you cannot place product on the sink but you have a shelf above the sink for this. Very slight negatives for what is a great place to stay Hotel features: Excellent. Great laundry room with several washers & dryers. Trouser presses, vending machine and ice machine. A rooftop terrace with good views. The breakfast is free and is underwhelming, just different bread and pastries with choices of juice, soups, water and yogurt. It's acceptable and I guess it's free. The hotel lobby has little items you can take if needed, such as hair bands, toothbrushes, razor kits but something nice was that they give you bath bombs for free too. Different ones each day. Staff: Very friendly and helpful, even after midnight when I made requests they were very fast and helpful Overview: 100% would stay here again. The price-to-quality ratio and the large room size make this an easy choice. Do not worry about location, I stayed it Dontonburi area before and alothgh its close to everything, its loud, dirty and feels unsafe. But the location of Porta Inn is really good and super easy to get to central areas (around 10-20mins) and easy to get to the airport (direct line) and easy to get to Universal Studios too.

Flawless stay, highly recommend! My stay truly exceeded expectations this time – I absolutely have to give it a huge thumbs up! From the moment I walked in, I could tell the room was spotlessly clean. Every corner, including the bathroom and those tricky spots, was immaculate, which made me feel completely at ease. The room facilities and bedding quality were excellent. The mattress was just right – neither too soft nor too firm – and the soundproofing was fantastic. I slept straight through till morning, completely shaking off my travel fatigue. All the hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and check-in was fast and efficient. Whenever I had any questions, the front desk and housekeeping were quick to help with a smile, showing professionalism and thoughtfulness in every detail. In short, this is an outstanding hotel that truly makes you feel at home. The value for money is exceptional, and I will definitely prioritize staying here again for my next trip!

The hotel's location is super convenient, with a really affordable Japanese supermarket right by the traffic light outside. Being on the 11th floor, it wasn't noisy at all and offered a great view. The lobby is also bright and clean. Overall, it was a pretty good stay 👍. There's a subway station close by for easy travel, and Shinsaibashi shopping district is just a short walk away. Plus, the alley across the street is packed with amazing food.

The hotel lobby had a wonderful fragrance. Breakfast was excellent, and they even offered free hotdogs in the evening. They also helped me find a balloon I'd lost in the restaurant. For this price, the value for money is unbeatable. It's only a 5-10 minute drive to Universal Studios, and there are plenty of amenities nearby.
