Hannu Suomesta. Olin viikon 10 hotellissa, eli juuri ennen Ramadaa. Hotelli siisti, Ruoka hyvää, Siisteys hyvä. Sisäuimahallin vesi ainakin tarpeeksi lämmintä. Golkenttä kävelymatkan päässä. Kaiken kaikkiaan ihan hyvä tunnelma. Hieno auringonnousu. Palaan varmaan.

Honest Review - Will state good and bad points and you can decide Service was good Pool area and garden is beautiful and clean Lovely breakfast Room is clean and no bugs in bed Room service is rubbish and limited choices Room next door was super noisy Reception phone in toilet so its a hastle if you want to call them as you have to keep going bathroom - man couldn’t hear my husband so most of the time he went downstairs to talk to them Cant bring food in from outside No complimentary water at all not even on arrival We arrived early and had to wait till 2pm to check in - Other places complimentary check you in early as they understand you have travelled hours Nobody speaks or understands english and that gets frustrating Overall definitely not a 5 star hotel more so a 3 star hotel. Still a good experience however I wouldn’t stay here again.

Where do I start? Sousse is a beautiful city, the people are very friendly and helpful. We were there from January 5th for 5 days and the weather was hot enough to go outdoors in a t shirt but not hot enough to swim outdoors unfortunately. El Ksar Resort is in a great location, restaurants, cafés and anything else you might need is wihin walking distance. The staff are very friendly, always smiling and helpful. The young lady running the kids club is the reason why I have given this hotel 4 stars. Gigi was amazing, she is so kind and compassionate with all the kids, entertaining them till 12am. Gigi I don't know how you have the energy and continuous happy, positive attitude from 12pm till 12am. The children are in good hands. The hotel unfortunately has seen better days, one lift had buttons missing, the other had a broken panel. Bathrooms outdated and in need of someone who knows how to silicone. The shower hose was too short, so we couldn't raise the shower head at all, not that it would have made a difference as the shower holder didn't work either. 🤣 Also because it was the quiet season, both snack bars were closed which meant the only food available was breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast and lunch leftovers were available till 5pm if required, but I didn't fancy eating food that was kept warm for 2 hours after lunch. Drinks were available till 12am, the bar staff were always nice and attentive. Pool table in the hotel was pointless as both cues were broke, minigolf course was in need of resurfacing so don't expect a hole in one. The food was surprisingly ok, plenty of choice and different everyday. Pizza station, noodles/ pasta station and grilled meat station. Unfortunately no fresh juice but desserts made up for that short coming. The sea view from our room was gorgeous, especially the sunrise ( see pic ). The beach is beautiful but I think the clean up crew were on a break as there was litter and broken roof tiles scattered here and there along a 2 mile stretch of the beach. All said and done, I would definitely go back to Sousse, maybe even to El ksar resort as long as the snack bars are open and they start some much needed renovation. I say this because even with all its flaws, the staff made you feel at home, relaxed and always remembered you after the first encounter, and that's something you can't pay for. Two of us early 40’s came for one week to the Bellevue hotel mid Feb 2025 Guests are mainly Tunisian and vast majority come Friday and leave Sunday where the place has a lively but friendly atmosphere. Once they leave it’s very quiet all over the hotel. Guests are still mainly Tunisian with only about 15 British guests in a large hotel. Food and drink is great, fantastic selection and high fresh quality which varied each day with lobsters, salmon and lamb being our favourites. Alcohol is served until midnight and again is great quality. I drink vodka and coke mainly and it was good quality. Staff are great, plenty of them (probably with it being quiet) but always bringing drinks over and a smile on their faces. Both the lobby bar and entertainment bar staff were fantastic. We found the occasional 10 Dina tip was well appreciated. Special shoutout to Ramzi in the restaurant who always kept an eye out for us with a special table and excellent service. Friendly lad and always made sure we were well looked after. They all work very hard but Ramzi in particular was great. Entertainment team are a friendly bunch which I am sure do a lot more of a programme in the summer but probably due to low numbers of guests only did a couple of short activities morning and afternoon and the activities were not well attended so sometimes didn’t happen due to low numbers. We didn’t venture out much so can’t comment on a lot. We did have a morning at port el kantaoui which is modern and bright but you do get hassled by venders. Room was large and ours had great views of the pool and sea (1282). Beach was unfortunately full of seaweed pilled up but I guess it’s the season for it. Overall we would return to this hotel and really enjoyed our stay

أقمت في الفندق سبعة أيام، أشكر كل طاقم فندق رياض النخيل كان فندقا رائعا، الأكل شهي، النظافة، الخدمات والمعاملة ممتازة، بالإضافة إلى توفره على جميع وسائل الراحة والترفيه، كما أوجه تحية خاصة لفريق الترفيه المسائي للفندق الذي كان في القمة والروعة ولا يجعلك تشعر بالملل أبدا

We had a lovely stay at Menara hotel and have actually stayed a couple of times in the past two years. The staff are very kind and friendly, the rooms are spacious and it boasts a lovely outdoor pool to cool off. There's a beach about 10 minutes walk away and taxis are plentiful in the area to take you into Yasmine or downtown Hammamet. The food was good. Not a huge selection which might be an issue for those who prefer a British menu, but the food is tasty and plentiful. Small tips go a long way. And a smile! I knocked off a stay as the pillows are so uncomfortable, air-conditioning is seasonal and there's only one lift in the main reception that was out of action for several days.

The price was suitable for the quality of service. The covered swimming pool is a positive point for the hotel. Many issues in rooms: hair draier is not available, TV remote control also, covers are not clean , ...

Normally I only write reviews regarding highly recommended spots or places to be avoided. Happily Hotel Paris Sousse falls into the former category. I am not a ”bakpacker” and when travelling I am fortuneate to be able stay in a variety of places from $40 to $400 dollars a night. This hostel/small hotel falls at the lower end of price and is located within but on the edge of the medina making it in an ideal position to visit the old and the new town. The rooms are very small but clean,with good hot water and good beds. There is a very nice restaurant attached(Restaurant du Peuple) which is open for breakfast and lunch. All in all excellent value.

Sebagai bandar pelancongan pantai di Tunisia, Sousse mempunyai penggunaan yang rendah. Hotel ini mempunyai tempat letak kenderaan percuma. Terdapat anggota polis dan keselamatan di pintu masuk, dan ia berasa seperti dikawal oleh lapisan. Hotel ini mempunyai pantai persendirian, bilik pemandangan laut yang ditempah, menghadap terus ke laut. Tetapi kemudahan bilik sudah lama. Hotel ini mempunyai tiga hidangan, dan bufet mempunyai pelbagai jenis, yang sangat baik. Ramai orang tua di Eropah datang untuk tinggal selama beberapa bulan dan berasa seperti rumah penjagaan orang Eropah.

Un très bel hôtel élégant et traditionnel dans un bel emplacement central. Personnellement, j'ai beaucoup aimé l'hôtel. L'ambiance et le service étaient excellents. Très sympathique et intelligent. Les chambres étaient très propres. L'accueil, le ménage et la sécurité, ainsi que le personnel de cuisine sont très bien ! J'aime toujours venir ici.

هوتيل رويال سالم مرحبا من افضل الهوتيلات في سوسة ولقد كان الفترة التي قضيناها في هذا الهوتيل جميلة جدا وبالنسبة الكادر القائم على الخدمة في الهوتيل حقيقتا انه لايوصف وكان متواضع وطيب الاخلاق ومستجيب للزبائن فعلا كادر يستحق الاحترام بالنسبة للنضافة على اعلى مستوى من النضافة الغرف وجميع مرافق الهوتيل والمسابح كانت مريحة جدا ونضيفة وبالنسبة للمطعم اكلات و اطباق شهية ومتنوعة كثيرا بحيث تحتار في اختيار طبقك انصح اي شخص يذهب إلى سوسة ان يجرب هذا الهوتيل

Un très bel hôtel élégant et traditionnel dans un bel emplacement central. Personnellement, j'ai beaucoup aimé l'hôtel. L'ambiance et le service étaient excellents. Très sympathique et intelligent. Les chambres étaient très propres. L'accueil, le ménage et la sécurité, ainsi que le personnel de cuisine sont très bien ! J'aime toujours venir ici.

I stayed here as a female sole traveller for 2 weeks in July. After reaaing some of the bad reviews I was a bit unsure. Yes its daed as are most apartments in Tunisia but its spotlessly clean, Bedding and towels were changed daily great views scros to the besch and location straight across from the beach 10TD for parasol and sunbed for the day and all of the staff are nice and friendly. There is a cafe directly below for anything you need and the apartments are very spacious. Yes its loud at night as its on a main road with a lot of bars and night club. I used ear plugs and had no problems sleeping. I am a very fussy person when it comes to apartments and hotels and I would definatey recommend and stay again

C est un hôtel 3 étoiles et il les mérite. Chambre propre (la Clim est en pause) petit coin toilette avec baignoire Il y a un spa complet ça c est le plus sauna le hammam le Jacousi et dés salle de massage tout cela très bien . Une salle de restaurant Pour ma part j aime bien Seul soucis la wifi un peu lente .

Before we arrived we were a little apprehensive based on some of the reviews on here. However, we have had a lovely family holiday. The rooms are basic and clean and the cleaner comes daily. The pool and indoor pool are great for children. The Animation team are superb and really encourage the kids to get involved. The food is ok, you will always find something you like. There are fresh omelettes, pancakes at breakfast and pasta and pizza made fresh in the evening. The pizza is much better in the evening (have to wait a long time at lunch). The staff at the hotel are very helpful and can’t do enough to help you. Overall a great stay.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Der Raum war gut aber man sah dass vor einiger Zeit Bettwanzen vorhanden waren. Die Mahlzeitkarte war leider nur sehr begrenzt. Die Kosten ein wenig zu überteuert für das Zimmer. Der Pool (/ innen und aussen) war sehr schön beleuchtet und hygienists. Die Aussicht vom Hotelzimmer war aber sehr schön.

Well where do I start, this hotel is second to none! Honestly ignore the negative (apart from the ring of men as we were here during this). Granted the rooms are ever so slightly dated and that’s mainly because of the bathroom; everything else was pretty good. Restaurant - the service was excellent, the staff knew exactly what we wanted and was incredibly polite. Food was lovely, unless you’re not willing to explore options. The cleaning staff again were fantastic, couldn’t do enough for us, very happy with the service. The waiters in the bar were again absolutely amazing, remembering orders, being incredibly polite and the drinks ONLY came in paper cups if 1. You were taking it to your room, 2. After a certain hour of the night I think it was like after 22:30, give or take. The animation staff were so lovely and kind to everyone, they got all children involved with activities at night, no one was ignored! They also did activities in the daytime with children too. They were all so very engaging and honestly making so many people happy. The shop, it has a good selection of items in there and they were not pushy at all and all clique’s aside, they genuinely give good prices. The Fish Spa - wow, the gentleman wasn’t lying there, he made my feet so smooth, he did a great job with the massage. Couldn’t fault him at all. All in all a fantastic holiday, that amazing that it was our second time to this hotel and came home and booked to go again in two weeks time!! 100% recommend and more!!!

酒店環境一流，海景房價格非常優惠，推薦入住。唯一令人不悦的是，辦入住手續時接待人員非要你給他發一封確認的訂房郵件，這很奇葩，沒有酒店有這樣的要求，給他訂房截圖還不行。

The hotel was excellent and we had a fantastic stay. The inside pool and sauna were really good also. All The staff were all very good and friendly A few of the staff went above and beyond for us. We will defiantly be keeping in contact with them they were that good The barman Ghazy was very knowledgeable of the area and gave us tips on places to see and things to do and also what cocktails to try and they were strong lol Our waiter Ameur was really good and he had a table ready set for us and was very attentive and pleasant And Lorenzo and the animation team were brilliant with the activities at the night time And also Wallid the rep was also really good and the trips he recommended were terrific. We will definitely be going back there again

The Oceana is an extremely impressive hotel. Check in was quick and efficient, and our bags were whisked away to our Suite. A huge room with a lovely side sea/garden view which got the early morning sun. Very clean and fully equipped. Lovely comfortable huge bed. The food was excellent. The hot cooked to order breakfast offerings were omelette, fried eggs, crepes and superb freshly cooked huge donuts with honey or sugar. Crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. Vast selection of pastries, salads, die for breads, and specialties like Egyptian Bread Pudding, gorgeous. No complaints at all. Loads of cheeses, boiled eggs, and Tunisian specialities like Ojja, poached eggs cooked with tomato and peppers. Dinner was a feast, too much to describe, but with a North African feel. Vast selection, and plenty of more European choices if the local fare did not appeal. Being half board we paid for drinks, but they were very reasonable, pint of beer just over £3. The grounds are extensive and go down to the beach which is lovely. The staff are really friendly, with a good sense of humour. Nothing was too much trouble. Minor issues like bulbs changing or extra toilet paper were fixed almost instantly. Being low season the hotel was very quiet, but the service never suffered. Trip Advisor ratings say it all. 89% of reviews say excellent or very good, with 71% saying excellent. There are always a small number of people that are hard to please and give poor ratings, but our experience was excellent, a fabulous hotel. A big thank you to everyone at the Oceana.

الاستقبال للاسف لم يكن في المستوى عكس التوقع الغرفة كانت نظيفة واطلالتها رائعة حجزت ليلة اضافية واتفاجئ بعد ابلاغي بان الغرفة تم حجزها ويجب علي تغيير الى غرفة اخرى والتي كانت غرفة متصلة بغرفة اخرى حيت اسمع ضجيجها بوضوح ثم الاتصال بي والاعتذار ، اكثر ما لفت انتباهي هم طاقم النظافة، شغل عالي المستوى والحيوية يستحقون التحية مرحابون وبشوشون للغاية بالاضافة الى فريق النشاطات اللذين كانوا في قمة الاخوية ..

Ok, so this hotel isn't a fantastic 4*, however, we had a lovely stay and was worth the money. We paid around £15 each (2 pax) per night sharing a twin room on an All Inclusive basis. Rooms: simple and basic, a little tired in places. Fridge just about worked, no kettle / tea station as shown in photos. Nice size balcony. Great size bathroom, well set out. Shower gel and soap provided and a hairdryer. Shower over the bath, which was so powerful if you turned it up full blast it came off the bracket and made a very wet bathroom 🤭 Pool: pool area was lovely, unfortunately a little chilly to make use of it in January! But was still kept clean. All Inclusive: please see images for timings (I couldn't find the info anywhere before we left!) Although we went in January off peak so they may differ! Food was plentiful, although a reduced offering due to only having around 80 guests! But we had some lovely traditional dishes and we thoroughly enjoyed trying all the Tunisian food. There is a fresh cook station for breakfast, lunch and dinner. At breakfast definitely try a ”Bamboulini” awesome 🤌 Bar is not particularly well equipped, and choices are limited. All inclusive includes: beer, wine, vodka, gin, whiskey, brandy. Sodas, hot drinks and bottled water. There are also water machines in the bar and dining hall to refill bottles. All the staff were friendly and great, especially the entertainment team Didi and Max and the bar man Mhadheb! We enjoyed our stay!
