The hotel was located in a very convenient spot, close to all amenities and it had a very beautiful scenery. The staff were friendly. But the breakfast was very expensive. Hygiene was very poor.

這是我旅途中住過最差的酒店，服務非常糟糕，首先是下車拿行李時酒店保安態度奇差，一個老白男，幾乎在指着我們罵；前台的亞裔姐姐態度不錯，但她的工作能力真是不敢恭維，她收錯了城市税幾天後發郵件追着要，因為能不能通過攜程平台付款的問題，花了非常多的時間郵件來回拉扯（不然難道要我點進她發的陌生網址輸銀行密碼嗎）

Auch wenn unser Aufenthalt nur 1 Nacht war,nachdem wir im Restaurant des Golfclubs den 85.Geburtstag eines Nachbarn mitgefeiert haben, haben wir den Aufenthalt im Burghotel mit Spanutzung anlässlich unseres 10.Hochzeitstages sehr genossen.
Es war absolut alles stimmig:
Freundlichster Service, wunderschönstes Ambiente, Blick auf die Burg sowie die Pferde.
Wir fühlten uns wie Könige....pudelwohl rundum.
Darüber hinaus kann man wundervolle Spaziergänge machen...zur Burg o a
Absolut empfehlenswert !!!

The breakfast was good but there is NO air conditioning in the room. It was so hot that I could not get sleep. But even more annoying: There were 5 houseflies in my room! They interrupted my peace - I will never forget this bad experience. I will not come back.

GGuest UserThis hotel located around 400 meters away from main station. The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, also kind of relaxing which is nice and quiet. The room designed is modern and there is full window which allows you to open fully and enjoy the fresh air from the garden.
The breakfast buffet is rich and tasty as Holiday Inn standard everywhere. I’m happy with the stay in.

MMierswaIt’s a good hotel regarding location and convenience. If you look for a more traditional/historical style one you will find in the old downtown. Parking is convenient in the neighboring garage, but against additional 10EUR parking fee for 24h.

JJiheidedeyunqiIt has a gym and spa, and the room key is made of wood, which is quite unique. They even gave us welcome cookies on the first day!
However, compared to the Hilton in Heidelberg, it's slightly lower in every aspect, yet the price is several hundred euros higher.
Perhaps the two cities are at different levels of development, and it seems every hotel in Hanover has to pay a tax.
They arranged a sofa bed for my child in advance, but I had to pay an extra fee, which wasn't the case in Heidelberg. Bottled water in the room costs 8 euros, while in Heidelberg it's a free bottle every day.

Unfortunately, this time we had to see that the establishment like the house has really come into the years.
Seats where the connection was very clearly broken or the bed layer was sliced or coloured.
The carpet is bleak in the river. Breakfast is no longer as it has been.
We like the hotel and would probably come back anyway
