Overall excellent hotel! Good spa area, one of the best, on my memory, hammamov. High customer orientation - settlement at 3:00, we were settled at 13:30. Hotel is over 4 years old but it is not tired, everything is maintained at the right level. If you pour a spoon of degth, it's only about organizing breakfast. We came for breakfast by 9:30, but we were asked to wait as all the tables were occupied. It was 10 minutes to wait. So those who take a tour or count their time to take breakfast account should take into account this fact. Breakfasts themselves are quite decent, except I personally didn't have enough mustard)))

I spent only a few hours sleep in the hotel, but I will be happy to use the next time when staying in Pskov will be longer. Excellent location, clean room, delicious breakfast that was warmed up at night on arrival, TK left the hotel at 5 a.m.

Нам отель очень понравился! Все новое, просторно, высокие потолки, окно можно открыть на микропроветривание, есть москитные сетки, очень тепло (батареи можно регулировать). Большая удобная кровать. Очень хороший завтрак для 3 звездочного отеля, симпатичный ресторан ( и ужинали там, и завтракали, все очень вкусно) с приятной застекленной террассой. В номере вода, чай, сахар, полотенца меняли кажд день. Единственный минус (но не критичный) : до центра города 2,5 км, но такси решает эту проблему ( 180-200 руб. до центра)

A beautiful place to stop in Pskov with its pet. Very friendly environment in the hotel and to guests and animals. The historic center of the city is in step-by-step availability. For the evening prom, the magnificent park of Kuopio is very close.

Останавливались проездом от границы с Эстонией. Очень удобно отдохнуть после перелёта. Очень вкусные завтраки!

As the hotel is full of work, everything goes as planned: breakfast, swimming pool, and even going to a local restaurant, which means you need to book certain times in advance. This is very inconvenient. As for the hotel itself, I really like it, especially the center and restaurant.

Far from the center from the city, but a quiet place, people are few. If on the car, then a good budget option. There is a terrace, a cafe, a cooler with cold and hot water. Clean, welcoming staff. Bed comfortable, room clean and quite comfortable.

I wish the hotel would pay more attention to the environment. Do not throw out the room once wearing slippers. Do not make extra copies of passports when the room can be easily and quickly rewrite, etc.
