This hotel is one of the best hotels I have stays in my 15 years of travels in 47 countries. It’s very convenient place to places of interest like helicopter ride and entrance to Iguazu falls and more bird park . Breakfast was amazing and the staff was very warm and very helpful

Na recepção não escutei o sejam bem-vindos do funcionário em traje havaiano que tomou posse da minha bagagem. Como não havia crachá nem logo demorei alguns segundos pra entender. O restante todo excelente, acima de muitos serviços internacionais. Parabéns!

O quarto em que ficamos, alem de cheiro de mofo, as roupas de cama e toalhas estavam com aparência de velhas, amareladas! As roupas de cama aparentavam até não terem sido trocadas! O hotel é antigo e está passando por reformas e talvez já tenha ou melhore as condições das instalações! Porém as roupas de cama e toalhas não dependem de reforma e poderiam melhorar nesse aspecto! O café da manhã nos agradou muito, com muita variedade e qualidade! A localização do hotel também é perfeita! O restaurante também nos atendeu muito bem!

Great hotel with an amazing view and pool setup, especially in the evening.
The hotel stuff was very supportive and could help us with our requests.

Estive hospedado nesse hotel recentemente e fiquei impressionado com a qualidade dos serviços, possui vaga para carro bem próximo ao front desk, os quartos são confortáveis e possuem ar quente e frio, Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e prestativos, respondendo rapidamente às mensagens no WhatsApp, recepcionista me ajudou em um pedido o que mostra a atenção e o cuidado que eles têm com os hóspedes.
O café da manhã foi espetacular, com várias opções gostosas e frutas frescas, senti falta de um lounge bar, que no momento estava inativo, mais recomendo fortemente esse hotel para quem busca uma estadia confortável e com ótimo atendimento. Nota 10/10!

Hotel com excelente custo benefício. No dia da estadia houve um problema com o elevador e falta de energia. Acredito que não seja usual isso ocorrer no local. Tirando isso foi uma estadia super tranquila. O custo de utilizar a garagem poderia ser um pouco mais em conta também (R$40,00/dia).

We had a nice one week stay at the Radisson. The Batel neighborhood is a great place to stay, and there is a huge mall in walking distance. We encountered a few small hospitality issues, but the reception staff was always very quick to respond and address problems as they arose. All of the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The room service was just okay, but the breakfast was good. They rotated the items available at breakfast, so throughout the week we didn’t have to eat the same thing everyday. The hotel was very busy due to a convention happening while we were staying there, but the room was quiet aside from occasional noise from the hallway. The room was also reasonably big with a comfortable king-sized bed and a view of the Japanese Garden. The garden is really just a tiny park, but we enjoyed walking there in the morning. We recommend this hotel if you are headed to Curitiba.

JJoão L.Excellent hotel, spectacular breakfast, our choice at the various times we stay in Foz and never disappointed us. It is close to shopping (washing, market, exchange, etc.) and with good restaurants nearby. The parking is discovered and has a rate of 25 reals/day (maio/2025).

GGuest UserThe price is cheap, the breakfast is quite rich, and the location is more convenient. There are often tour groups to stay, and the hotel staff can serve. But the hotel facilities are a bit old for a long time, and the charging port in the house is not good.

GGuest UserWith such price, I expect the service is top notch, yet I was disturbed by the housekeepers twice in the evening and 3 times in the morning for cleaning up. There’s even one time that I was in the room and the cleaning lady just directly opened the door without ringing. It even didn’t happen for star 3 hotels.
The room is surprisingly small and I guess the only reason I opted for this hotel is the proximity of location to Iguazu falls.

GGuest UserA very clean and comfortable hotel close to the international bus station. There aren't that many places to go to for food nearby apart from in the bus station, but it is easy to get an Uber or taxi to the centre for more food options. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of options and lots of space so that even when it is busy you can have a leisurely breakfast.

BBryce van de LaarBogari Hotel is a great place to stay if you want to see the Iguaçu Falls from the Brazil and Argentina sides. People on the platform comment on the high quality of the service and I would agree completely. The front desk staff answered all of our many questions with patience and good humour and definitely made our stay feel warmer. The rooms are clean and spacious (although a bit dark) and the Italian restaurant downstairs is fine (big portions). I would recommend taking a walk just down the street to visit one of the many Syrian/Lebanese restaurants for good quality, satisfying shawarma as well. The breakfast is typical of the region, with a variety of cakes, guava-based products and pao de qeijo. We spent an enjoyable late afternoon in the hot tubs on the first floor, which were a nice surprise.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit out of town, but there's a bus stop conveniently located nearby. The hotel is a little dated. We booked two rooms, and one of them had drainage issues. Breakfast and dinner were decent. We would have liked a few more vegetables to go with the salad greens. The cheeses and fruits were excellent. You definitely won't go hungry. The hotel offers transfers to the Argentinian side of the national park for a reasonable price.
