Hotel Dengan Parking di Osaka Prefecture, Japan

Terletak di tengah-tengah Osaka, ia berdekatan dengan semua yang anda ingin terokai. Hotel ini mempunyai bilik dobi, dan pilihan sarapan pagi yang banyak dan agak sedap. Terdapat juga banyak restoran yakitori dan izakaya berdekatan untuk makan malam.

Polisi tidak masuk akal di mana tetamu sama sekali tidak dibenarkan mendaftar masuk sehingga jam 3:00 petang. seterusnya, yang bermaksud lobi yang sesak dengan orang yang tidak sabar. Pada pukul 3.00 petang. terdapat tergesa-gesa untuk mendaftar masuk dengan isyarat panjang. Mengapa tidak sekurang-kurangnya mendaftarkan tetamu apabila mereka tiba dan melengkapkan pendaftaran untuk niat jahat terlebih dahulu? Dan jika bilik siap sebelum 3:00 p.m. mengapa tidak membiarkan tetamu kami berasa selesa dan tenang, bukannya menjadi begitu tegar dan tidak fleksibel? Bukankah menjaga pelanggan yang membayar anda menjadi keutamaan???? Saya mula-mula diberikan bilik 1602 yang kemudian saya dapati berada betul-betul di sebelah lif, dan dari situ saya boleh mendengar lif naik dan turun sepanjang masa dan menjelang 11:00 malam. kerana saya tidak dapat tidur kerana bunyi bising, saya terpaksa berulang kali mendesak untuk menukar bilik. Mengambil empat lawatan daripada penyambut tetamu selama 40 minit hanya untuk mencapai tugas mudah ini. Dia sangat keberatan untuk membenarkan saya menukar bilik pada mulanya tetapi hanya mengalah apabila saya menegaskan bahawa saya tidak akan membayar untuk bilik jika saya tidak dapat tidur dengan tenang. Keesokan harinya kunci saya tidak berfungsi, dan apabila saya bertanya mengapa, kakitangan penyambut tetamu berkata bahawa mereka mengandaikan bahawa saya ingin menukar bilik lagi, walaupun saya telah memberitahu penyambut tetamu malam sebelum itu, saya tidak akan bersusah payah menukar bilik lagi. Komunikasi yang lemah di kalangan kakitangan, dan sekurang-kurangnya, saya sepatutnya dimaklumkan apabila saya mula-mula mendaftar masuk bahawa bilik itu terdedah kepada bunyi bising dan diberi pilihan. Lokasi yang sangat baik betul-betul di atas stesen kereta api bawah tanah Shinsaibashi, dan di kawasan membeli-belah dan makan paling sibuk di Osaka. Hotel ini sama sekali tidak mempunyai kemudahan rekreasi seperti gimnasium atau kolam renang, walaupun harta itu diselenggara dengan baik dan bersih, walaupun tilam di bilik saya telah kendur, mungkin disebabkan oleh usia. BERHATI-HATI dengan bilik dalam jarak 20 meter dari lif - jangan terima bilik dalam apa jua keadaan, melainkan anda tidur yang sangat berat!

LUGGAGE STORAGE 💀 💕Overall the hotel is amazing! Near to 7/11 and Lawson. There’s an airport bus just 5minutes away. However, their luggage storage system, it says there’s free luggage storage but they only allow ONE baggage per person, if there’s 2 ppl in your room then 2 luggages. You can store your other luggages at the mall where the airport bus is, BUT Sundays the storage space is closed and we had to drag our luggages to somewhere else for a whole day….you should have written the one luggage per person instead of free luggage storage at the concierge so that people can plan accordingly.

Very nice breakfast. Close to the trains station was convenient. One of my favorite hotel chains in Japan. Will stay again!

The location of the hotel is pretty convenient. 5–6 minutes walk to Hommachi St., which you can easily use to travel to Kyoto, Kobe, etc.  The check-in and check-out were really fast, and we had an upgrade, which was worth the price. I had read the previous reviews about the rudeness of the staff, which is not actually due to this, but it’s the language barrier that could make a tired traveller a little less patient.  If you wish to ask something more specific, please don’t be afraid to use the Google Translate app to help you with the communication. The staff have been really helpful to all of our enquiries. Some remarks were about the hotel lobby being on the 15th floor, but they have a dedicated entrance for taxis or cars to reach the hotel.  Bonus: if you exit through KoKuMiN Osaka Metro Yodoyabashi Station (Exit 4) on your right is a local grocery store that sells local produce and other fruits/food products. It's cheaper to go here to buy your drinks and fruits, etc.

We stayed at Hotel New Otani Osaka in October 2025 as a family of four (my wife, two kids, and I), and it was a wonderful experience. The location is outstanding, just a short walk from Osaka Castle, making sightseeing very convenient. The rooms are spacious and well-suited for families providing comfort and plenty of space for everyone. One highlight was the breakfast experience. The hotel offers a choice between dining on the top floor or the ground floor. We chose the top floor and truly enjoyed our meal while taking in the beautiful panoramic views of the city, a perfect start to the day. Considering it’s a five-star hotel, the room rates are quite reasonable offering great value for the quality and service provided. Overall, we highly recommend Hotel New Otani Osaka for families looking for comfort, convenience and a memorable stay in Osaka.

It was such a comfortable stay! The location was quite nice, only a short walk from Minamikata and Shin Osaka Stations. You can easily commute to Umeda and Namba from here. The area is surrounded with many cool places to eat out, and you can find many shops in Shin Osaka Station as well. The room itself was furnished with all the basic amenities you might need. The front desk staff was friendly too. Would definitely prefer again for Osaka!

Our family vacation would not have been great without this hotel. Location is perfect! We were very satisfied with the customer service the hotel provided and appreciate the effort and kindness from the staff! I’ve stayed at multiple mystay hotels and they never disappoint.

Value and Booking: We secured an excellent promotional rate by booking approximately one month in advance, making this our most cost-effective accommodation in Japan. The average daily cost was approximately $100 AUD (or $65 USD), representing superb value for money. Accommodation (Standard Double Room Non-Smoking): Space Constraint - The room size is extremely compact. Guests traveling with two large suitcases will find the floor space severely limited, which can impede movement and even obstruct the bathroom door access. Bathroom Configuration - The unitized bathroom/toilet is notably small, reminiscent of an airplane lavatory configuration. While clean, this is a unique space constraint that future guests should be aware of. Cleanliness and Maintenance - The room was clean and well-maintained overall. However, we did observe minor signs of wear, specifically light mildew/molding on the window seals and in some room corners, which could be addressed. Pest Control - We were relieved to find no evidence of bed bugs during our stay, despite hearing general reports of issues in other cities in Japan (like Osaka). Service and Guest Experience: The hotel service was outstanding. We were traveling with a two-year-old child and requested an early check-in to accommodate a mid-day nap. The hotel staff were highly accommodating and facilitated an early entry, which significantly improved our experience and is greatly appreciated. Target Audience Note: As the name suggests, the hotel seems to cater primarily to business travelers over leisure guests, which may influence certain expectations regarding room functionality versus amenities.

Nice location, few mins walk from station, signboard id easy to identify, comfort room space, able to open 2 big luggages eventhough hotel itself is not modern design. Walkable distance to seacle and rinku premium outlet. Another direction which walkable to trial (24H big supermarket) and pharmacy.
