The spa and swimming facilities are not managed properly. The room was not bad for the price I paid. The cafe was perfect, so were the staffs there. There was electric current on the steam/ bathroom so this is a dangerous.

Stayed at this hotel near airport to crash for the night since I arrived late in Delhi. Amenities looked new and well maintained. Provided four big bottles of drinking water which was a plus since I was advised by others to avoid drinking or brushing my teeth using the tap water. Breakfast was of great variety and even included elements of Chinese food like stir-fried bee hoon and western selection. However, the topping was the spread of Indian food and spices. It makes the typical bread and jam dull. The room was of Novotel-standard expectations and I was glad I booked it to have a good night's rest.

The place is nice and big. It’s definitely getting old. Older carpets, rugs and furnishings now. The hotel looks busy and a bit commercialized with mall oriented stores on the bottom floor which takes away from the quiet and relaxing feel. I would still choose to stay here if the price was right.

I was also impressed with the breakfast spread; there were plenty of delicious vegetarian options, which I really appreciated. The staff were courteous and efficient during check-in and check-out. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for luxury in central Delhi.

I booked this room for a solo stay at around *, and the experience was surprisingly good. The staff was very cooperative, the room was clean, and the receptionist even upgraded my room on arrival, which was a nice gesture. In comparison, I had booked another hotel near Delhi Airport for *, which turned out to be extremely disappointing. This property, despite being cheaper, offered a much better overall experience. The only drawback is the location, as it is closer to the airport and a bit far from the city. However, since we stayed here for one night before catching our flight, it worked perfectly for us. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay at a low price, I’d recommend choosing hotels near the airport like this one and using the metro for city travel—it’s efficient and cost-effective

Im visit here with my family everyone happy all staff is friendly good service and food is really yummy but only small issues pool is closed because have even but they provide pool from another hotel with transport

Pros: very clean, good amenities with lovely rooftop pool and gym, very very good breakfast buffet Cons: the location is not amazing, we found there wasn't much to do by foot. Not a wide choice of restaurants nearby for instance, although it is easy to get a taxi/rickshaw to places.

Quite close to the airport and a free taxi service to the airport was included in the price (but maybe only because I am a Radisson member). Very comfortable room. I had to leave very early in the morning to catch a flight, too early for breakfast, and was given a breakfast pack instead - nice service!
