"The hotel is situated on the rather bustling, historic Main Bazaar street; however, the windows and entrance face a quiet side alley, so street noise is not an issue. The reception staff are friendly. Room cleaning rates a 3 or 4 out of 5: there were several spots in the room that appeared somewhat grimy, and the sink drain was poor. We wore slippers inside the room (our own—the hotel does not provide them), and the soles became heavily soiled, indicating that the floors are not cleaned thoroughly. The bedside table is slightly damaged—I am not sure how the staff could fail to notice this, as it requires minor repairs. Pros: hot water with good pressure, and bottled drinking water is replenished daily. There is also a station on the floor providing tea, coffee, and sugar. A major downside is the food. We had booked both breakfast and dinner, but unfortunately, out of our five-day stay, we only ate there once—the food is not tailored to foreign tourists, consisting entirely of Indian cuisine. Regrettably, we were also unimpressed with the quality of the food: the chicken soup contained floating bits of skin and had an unpleasant flavor, while the chicken in sauce was cold—even though the sauce itself was hot—suggesting the chicken had simply been added to the sauce at the last minute. The kitchen staff wear proper culinary uniforms, which is a plus; however, the tables in the dining area were somewhat dirty, and there were visible traces of dried residue on the dishes. I would like to make a separate note regarding the room design: the color scheme is a successful choice, though the room is in need of some minor maintenance work. The bed and pillows are comfortable, and the linens are clean and fresh. The towels, however, are in need of replacement."

"Mosquitoes galore I swear. The area where the hotel was located was pretty desolated. There was only a gas station nearby with a convenience store that was open until late. The market in the basement floor closes at 8pm, so if you don't make it, well, good luck. The building looks a lot older than the pictures. But, the staff's hospitality is pretty much Indian standards; they help you with your luggage and take care of you through your entire check-in process. The rooms were quite big in my opinion; could see that they were sort of old in some areas, but not too bad for the money spent. Overall a nice stay since I wanted to stay closer to the Yashobhoomi Expo Center."

For India, it is a standard small hotel, dirty. It is conveniently located - 5 minutes walk from the Aerocity Metro to stay between flights - that is the most. The area is noisy, there are rooms with the exit to the street, there is in the yard - here as lucky ... For uncharacteristic people will suit.

The check in counter staff looked very busy in his phone call other staff members were laughing chit chatting around but no one was attending the customer standing for check in at 5 pm. Same story at check out at 10 am . Except counter staff service style other things are ok .

The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the staff went out of their way to make sure everything was sorted — friendly without being intrusive. Great location, easy to get around from here. Would happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting

The hotel staff were all incredibly kind. They greeted me with warm smiles and patiently waited for me to move at my own pace, which I really appreciated as I tend to be a bit slow. I always prioritize cleanliness, especially in the rooms and bedding, and I was completely satisfied with how neat and tidy everything was. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. The location was also good. It was about a 20-minute walk to Aerocity, which was convenient for exploring the surroundings and getting around. Overall, it was a truly satisfying stay. The staff's kindness is what stands out the most in my memory. (Thank you, Bibik!) If I visit Delhi again, this is definitely a hotel I'd want to stay at again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

1. The amount paid for the room is not appropriate for the price paid. 2. The cleanliness of the room is not as clean as it should be. The chair covers are very old and torn. 3. The refrigerator is not cold and is very old. 4. The safe cannot be locked because the battery in the safe does not have a battery. 5. When delivering the room to the customer, the staff should check the cleanliness, completeness of the appliances such as the refrigerator, safe, and bedroom to see if they are ready for use. The room is quite old and not worth the price paid at 3,600 baht per night.
