I had an incredible experience at the hotel thanks to the outstanding service from Nayab Shaik. Despite my late check-in at 4 AM, Nayab was incredibly welcoming, understanding, and professional. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable after a long journey, providing me with a great room and making the process seamless. Their attentiveness and kindness truly made a difference, turning what could have been a stressful situation into a pleasant one. Very nice hotel, facilities, environment and food are all very good! Second time in Kuwait, first time staying in this hotel, several restaurants in the hotel are quite good!

Very nice reception and flexible check-in/check-out times. There is nothing worth mentioning in terms of cleanliness. Everything was top, just as you would expect from a five star hotel and also from the price that is therefore justified.
