Stesen Osaka Namba Stesen Nankai Namba Walaupun anda berjalan dengan anak perempuan anda yang berumur 3.6 tahun, anda boleh sampai ke sana dengan mudah dengan berjalan-jalan selama 10 hingga 15 minit sambil melihat sekeliling. Ia adalah yang terbaik semasa perjalanan saya ke Osaka

Hotel ini terletak di lokasi yang strategik, 5 minit berjalan kaki ke Nagahoribashi, naik Laluan Subway Sakaisuji ke Tenkaya dan tukar ke Nankai Electric Railway untuk akses mudah ke lapangan terbang. Terdapat juga laluan subway Midosuji berhampiran hotel, yang menyediakan akses mudah ke semua arah. Juga 2 minit berjalan kaki dari hotel ialah kedai TOYOTA Shinsaibashi Boat Yard, yang mudah untuk menyewa kereta dan memulangkan kereta; jarak dari Shinsaibashi dan Dotonbori juga hanya 15 minit berjalan kaki. Terdapat juga Family Mart dan kedai serbaneka 7-11 berdekatan hotel. Daftar masuk adalah cepat, kemudahan hotel tidak begitu mewah, tetapi sangat bersih dan praktikal, biliknya cukup besar, katil di bilik double sangat besar (jika katilnya sedikit lebih kecil lebih baik, kerana katil boleh ditolak untuk bergabung menjadi satu, boleh membebaskan lebih banyak ruang untuk beg pakaian). Hotel ini terletak di kawasan perumahan dan sangat tenang pada waktu malam dan berasa sangat selesa menginap selama tiga malam berturut-turut. Bufet sarapan pagi yang disediakan oleh hotel ini lazat dan mempunyai pelbagai ***a. Sarapan pagi dihidangkan dari jam 6:30-10:00 pagi, yang memudahkan tetamu yang datang awal. Apabila kami pergi ke restoran untuk sarapan pagi sekitar jam 8 malam setiap hari, tidak ramai orang, rasanya seronok dapat bersarapan di restoran yang tenang dan selesa. Akan menginap di hotel ini lagi apabila saya melawat Osaka nanti.

The location is excellent — directly connected to Shinsaibashi subway station, opposite Parco and Daimaru, with Amerikamura just behind the hotel. Very convenient for shopping and getting around. Service was good and housekeeping was reliable. Although the hotel is older, the room was well maintained and clean, which is expected in Japan. I would stay here again mainly for the location. One small thing to note is the check-in policy, which is strictly at 3pm. When I arrived earlier (around 1pm), I was stopped before I reach the reception counter, and asked to leave my luggage first and come back later, which was a bit unexpected, but understandable given hotel policies. I did go back at 3pm and there was already a long check in queue

Clean and good location. It's my first time in Osaka. Mostly I just walk to most of the tourist spots. There are multiple train stations within walking distance. Also, the best is that, the limousine bus from the airport does make a stop nearby this hotel. The room is spacious. Multiple convenience stores around. The 7 Eleven is just right next to the hotel. Awesome. Highly recommend.

The hotel is so nice and clean. I booked a room for one person in a reasonable price. Even though the bathroom is small, it wasn’t a problem for me. I still love it anyways. The room is not big but stayable. The bed and blanket is so comfy. to be honest, I love it so much that I don’t want to leave this place. I love the fact that the hotel is quite near Sakaisuji-Hommachi station. Alternatively, I could also walk to Namba for only half an hour. Plus I’m really in love with the big supermarket near the hotel. The staffs are also nice and could be able to speak English. Overall, I would totally recommend this place to other people and I would totally stay here again if I have a chance to go back to Osaka!

The location of the hotel is convenient — it’s about a 7-8 minute walk to the nearest station. There are only a few restaurants around, but convenience stores like 7-Eleven and FamilyMart are nearby. The hotel facilities are limited, though the laundry service is excellent and you can easily check machine availability online. There is only one thing I  am not feeling comfortable about it-the trash can near the bed.

We stayed at Hotel New Otani Osaka in October 2025 as a family of four (my wife, two kids, and I), and it was a wonderful experience. The location is outstanding, just a short walk from Osaka Castle, making sightseeing very convenient. The rooms are spacious and well-suited for families providing comfort and plenty of space for everyone. One highlight was the breakfast experience. The hotel offers a choice between dining on the top floor or the ground floor. We chose the top floor and truly enjoyed our meal while taking in the beautiful panoramic views of the city, a perfect start to the day. Considering it’s a five-star hotel, the room rates are quite reasonable offering great value for the quality and service provided. Overall, we highly recommend Hotel New Otani Osaka for families looking for comfort, convenience and a memorable stay in Osaka.

I was thoroughly satisfied with the hotel's service and the clean, tidy rooms. On the second day, as I was unfamiliar with the address, the front desk staff not only took the initiative to print a map for me but also patiently gave me directions. Such thoughtful service left a deep and unforgettable impression on me.

Very good location. Much more affordable than the four points right across the street, and larger room size. Only qualm is that the hotel does not offer a bottle of water for free, but you can go downstairs to seven eleven.

Value and Booking: We secured an excellent promotional rate by booking approximately one month in advance, making this our most cost-effective accommodation in Japan. The average daily cost was approximately $100 AUD (or $65 USD), representing superb value for money. Accommodation (Standard Double Room Non-Smoking): Space Constraint - The room size is extremely compact. Guests traveling with two large suitcases will find the floor space severely limited, which can impede movement and even obstruct the bathroom door access. Bathroom Configuration - The unitized bathroom/toilet is notably small, reminiscent of an airplane lavatory configuration. While clean, this is a unique space constraint that future guests should be aware of. Cleanliness and Maintenance - The room was clean and well-maintained overall. However, we did observe minor signs of wear, specifically light mildew/molding on the window seals and in some room corners, which could be addressed. Pest Control - We were relieved to find no evidence of bed bugs during our stay, despite hearing general reports of issues in other cities in Japan (like Osaka). Service and Guest Experience: The hotel service was outstanding. We were traveling with a two-year-old child and requested an early check-in to accommodate a mid-day nap. The hotel staff were highly accommodating and facilitated an early entry, which significantly improved our experience and is greatly appreciated. Target Audience Note: As the name suggests, the hotel seems to cater primarily to business travelers over leisure guests, which may influence certain expectations regarding room functionality versus amenities.
