Hotel Dengan Parking di Kaafu Atoll, Maldives

My arrival at the hotel didn’t go so smoothly. I initially booked two nights but was not sure about the transfer arrangements on Fridays to the airport. My modification to one day was done well over a week in advance but when I got to the hotel they were asking me to pay some taxes for the day I cancelled. They also were charging me for the speedboat transfer, not confirming with me first if I took their boat or not. My check in was a little later than 2pm and I’d been waiting since 12:00 or so as I took the 10:45am speed boat to the hotel. The room was good but no one is based at that specific hotel you have to eat your meals and request services from the other hotel branches. If they did their admin well, then holiday would’ve went smoothly.

We stayed here for 5 days. It's a two-room apartment with a kitchen/living room and a bedroom. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast, for example. There's also a refrigerator, microwave, and toaster. Both the kitchen and living room have a fan and air conditioning. The room is quiet, with no outside noise (except for rain at night). There's a comfortable and clean bathroom with a shower and shower accessories. The bedroom has a dressing table with a mirror, shelves, and a three-door wardrobe with a lock. The hostess is very kind and smiling, speaks English well, and is concerned about the comfort of her guests. It's very close to the sea.

The hotel is located near the community. In front is a beach where you can swim. The water is very clear. The staffs are very good. The breakfast is delicious. There is a chill-out restaurant in front of the hotel. If I go to the Maldives, I will stay here again.

Went there in October, not peak, so the owner guy is so nice to fetch and send us to the jetty. He also let us checkout very late since there’s not much guests. Clean room and simple. Simple breakfast daily. Very honest to reco us tours that would certainly benefit for us.

Stayed from May 10 to May 15, 2025. Hotel on the 1st line of the east coast. The room is large with a comfortable bed, excellent shower with gel and shampoo. There was a TV, but it did not work. Breakfast is the same every day, omelet, 2 sausages, 3 toasts, butter, jam, some fruit (there were bananas and watermelons) and a cup of coffee. The staff is quite friendly. Hairdryer on request. From bikini beach 10 minutes walk. Nearby is a very good restaurant Island Catch.

To be honest, i was taken back a bit as this was my 1st stay in mafushi. The service level and overall hospitality was much better in other islands like guraidhoo and sun siyam resort. The girl who hosted us seemed a bit unfriendly the towels were not clean. But overall the room was good for the price. They have a nice interior of the hotel and relaxing zone is also quite nice. You can sit there chill read a bit. There was moonlight cafe right next to the hotel and its open until 2am. The area is also quite nice as its on the main street right at the end.

This hotel wasn't my reservation; the original hotel had a last-minute cancellation on the day of check-in, and Ctrip coordinated and upgraded it. I don't know the exact room rate, and I didn't have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. First, the hotel is located in the first row, right in the middle, closest to the sea and the pier (the blue and white building). Every room has a large balcony and a direct sea view. The location and amenities are much better than the Arena recommended on Redbook. Second, the hotel is quite established, with its own tour company, icom tour, and its own speedboat terminal and fleet, icom speedboats, in Male and Maafushi. I'm guessing they started out as a ferry operator, then branched out into tourism, with the hotel being their latest investment. Upon stepping off the speedboat, hotel staff greeted me with an umbrella, and when I left the island, staff helped me load my luggage onto a courier. It was a truly memorable experience. Finally, in the Maldives, known for its culinary desert, the hotel's food perfectly satisfied my Chinese palate. I couldn't believe I could get a huge plate of Lao Gan Ma squid rice bowl or stir-fried beef noodles for just $8! However, there are still many areas for improvement, such as: the lack of luggage storage in the room, room cleaning only once during our five-day stay, and the price of drinks being a bit high... Overall, the hotel's flaws outweigh its merits, and I highly recommend staying here!

The room was very clean. I think it has no rivals in the same price range on the island. Great value for money. The breakfast was also good, and the clerk's service attitude was very good. When we left, he saw us off at the pier and kept waving goodbye. Until the ship goes away.
