Oтличный отель с высоким уровнем сервиса!
Изначально мы приобрели номер с видом на сад, где было очень комфортно, но не работал телевизор. Мы обратились на ресепшен, и главный менеджер предложил нам рассмотреть другие варианты, в категории намного выше! Мы готовы были заплатить, но нам его предоставили бесплатно:) вид был шикарный! Отличное наполнение номера, есть всё! Со своей кухней очень удобно! Также есть бассейн с шезлонгами. До этого мы останавливались в Montenegro Lodge, который был в 3 раза дороже и сервис просто ужасный (обещанный трансфер просто не приехал за нами, на что на ресепшен просто пожали плечами, хотя я им звонила из аэропорта!). Находятся эти 2 отеля прям по соседству и мы счастливы, что нашли Casa Collection! Спасибо вам за всё и успехов! Будем вас рекомендовать👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The trip was fabulous. The staff was incredible especially Marija who suggested for all sight seeing and arranging cabs. Everything was great in terms of hospitality, food, amenities & cleanliness.

Great hotel, with a really good breakfast included. Location was brilliant, 40 minutes walk along the water front to Kotor old town. Incredible views from the hotel across the bay. Unfortunately the pools were out of action during our stay.
The beach was definitely the highlight!

Место труднодоступное для пешеходов, и мы брали его сознательно, так как арендовали машину. Мест парковочных достаточно снаружи и внутри. Сейчас не сезон и отель к нему ещё только готовится, поэтому пока не облагорожена территория внутри.
Номер не илеальный визуально: диванчики в номерах уставшие, взбухший ламинат. Но для нас — не проблема, мы не притязательные. В номере есть все необходимое для готовки (кроме соли, масла), это выручало нас, тк постоянно есть в кафе — разориться можно))) иут же ещё и посудомоечная машина есть с таблетками для мытья.
Пару раз сходили в спортзал, оборудование уставшее, но заниматься можно. Там ещё была сауна, но до нее не дошли)
Телевизоры поддерживают ютуб, тоже классно.
Вид из номера тоже отличный, на которский залив.
Персонал вежливый и всегда готов помочь.
Забавно, что мы продлевали проживание дважды)) очень он нас устроил.

Уютная маленькая студия. Душ не отделенный, только шторка, которая мешается. Если ее отодвигать, то будет лужа на полу. До старого города минут 10 пешком. Остальное все ок.

Были в сентябре 2024. Отдыхали 2 недели.
1. Расположение. Пригород Котора. До центра пешком неспешно минут 25-30. Удовольствие. Все по берегу залива. Красота. Рядом магазин - 3 минуты. Ресторан - минут 10 пешком. Район тихий. Кому нужны пляски и музыка, то это не здесь. Кому нужна тишина и покой - выбирайте это место.
2. Берите номер на верхнем этаже с видом залив (обязательно!!!). Море и горы. Вид потрясающий! Каждый раз новая картинка. Не надоедает, а удивляет снова и снова.
3. Хозяева. Редко встретишь такое радушие и доброжелательность. Любая просьба, пожелание выполняются незамедлительно, с улыбкой. Все решается. Просто молодцы! Станка и Джури - огромное вам спасибо! И всем, кто вам помогает, конечно тоже спасибо!
Кстати, нужно было сдвинуть сроки поездки - договорились моментально. Ранний заезд - тоже решили без проблем.
4. Удобства. Все есть для длительного отдыха и на пару дней заехать. Кухня (хотелось бы микроволновку, но и без нее можно обойтись), посуда. Нормальный санузел в номере. Хорошая кровать с отличным матрасом. Жили 2 недели без бытовых проблем.
5. Хозяева всегда помогут с трансфером, подскажут по экскурсиям, найдут гида (у нас был Марко - прекрасный, культурный, интеллигентный человек. Спасибо ему отдельное!).
В итоге. Выбирайте эти аппартаменты. Точно не пожалеете.

This hotel is very cute and located in the middle of old town. Very easy to get around. Even though it is on the main walking road, it is very quiet and we didn’t have problems sleeping. There is a terrace which has a good view of the old town, but we were told that reservation is needed. Would be great if there is more variety of breakfast options.

Хорошее расположение на окраине Прчани. Большие номера с видом на море. Хороший чистый бассейн с лежаками. На море лежаков нет и поблизости в шаговой доступности нет мест где их можно арендовать. Завтраки хорошие, сытные, но достаточно однообразные. На 3-4 дня нормально, а за неделю немного надоедает. Уборка в комнатах ежедневно. В целом, впечатление приятное.

Отдыхали в данном отеле 3ое суток. С 20-23.04 нам все понравилось. Сервис отличный. Очень вкусный и разнообразный шведский стол. Потрясающий вид из окна. Единственное влажно в номерах. У отеля собственный пляж и там можно утром завтракать. Отель рекомендуем и хотели бы вернуться снова.

WWil.GI left my sunglasses at the hotel, but I only realized they were missing the next day, after I had already checked out and moved to another hotel. I contacted Trip.com’s customer service to help me reach out to the hotel and locate my sunglasses. Hotel Heritage confirmed that I had indeed left them in my room when I checked out.
The following day, I contacted the hotel again and asked if I could get my sunglasses back that evening, as I was leaving Montenegro for the airport at 6:00 am the next morning. Hotel Heritage kindly arranged for someone to deliver my sunglasses to me and did not charge me any fee. I am truly very grateful for their help.

GGuest UserThe place is small but mightier in the service they provide. Aesthetically appealing. Staff were very lovely, kind, courteous and understood the assignment. My friends and I paid extra for the massage service which I will do again as the lady who attended to us knew her onions(she is very good… thank you again😊).
I rode a bicycle after almost 20years, this was free🤩
Downside for us was that “Jacuzzi wasn’t included in the booking”. We didn’t know about this as it was not stated online prior to making the booking and it was part of the reason we chose the place. Information and reviews I read sort of says you have free access to jacuzzi but it is not so however, we expressed our concern regarding this and they where thoughtful enough to allow us use it as a welcome/thank you note from the management.❤️
On behalf of my friends and I, we enjoyed the service/this place.

GGuest UserThe property is well-placed if you have a car – roughly ten minutes in either direction to Tivat or Kotor Old Town. Just be aware that the approach is via very narrow lanes, so confident driving (and a smallish car) is a plus.
Although the building is relatively new, the overall impression is more functional than polished. The staff were pleasant enough, but housekeeping felt a little on the half-hearted side – things like topping up shower gel or toilet paper only happened when requested, and bed linen wasn’t changed despite being obviously soiled.
If you’re looking for somewhere budget-friendly and manage your expectations, it does the job. Just don’t come expecting boutique-hotel standards.

Thanks to Drazen. They let us leave our luggage until check-in.
The location in the old town is very convenient. A very pretty street and surrounding area.
The kitchen and utensils were generally sufficient for basic cooking.
The pillows and mattresses were comfortable.
A few downsides, which, however, didn't spoil the overall experience of our stay in Kotor.
There's a cafe with music downstairs across from the apartment. In the evenings, it was mostly quiet, very pleasant, and usually didn't bother me. I go to bed very late, but my husband didn't like it as much (if you go to bed early or have trouble falling asleep, it can be disturbing). But one Friday night, it was incredibly loud and continued until 1:00 AM.
I would also recommend using duvet covers instead of sheets under the covers! There wasn't much space to hang clothes. (((- the photo shows a clothes rack. That's all.
) The apartment is clean and tidy, but... you have to take out the trash yourself. The cleaning lady didn't come to our place during our 5-night stay, even though we were told the towels would be changed every 3 days. They didn't. If guests are supposed to clean the apartment themselves, that's fine, but it would have been logical to provide some cleaning supplies, like napkins/dustpan/brush/mop. I wouldn't buy all of them myself for a short stay.
If you're staying outside the warmer months, the tiled floor feels cold in the evenings when it's already cool outside. It's better to bring warm socks and slippers. This isn't even a drawback, but rather a nice touch of staying in an old stone house during the off-season.
But for a few days' stay during the quiet off-season, we were generally happy with everything. ))) Very colorful, a wonderful old town, an interesting experience! Thank you!

Choose these apartments at a very high rating of visitors and this choice was just amazing.
The owner named Radonia created the perfect place to accommodate his guests.
From the very beginning I went to us to the meeting and set us on 1.5 an hour before 14.00, I got coffee immediately after arrival, told about all places that you can visit in Montenegro.
My 6-year-old son, the owner and his parents gave us some sweet gift every day. One day, they treated us with delicious pancakes.
The apartments have several parking spaces, which is very convenient for those who came by car. We lived on the first floor and the car was right next door.
The kitchen in the room has all the necessary dishes for cooking. Also, there is coffee, salt, sugar sunflower oil. If suddenly you forgot to buy something in the store for cooking, ask the owner and he will help.
In the welcome minibar, several free drinks.
The location of apartments is 100 meters from the coastline. To the old hail which is on foot 20-25.
I advise everyone to stay at Radonia. Although I understand that the more excellent reviews, the more difficult it will be to book these apartments again :)
And Montenegro itself causes visual ecstasy! Very beautiful country.

1. Location. Priority of which. To the center on foot in a hurry 25-30. Enjoy. All along the Gulf shore. Beauty. Nearby the shop - 3 minutes. Restaurant - 10 minutes on foot. The area is quiet. Who needs the plates and music is not here. Who needs silence and peace - choose this place.
2. Take the room on the top floor with the view of the bay (required!!!). Sea and mountains. The view is amazing! Every time a new picture. Not boring, but surprises again and again.
3. Hosts. Rarely will you meet such joy and kindness. Any request, wish is fulfilled immediately, with a smile. Everything is resolved. Just good! Machine and Juri - great thank you! And to everyone who helps you, of course, thank you too!
By the way, it was necessary to shift the time of the trip - agreed instantly. Early entry - too decided without problems.
4. Comforts. Everything is available for a long rest and for a couple of days to go. Kitchen (wish a microwave, but can be done without it), dishes. Normal sauna in the room. Good bed with excellent mattress. Live 2 weeks without home problems.
5. The hosts will always help with the transfer, will tell on the tours, will find a guide (we had Marco - a beautiful, cultural, intelligent person. Thank you for a separate!).
As a result. Choose these apartments. You won't regret it.

TTINGHUIIt is a particularly comfortable homestay, and the scenery is amazing on the balcony! Before leaving, I took some photos on the balcony as a souvenir. The landlord is a very friendly couple, you can see their intentions in the room. The quilt is very clean after washing, the bathroom and sink in the toilet are also very clean, there is a kitchenette and a very complete tableware, and even some basic seasonings. More importantly, it is a five-minute walk from the pier where the Blue Cave is booked, and a two-minute walk from the pier to the ancient city. This will also pass a big supermarket in the middle, which is very convenient. Because I had some trouble during the trip, they were very, very patient to disturb the landlord to borrow alcohol and chargers at night and helped us. I hope everyone has a pleasant journey here!
This is a particularly great B&B and was amazed by the view from the balcony! I took some photos from the balcony as a souvenir before leaving. The landlords are a very friendly couple and you can see the care taken in the rooms. The duvet was freshly washed smelling very clean, the toilet bath & sink were both very clean, there was a kitchenette and very well stocked with crockery and even some basic spices. What's more it's only a five minute walk from the pier where the Blue Hole was booked, and a two minute walk from the pier to the old town, which also passes a large supermarket on the way, making it very convenient. Because we had some trouble during the trip, we disturbed the landlords at night to borrow alcohol and chargers and they were very, very patient to help us. I hope you all have a great trip here!
