I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, check-in was smooth, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-kept, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus.
The amenities were also impressive. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options, and the location of the hotel made it convenient to explore the area. Everything felt well-organized and thoughtfully maintained.
The only downside was that the heater took a long time to warm up the room. It eventually reached a comfortable temperature, but it required some patience, especially during colder nights.
Overall, it was a great experience with just a small issue, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

此次預訂是三人房的單獨衛浴廚房客廳小屋，使用起來空間很大，裡面的暖氣很足夠，缺點是窗戶不能開，但是熱水是用電的很有限，人多時最後好分開時間洗澡，這間離超市很近，食材該有的都有，離看極光的距離也很近，且退房後若還沒要離開還可以有地方休息的空間，值得推薦。

The cabin is very spacious and comfortable for a solo traveller. It has small kitchen, small dining table, a queen bed and a bunk beds, and private bathroom.
The restaurant at camp Ripan provide a very nice and delicious food, healthy breakfast options. The staff were amazing especially to Sofiia who helped me with lunch and Reinis who served me during dinner. They are very kind, helpful and very pleasant. A trip to remember because of this place and especially the staff that I met. Very highly recommended place to stay for your Holiday in Kiruna.

這次入住遠超預期！前台辦理效率很高，還主動推薦了周邊的小眾美食。房間打掃得一塵不染，淋浴水壓水温穩定，隔音效果也很棒，晚上睡得特別安穩。早餐種類豐富，食材新鮮，強烈推薦！
3. 客羣定製型
◦ 親子家庭：帶娃入住太省心了！房間裏有準備小童繪本和小玩具，早餐也提供小童餐具，服務員還主動給孩子拿了小蛋糕。酒店離樂園步行衹要十分鐘，停車免費，非常方便。
◦ 商務出行：出差的絕佳選擇。房間隔音好，深夜辦公完全不受打擾，辦公桌夠大，充電口也多。早餐7點就開，趕早班機也能吃飽，前台幫忙打印文件很及時，必須好評。

酒店位置是最大優勢，步行幾分鐘就能到地鐵站和商圈。房間空間夠用，基本乾淨，床也還算舒服。但設施有些陳舊，傢俱邊角有磨損，早餐種類比較單一。整體符合預期，性價比尚可。

房間景觀不錯，視野開闊。但隔音效果一般，能清晰聽到走廊的腳步聲和説話聲。衞生方面大體可以，但窗台

Servicen var helt ok och även frukosten, rummet också bra.
Men när täcket åkte ut ur påslakanet, så upptäckte vi att täcket var smutsigt. Detta såg vi dock inte förrän den morron som vi skulle åka hem.
Städningen och allt i övrig med renlighet var dock helt ok!

We stayed at Scandic Kiruna Hotel during our trip to Kiruna, Sweden. The hotel is clean and located in the city center, only about 2–3 km from the airport, which is very convenient. There are restaurants, supermarkets, and shops nearby, making it easy to find food and daily necessities.
However, there are some drawbacks. The hotel does not provide in-room amenities, so guests need to bring their own toiletries. We stayed in a room for 4 people, which had two foldable bunk beds, but the room was very small for four guests and felt quite cramped.
In addition, the staff were not very friendly, which affected the overall experience.

Cons:
No amenities provided in the room
Very small room for 4 people
Staff could be more friendly
Overall, the hotel is acceptable for a short stay, but expectations should be managed, especially for families.

GGuest UserRoom is spacious, hotel is opposite the train station but reception has a bit of uphill to reach. Food options around this area is very limited, and restaurant options are limited too - recommend if you can to pack some food before coming. Staff was friendly and helpful especially when our train to Kiruna was cancelled a day before our departure. Also, a nice location to catch the northen lights too if you are lucky and outside in the opens! It is also very near the national park.

庞庞This hotel gets off at the next two stations of the railway station Abisko. The name of the railway station is shown in Figure 7. If you see this train conductor, say hello to me, nice. There is a hotel shuttle bus to pick up luggage at the train station and walk to the hotel by yourself. 150 kronor per person by car, not windy or rainy, not necessary. The hotel has single rooms, which are relatively small and also have townhouses. Chinese food 130 / person, buffet, delicious, dinner can be ordered. Drinking coffee and breakfast in the lobby is really good. Can private message me questions

NNemoandchickThings were great, it was just that we needed a late checkin but it was impossible to connect with the hotel as they did not pick up their phone. Trip agents were helping but they could not as well. At the end, we connected with them via WhatsApp. Would not recommend if you need to contact the hotel though since it was quite frustrating.
