This hotel is very exquisite, too close to Kortrijik Railway Station, you can see the hotel when you leave the station, very convenient! The hotel's breakfast is also very rich, there is also a rice master Chinese restaurant nearby, very good!

Service: Most dependent on who is in the bar. The young lady is a top!
When we want to book a night, the proposal does not take account of discounts, on the contrary, the upgrade we received when checking was fully accounted for any extension. Online books would have been 30€ cheaper than extending the bar! Problems with airco: it doesn't work. It is quickly very warm in the room. Although reported several times; not resolved. Further perfect location!

Excellent experience, fantastic breakfast with a view, very attentive staff, very adequate (basic) room (the large ones must be great), very pleasant, almost luxurious environment, full of little touches, like chocolates on arrival, and a triple socket to plug all devices in one place. A place I will return to.

Wonderful trip to Bruges! The hotel is located in a quiet area, just 10 minutes from the city center. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the cleanliness and comfort were excellent. The breakfast was well-stocked and varied. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I return.

great location! rooms were modern and well kept. swimming pool was a love it or hate it situation since if u are swimming alone, it might be a bit gloomy but if u are with friends, could be fun with the cave feel. would definitely recommend it. it's so close to the main square! they have parking space too.

This Hotrl is a great hotel, but the hotel itself is a bit old but overall was good. Note if you are driving, you have to park the carpark next to the hotel, or you can park on the streets. (cuz we parked the carpark for around 10hrs and it costed us 29.90€.

Spijtig dat er geen klein frigo’tje in de kamer aanwezig is en dat er geen haardroger in de badkamer is. De douche is wel heel glad en gevaarlijk om te vallen. De service was heel goed, elke dag propere handdoeken en bed goed opgemaakt.
We komen zeker nog eens terug, dank u wel ibis team
