This hotel is one of the best hotels I have stays in my 15 years of travels in 47 countries. It’s very convenient place to places of interest like helicopter ride and entrance to Iguazu falls and more bird park . Breakfast was amazing and the staff was very warm and very helpful

Na recepção não escutei o sejam bem-vindos do funcionário em traje havaiano que tomou posse da minha bagagem. Como não havia crachá nem logo demorei alguns segundos pra entender. O restante todo excelente, acima de muitos serviços internacionais. Parabéns!

O quarto em que ficamos, alem de cheiro de mofo, as roupas de cama e toalhas estavam com aparência de velhas, amareladas! As roupas de cama aparentavam até não terem sido trocadas! O hotel é antigo e está passando por reformas e talvez já tenha ou melhore as condições das instalações! Porém as roupas de cama e toalhas não dependem de reforma e poderiam melhorar nesse aspecto! O café da manhã nos agradou muito, com muita variedade e qualidade! A localização do hotel também é perfeita! O restaurante também nos atendeu muito bem!

Great hotel with an amazing view and pool setup, especially in the evening.
The hotel stuff was very supportive and could help us with our requests.
Breakfast was very good with many options, but I little bit noisy.

Estive hospedado nesse hotel recentemente e fiquei impressionado com a qualidade dos serviços, possui vaga para carro bem próximo ao front desk, os quartos são confortáveis e possuem ar quente e frio, Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e prestativos, respondendo rapidamente às mensagens no WhatsApp, recepcionista me ajudou em um pedido o que mostra a atenção e o cuidado que eles têm com os hóspedes.
O café da manhã foi espetacular, com várias opções gostosas e frutas frescas, senti falta de um lounge bar, que no momento estava inativo, mais recomendo fortemente esse hotel para quem busca uma estadia confortável e com ótimo atendimento. Nota 10/10!

Hotel com excelente custo benefício. No dia da estadia houve um problema com o elevador e falta de energia. Acredito que não seja usual isso ocorrer no local. Tirando isso foi uma estadia super tranquila. O custo de utilizar a garagem poderia ser um pouco mais em conta também (R$40,00/dia).

GGuest UserHotel is situated not very close to city center, but if you just need to spend a night before getting to the falls, it's ok. Just be prepared, that in the evening you won't have shops and bars next door.
The room was huge, but not comfortable.

NNicholasA great stay in a lovely city. The Bourbon is a very nice place to stay in downtown Curitiba. Well-located and clean, there is little to complain about. The room was big enough, and the city views were welcoming.
We stayed in a queen room which was small, but it was comfortable and the view over the public library was nice. The location was the best selling-point. This hotel is in almost the exact center of the city. You can walk to the mall or 24 Hours Street easily from here, and everywhere else is a short drive away.
The service was good; we had no complaints about the housekeeping. The room was always cleaned fast and well. Breakfast was also generous and delicious. We really enjoyed the pastries. The general state of repairs in the room seemed fine, but the floors could use a resurfacing because they are showing some wear.
This hotel is easy to recommend if you are headed to Curitiba. We had a good experience, and we will likely stay here again if we are again through the area.

GGuest UserThe price is cheap, the breakfast is quite rich, and the location is more convenient. There are often tour groups to stay, and the hotel staff can serve. But the hotel facilities are a bit old for a long time, and the charging port in the house is not good.

Upon arrival, a personal manager meets you with a welcome drink)) Provides all the information and takes you to your room. We were upgraded to a room for free, which was very nice. The rooms have everything that was stated. Breakfast was buffet style. Breakfast is simply luxury. You can't say it better. Cheeses, cold cuts, honey from the comb, eggs Benedict, fruits, vegetables, pastries, champagne... A fairy tale)) Dinner from the menu. There are free sunscreens by the pool, you don't need to bring your own)) A free shuttle runs from the hotel to the entrance to the park, approximately every 30 minutes. You can get to the Bird Park, since the entrance to the Bird Park is a 3-minute walk from the entrance to Iguazu Park. But the biggest bonus of the hotel is access to the waterfall around the clock. At sunset, the waterfalls are beautiful, and the park is empty, there are no visitors.

Facilities: Fully equipped, for friends who like hot tea, there is no hot water bottle in the room
Hygienic: very clean.
Environment: The surrounding environment is very good and safe. Opposite is the most beautiful Japanese park in South America, praca do japao. People walk their dogs in the park. Especially comfortable.
Service: The hotel offers a rich breakfast. It is worth mentioning that the hotel actually has free valet parking. Not all front desks speak English, but they are very friendly and welcoming.

There aren't that many places to go to for food nearby apart from in the bus station, but it is easy to get an Uber or taxi to the centre for more food options. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of options and lots of space so that even when it is busy you can have a leisurely breakfast.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit out of town, but there's a bus stop conveniently located nearby. The hotel is a little dated. We booked two rooms, and one of them had drainage issues. Breakfast and dinner were decent. We would have liked a few more vegetables to go with the salad greens. The cheeses and fruits were excellent. You definitely won't go hungry. The hotel offers transfers to the Argentinian side of the national park for a reasonable price.

KKosta561Good hotel with an amazing restaurant. It's better to book a room with half-board. You don't need a plug adapter. There's no toothpaste provided. In the evening, they give one bottle of water and a chocolate per person. The breakfast coffee is amazing (you can make it yourself at dinner). Decent wines at dinner starting from 90 Reals.
