The hotel was located in a very convenient spot, close to all amenities and it had a very beautiful scenery. The staff were friendly. But the breakfast was very expensive. Hygiene was very poor.

Es war alles super, leider kam in den Frühstücksraum eine sehr schmutzige, übel riechende Person in zerrissener Kleidung und bediente sich am Buffett!
Das hat uns leider den Appetit verdorben.

GGuest UserThis hotel located around 400 meters away from main station. The hotel environment is clean and comfortable, also kind of relaxing which is nice and quiet. The room designed is modern and there is full window which allows you to open fully and enjoy the fresh air from the garden.
The breakfast buffet is rich and tasty as Holiday Inn standard everywhere. I’m happy with the stay in.

MMierswaIt’s a good hotel regarding location and convenience. If you look for a more traditional/historical style one you will find in the old downtown. Parking is convenient in the neighboring garage, but against additional 10EUR parking fee for 24h.

JJiheidedeyunqiIt has a gym and spa, and the room key is made of wood, which is quite unique. They even gave us welcome cookies on the first day!
However, compared to the Hilton in Heidelberg, it's slightly lower in every aspect, yet the price is several hundred euros higher.
Perhaps the two cities are at different levels of development, and it seems every hotel in Hanover has to pay a tax.
They arranged a sofa bed for my child in advance, but I had to pay an extra fee, which wasn't the case in Heidelberg. Bottled water in the room costs 8 euros, while in Heidelberg it's a free bottle every day.

GGuest UserThe breakfast was good but there is NO air conditioning in the room. It was so hot that I could not get sleep. But even more annoying: There were 5 houseflies in my room! They interrupted my peace - I will never forget this bad experience. I will not come back.

Unfortunately, this time we had to see that the establishment like the house has really come into the years.
Seats where the connection was very clearly broken or the bed layer was sliced or coloured.
The carpet is bleak in the river. Breakfast is no longer as it has been.
We like the hotel and would probably come back anyway

GGuest UserBest way to spend a night before an early flight in the morning. Easy and quick check in, spacious, clean and quiet room. Friendly and helpful staff. This was our second time we used the hotel before a flight, and we will do it again for sure.

There is also a sauna and a gym. If you come to Hannover next time, this is the first choice. Rewe and Rossmann are opposite
