Nice 4-star hotel with an indoor pool and sauna.
Located right behind the central station, with convenient access to shopping areas.
Small gym; however, the lack of disposable cups was a bit inconvenient.
The mattress was not very comfortable and the pillows didn’t provide enough support, but the water pressure in the shower was strong and the temperature was just right.

歐洲多國游中住過比較滿意的酒店，開上來是小城堡的山路，很好停車 酒店有自己小停車場。進門后就有工作人員很溫暖的歡迎我們，並且讓我們坐在bar裏提供免費的歡迎飲料，酒店據說是14世紀就存在了 一直有進行翻修和很好的維護。大門前有一個很好看的噴泉 感覺有貴族氣息。總共應該有二十多件房間，房間內整潔且溫馨，小陽台外的景色是入口花園。房間內還有歡迎我們的果盤及私人歡迎信。值得一提的是酒店內的餐廳是一星米其林，食物很好吃 在眾多品嘗過得米其林餐廳裏算是很出彩，除了點的菜品外還有很多開胃小食及petit fours小甜點贈送。 早餐種類也挺多（歐洲普遍早餐比較單一），甚至還可以單點鵝肝，魚子醬，牛排等。 總體來講服務很溫馨，可以感受到服務人員的真誠與熱情，在一個海外度假中的聖誕節可以說是很感動了。

Hotel familial convivial. Le personnel est souriant et accueillant. La chambre n’est pas très grande mais correcte avec un petit balcon. La salle d’eau est propre et fonctionnelle mais trop petite. Une étagère et un porte serviettes seraient les bienvenus. Le restaurant est très sympa, les spécialités régionales sont excellentes.

這間酒店是一間由四代人努力經營的百年酒店，中間經歷火災由後人再度重建。儘管酒店外表看是有點歷史，但設施保養得很好及很整潔。以歐洲旅館水平而言，可算是高於水平。
跟一般歐洲酒店一樣提早兩至三個月預訂會有較好的價格。如果預算充足可以預訂豪華雙人房，因為附設露台會有較好的景觀。在薩爾斯堡市區附近你應該找不到一間比這裏更好景觀的酒店，但是你必須是自駕遊才可以到達。酒店提供免費泊車亦有充足車位，入住時約有25輛車停泊仍有位置可以給住客停車（酒店大約30間客房）。
酒店早餐種類豐富，可以在戶外一邊享用早餐及欣賞美景。酒店附設餐廳亦有提供未來數天付費晚餐餐單但必須預訂，以炸豬扒而言比我在維也納吃的名店味道還好但價錢只需一半。餐點以同市價格比較亦相對便宜可以一試。
總括而言，如果你是來薩爾斯堡自駕遊並打算到周邊地點遊覽這間酒店會是你的首選。

Honestly the photos on Trip.com do not justify how beautiful the hotel it. Is an old hotel but beautifully and well maintained. The rooms ., the artistic painting in the passages and so much more is simply outstanding. The front desk was helpful and very efficiently. Honest Zell am See is a must see and stay for the Grand Hotel. Outstanding.

The property was spotless, and while some mention that parts of it feel a little worn, that was absolutely not our experience. We stayed in the main building, and everything felt top notch and very well maintained.
The service was outstanding throughout our stay, and the food was simply extraordinary. From start to finish, the experience exceeded our expectations and genuinely stands out as one of the best stays we have had. We would happily return without hesitation.

飞飞往各地的PdI have lived in a more satisfactory hotel in a multi-country tour of Europe. It is a mountain road of a small castle. It is very good to park. The hotel has its own small parking lot. After entering the door, the staff welcomed us warmly and let us sit in the bar with free welcome drinks, the hotel is said to have existed in the 14th century and has been renovated and well maintained. There is a nice fountain in front of the gate that feels aristocratic. There should be more than 20 rooms in total, the room is clean and warm, the view outside the small balcony is the entrance garden. There is also a welcome fruit plate and private welcome letter in the room. It is worth mentioning that the restaurant in the hotel is a star Michelin, the food is delicious in many Michelin restaurants, in addition to the dishes there are many appetizers and petit fours desserts. There are also many types of breakfast (the European general breakfast is relatively simple), and you can even order foie gras, caviar, steak, etc. Overall, the service is very warm, you can feel the sincerity and enthusiasm of the service staff, and Christmas in an overseas holiday can be said to be very touched.

WweirdruiCheck in close by 6 or 7.30pm so do let the hotel know of you are arriving after that, they will make alternative arrangements for you to collect the key. There is a coffee machine (free coffee) in the lobby. Only toothbrush is not provided. There is a kitchenette in the room. Cleaning is done every 4 days.

Three nights we ended up paying 3000euro plus. Cost is pretty high and the most hurting point is that we only got to know this upon check out…

JJielunWe had a decent attic room at the top floor. It looks newly renovated and makes you feel warm and comfortable, even though the room isn't that spacious.
The decorations of the hotel have some characters. Overall, a decent choice if you decide to stay in the area after a long day.
