Servicen var helt ok och även frukosten, rummet också bra.
Men när täcket åkte ut ur påslakanet, så upptäckte vi att täcket var smutsigt. Detta såg vi dock inte förrän den morron som vi skulle åka hem.
Städningen och allt i övrig med renlighet var dock helt ok!

The cabin is very spacious and comfortable for a solo traveller. It has small kitchen, small dining table, a queen bed and a bunk beds, and private bathroom.
The restaurant at camp Ripan provide a very nice and delicious food, healthy breakfast options. The staff were amazing especially to Sofiia who helped me with lunch and Reinis who served me during dinner. They are very kind, helpful and very pleasant. A trip to remember because of this place and especially the staff that I met. Very highly recommended place to stay for your Holiday in Kiruna.

這次入住遠超預期！前台辦理效率很高，還主動推薦了周邊的小眾美食。房間打掃得一塵不染，淋浴水壓水温穩定，隔音效果也很棒，晚上睡得特別安穩。早餐種類豐富，食材新鮮，強烈推薦！
3. 客羣定製型
◦ 親子家庭：帶娃入住太省心了！房間裏有準備小童繪本和小玩具，早餐也提供小童餐具，服務員還主動給孩子拿了小蛋糕。酒店離樂園步行衹要十分鐘，停車免費，非常方便。
◦ 商務出行：出差的絕佳選擇。房間隔音好，深夜辦公完全不受打擾，辦公桌夠大，充電口也多。早餐7點就開，趕早班機也能吃飽，前台幫忙打印文件很及時，必須好評。

酒店位置是最大優勢，步行幾分鐘就能到地鐵站和商圈。房間空間夠用，基本乾淨，床也還算舒服。但設施有些陳舊，傢俱邊角有磨損，早餐種類比較單一。整體符合預期，性價比尚可。

房間景觀不錯，視野開闊。但隔音效果一般，能清晰聽到走廊的腳步聲和説話聲。衞生方面大體可以，但窗台

雙人標間沒房了，預定了小木屋，小木屋很大，是兩室一廳，小木屋兩個人住浪費了一個房間，酒店服務很好，很國際化適合各路遊客。冰屋和冰bar的體驗感很強。有付費鹿場可投喂麋鹿，有冰湖極光觀測點。自助午餐價位合理。有狗拉雪橇雪地摩托冰釣等付費娛樂項目。總之很好玩兒。

Room was slightly small but it's located conveniently at central Kalix. Checking in and out was smooth. Staff was friendly.
It's a heritage hotel which existence is more than 50 years. There's a stuff bear on the staircase near the lobby which is good for a candid photography.
Breakfast was typical Swedish and it was by good.

AAzmann BWe stayed at Scandic Kiruna Hotel during our trip to Kiruna, Sweden. The hotel is clean and located in the city center, only about 2–3 km from the airport, which is very convenient. There are restaurants, supermarkets, and shops nearby, making it easy to find food and daily necessities.
However, there are some drawbacks. The hotel does not provide in-room amenities, so guests need to bring their own toiletries. We stayed in a room for 4 people, which had two foldable bunk beds, but the room was very small for four guests and felt quite cramped.
In addition, the staff were not very friendly, which affected the overall experience.

No amenities provided in the room

Overall, the hotel is acceptable for a short stay, but expectations should be managed, especially for families.

Cci.cI had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, check-in was smooth, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-kept, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus.
The amenities were also impressive. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options, and the location of the hotel made it convenient to explore the area. Everything felt well-organized and thoughtfully maintained.
The only downside was that the heater took a long time to warm up the room. It eventually reached a comfortable temperature, but it required some patience, especially during colder nights.
Overall, it was a great experience with just a small issue, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

NNemoandchickThings were great, it was just that we needed a late checkin but it was impossible to connect with the hotel as they did not pick up their phone. Trip agents were helping but they could not as well. At the end, we connected with them via WhatsApp. Would not recommend if you need to contact the hotel though since it was quite frustrating.

Convenient location, clean and tidy rooms, comfortable bedding and good service attitude. Cost-effective, will choose this next time.

This stay far exceeded expectations! The front desk was very efficient and actively recommended the surrounding niche food. The room was cleaned spotlessly, the shower water pressure and water temperature were stable, the sound insulation effect was also great, and the night was particularly stable. The breakfast is rich in variety, the ingredients are fresh, highly recommended!
3. Customer group customization
◦ Parent-child family: It's so worry-free to bring a baby! There are children's picture books and small toys in the room. Children's tableware is also provided for breakfast. The waiter also took the initiative to bring a small cake to the child. The hotel is ten minutes walk from the park, parking is free, very convenient.
◦ Business travel: a great choice for business trips. The room is soundproofed, the office is completely undisturbed late at night, the desk is big enough, and there are many charging ports. Breakfast is open at 7 o'clock, and you can eat enough in the early flight. The front desk helps to print the documents in a timely manner and must be praised.

Hotel location is the biggest advantage, a few minutes walk to the subway station and business district. The room space is enough, basically clean, and the bed is still comfortable. But the facilities are a bit old, the corners of the furniture are worn, and the breakfast type is relatively single. The overall is in line with expectations and the price is acceptable.

The room has a good view and a wide view. But the sound insulation effect is average, and the footsteps and voices in the corridor can be clearly heard. Health is generally OK, but the window sill

KKevin06twI came here from Taiwan to see the aurora. The environment here is very beautiful, and I participated in many games, including BBQ barbecue aurora, and I went to the dog sled next door to participate. I think it is very good here. I really recommend it to everyone!
