Saya berada di hotel selama 10 minggu, sebelum Ramadan. Hotel ini bersih, makanannya enak, kebersihannya bagus. Air di kolam renang dalaman sekurang-kurangnya cukup panas. Padang gol berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki. Secara keseluruhan, suasana yang cukup baik.
Matahari terbit yang hebat.
Saya pasti akan kembali.

Overall, it was a good experience. We had contacted before arriving asking for an early check-in due to traveling with a 2 year old, but no rooms were available.
The room was brilliant, and they delivered a cot straight away when we got in there.
The pool was great for the little one. Drinks were fairly prompt.
When going back to the room, various appliances were not working. A quick word with reception, and someone was there immediately and fixed it all. Someone then came to check 30 minutes later (great service).
Had room service. Mixed our order up but they came quick enough and apologized. Salad was tasty, but the jambon and cheese sandwich had no cheese.
Breakfast had a good range. Fresh omelets were nice but wish I could have had fresh scrambled eggs.

Nos encantó hospedarnos acá. La ubicación es perfecta en el corazón de la medina. La atención excelente , las instalaciones muy buenas y el desayuno delicioso.. recomiendo este lugar. Precio-calidad. Muy bueno! Gracias

歐洲人的度假村，都是白人家庭。
好像每間房都是家庭套房，客廳有兩張單人床，卧室有三張單人床，但衹有一個浴室和衞生間。有廚房設施，但是沒有任何餐具、廚具。
早晚餐都是自助餐，憑入住時給的手環吃飯。

LLouise ThorpeWonderful from start to finish! I could not recommend this hotel more. For me, it was the hotel team. The hotel community went out of their way to connect with others and genuinely seemed to care. They showed pride in customer service and expressed that they take their five-star reputation seriously.
The room standard was amazing. Due to rooms being fully booked over Christmas, I needed to switch hotels for the main Christmas days. I switched to the biggest and supposedly most “ luxury “ hotel in Sousse. Honestly, the switch was not worthwhile. I realized just how exceptional the quality is at the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay.
The housekeeping team visited daily providing toiletries, clean bathrobes and nice extras ( such as sweets and chocolates) to the room. Their friendly faces with their cheerful banter were a pleasure to embrace each day.
The food quality was great! I do not consume meat or dairy but that didn’t make a difference, there truly is something for everyone. The fresh food selection was incredible and certainly unbeatable to those I had tried elsewhere in Sousse and Tunis. The cooks shared helpful recommendations and I tried a range of fresh local flavours. This hotel was comfortable, with a cheerful friendly team and positioned with an exceptional view of a gorgeous quiet beach. I would happily stay again, and I highly recommend the Iberostar Selection Kantaoui Bay.
I would like to extend a huge thank you to the remarkable team.

The hotel provides a chilled relaxed atmosphere. It’s not a hotel for partying .
Staff are pleasant and couteous .
The bar manager Lotvi is attentive and professional is.
My waiter at breakfast and dinner, Mahmoud was welcoming and nothing was too much trouble .
The dining experience has definitely improved since previously, with more problem solving and visibility from all members of staff . I feel the quality of food could still be improved. When I choose to eat at local grill barbecue cafes, it reflects the poor quality of fish then being served at the hotel.
It was lovely to come back for a return visit and feel welcomed . The hotel is spotless and the new Director has encouraged very positive changes. I am very thankful to have enjoyed another beautiful stay and I will continue to return to Green Park .

GGuest UserDespite a late-night arrival that made locating the entrance a slight challenge, any difficulty was instantly forgotten the moment I stepped inside. This traditional Tunisian hotel is an absolute gem. I was immediately mesmerized by its welcoming charm, enveloped in a stylish and tasteful ambiance that feels authentically local yet serene.
My spacious room was beautifully decorated, continuing the elegant theme. Mornings were a delight, thanks to a breakfast that felt like a genuine treat. I also adored the thoughtful touch of a boutique corner in the lobby, showcasing upscale, modern takes on traditional handicrafts.
Above all, it was the hospitality that defined my stay. The host, Farah, was the epitome of class and kindness. Without a moment's hesitation, I know I will return. Thank you, Farah, for your wonderful care.

I was in the hotel for week 10, that is, just before the Ramada. The hotel is clean, the food is good, the cleanliness is good. At least the water in the indoor swimming pool is warm enough. Golf course within walking distance. All in all, a very good atmosphere.
Nice sunrise.

IidleduckFacilities: old, the hotel room layout is not good, there are rooms similar to the underground first floor. The breakfast room has been repainted, and the paint smell is still strong. It is not directly adjacent to the beach, but there is a garden.
Service: The service level is below average. The omelette lady in the breakfast room is very friendly.
The hygiene is very ordinary, quite poor, and the sheets are also worn out.
The room does not come with water, so I was asked to get it from the bar myself.

GGuest UserVery nice hotel, the entrance feels like a palace. The room was very spacious with a desk and a balcony with a table, perfect for smokers. Excellent value for money. The food is very good and varied. The indoor pool, which is the only one available in winter, is quite small and limited but honestly superb and clean. The staff is very professional and attentive. A small negative point is that you can't have visitors come up to your room during the day. I'm not talking about overnight stays, of course, that's understandable. You can only host them in the lobby lounge or in one of the hotel's restaurants and cafes. Big shout out to the guy at the bar, he took great care of me and my family during their visit.
