Installations must update them. We do not have a night lamp, nor a hair dryer, which we had to request.
Some tiles on the balcony were cracked and the shower floor was stained.
Very friendly staff, good food, however we could only access the buffet we could not visit other restaurants.
Swimming pools, excellent beach. The lifeguards very pending and collaborators.

The hotel is beautiful, the service is ok. The beach isn't good, but the pools compensate. The restaurants are amazing, very very good! The bed and the pillows made me suffer the 2 nights!! Tried to relief the pain in the tube, but there was no hot water in it, only in the shower. Went to the spa, very good service and massage!
If you are looking for a nice pool, good drinks, a very good spa and amazing food, is a place to go. But bring your pillow!!

The hotel is entirely above the mountain. Due to the great view, I had chosen it too. I had a car hire in Panama and I drove myself. Here I must say that the street is a disaster. Overall, hole hole, asfalt clumps, stones. I had to go super carefully up, later down. Unfortunately, the road was also blocked several hours because of a car accident. So I didn't know when it went on. Here I informed via WhatsApp (fortunately I had Panama phone number). However, it is hardly speaking to not speak English at all. Damn!
To the room: this was classly equipped, the bed mega comfortable. From the room offer perfectly enough. Even with kitchen and private bathroom. Top.
Now the haak: the weather. It has rained all night. It was so noisy, the wind pushed extremely against the dishes. I have so well as not sleeping - despite Ohropax, which was ready.
Breakfast was inclusive. That was served above the mountain in a restaurant. Musli breakfast is very viewable, so I recommend the Americano. Unfortunately there was no coffee because there was no electricity at that time.
I think ne great location when the weather is super.

The hotel lined up for checkin for an hour, which was too slow. My dissatisfaction is that the food is poor, I have no appetite when I see it, no seafood, no sushi, I'm sorry for the price, I'm sorry for the star rating, it's far worse than the riu next door
