Отель в целом неплохой, отличное местоположение. Останавливались на 1 ночь. Отличная кухня в ресторане ”Маруся”. Из минусов: очень маленький номер, проблемы с закрыванием окна, на этаже в кулере не было воды (заменили после замечания), на завтраке был компот который начал закисать (убрали после замечания).

The hotel is very atmospheric in a city-level protected building of the 19th century. Across the street is the most elite church complex in Novgorod, and a few steps away is the Kremlin, the location is impeccable. There are basically no restaurants in Novgorod open at night, but there is a nice cafe next to the hotel that opens late into the night, and eating is not a problem.

A lovely and warm hotel, the equipment and decoration are also very novel. Breakfast is Russian home-cooked, delicious, and slightly changed every day. There is no restaurant nearby. It is more convenient to take a taxi to eat or eat and come back. There is also a shared kitchen. The check-in fee is 500 rubles/person and should be processed through other units. At check-in, there is a notification that you need to get the check-in registration first to go to the bank, but it is not clear what the hotel is encountering, and the check-in is not received until the check-out three days later. (Greenfield, where Grand Novgorod lived, was taken that night). The service and quality of the hotel are excellent. However, if you have to take the accommodation registration needs in advance, you should confirm first to avoid affecting the follow-up work.

I was tired from playing in St. Petersburg, and took a break in Veliky Novkrod. I was very satisfied with choosing this hotel. Things in the nearby supermarket are cheap, especially the silver seabass and salmon are much cheaper than domestic ones. I bought a lot of them and made them. I enjoyed it so much.

Good hotel with convenient transportation. Friendly staff at the reception. But on the floor, the workers did not say hello, they pretended not to notice. How strange! I had breakfast in the restaurant, 5000 had no change, they sent me to change! Of course, we have breakfast elsewhere. But still recommend this hotel, parking is convenient, the Kremlin is not far away.

Впервые остановился в ”Ганзе” и остался очень доволен. Наилучшее соотношение цены и качества, идеальная локация, чистота, любезность персонала, бесплатный чай и кофе, - все было замечательно. Теперь буду останавливаться только в ”Ганзе”.

The most unacceptable thing is that the hotel heating is useless, and the hot water in the bathroom is just warm water! After calling the front desk, I brought a heater and spent the night...

Останавливались на сутки семьёй. Неплохой отель, чисто, персонал приветливый, в ресторане можно попробовать местные блюда, на территории мини зоопарк, за воротами ярмарка - сувениры и местные продукты, через дорогу музей-парк деревянного зодчества, до центра 5 мин. на машине.
