Very nice and clean Hotel. Comfortable bedding, as you always can expect from Hilton. We got free upgrade to family room once I requested possibilities for a twin bed.

The room is clean, tidy and comfortable, with free tea and coffee. The front desk service is also thoughtful. There is also a pianist playing the piano in the morning, which is very good. It is particularly charming👍

The hotel service is OK, the location is good, less than 100 meters from the terminal, the breakfast is average but in line with the European four-star hotel standards. The hotel facilities are a bit old. Our room did not have a walk-in shower, so the bathtub was slippery.

Overall, the hotel is recommended. Beds, bathroom and the entire ambience are harmonious with each other.
The breakfast menu is plentiful but not overloaded.
The staff is also very hard-working and friendly!
There is criticism of the cleanliness around and in the hotel. There is rubbish almost everywhere outside and the windows are dirty.
The room looks superficially clean. However, when you look at the toilet roll holder, which is sinking in the dust, but also the mirrors that still have stripes, stainless steel applications that are colorfully clean.... The sink did not drain or drained very slowly. We were offered a room exchange.
There is a need for action. We are used to something different.

ausgezeichnete Lage, kurzer Fußweg vom Hafen. In unmittelbarer Nähe zahlreiche Restaurants, Fahrradverleih und Geschäfte. Im Zimmer war auch alles da, was ich brauchte. Wellnessbereich sehr schön. Frühstück top!

GGuest UserThis hotel located around 400 meters away from main station. The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, also kind of relaxing which is nice and quiet. The room designed is modern and there is full window which allows you to open fully and enjoy the fresh air from the garden.
The breakfast buffet is rich and tasty as Holiday Inn standard everywhere. I’m happy with the stay in.

GGuest UserThe breakfast was good but there is NO air conditioning in the room. It was so hot that I could not get sleep. But even more annoying: There were 5 houseflies in my room! They interrupted my peace - I will never forget this bad experience. I will not come back.

Seats where the connection was very clearly broken or the bed layer was sliced or coloured.
The carpet is bleak in the river. Breakfast is no longer as it has been.
We like the hotel and would probably come back anyway

GGuest UserDie Lage ist einfach überragend. Die Betten sind einfach nur schön zum Schlafen. Das Servicepersonal gibt alles. Der Klavierspieler am Freitag & Samstag war wirklich gut.
Das Hotel hatte aber schon bessere Zeiten.
KEIN WLAN VERFÜGBAR. Telekom Internetverbindung: ”E” mit einem Balken.
Frühstück: nicht ausreichend Eierbecher für alle - ungenügende Anzahl Becher für Latte Macchiato (keine da, oder Rückstau beim Abwasch?), Ausfall der beiden Kaffeevollautomaten, Ausfall des Heißwasser Samowars. Übersichtliche Anzahl an Snacks im Glas (nur die ersten 10 Personen bekamen etwas, und es wurde nicht aufgefüllt).
Reparaturstau im Badezimmer, und defekter WC-Deckel der vorübergehend mit Tape dürftig geflickt war. Abgerissenes Equipment, man kann nur erahnen was dort mal hing.
Schade, für diese Übernachtungspreise hatte ich erwartet, dass wenigstens WLAN oder wenigstens Kaffee- und Eierbecher für die Anzahl der gebuchten Zimmer verfügbar gewesen wären.
