I am happy to stay here for a night. No regret to book this hotel. I will be back for 2 more nights after my trip to Solok and Bukittinggi before flying back home

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a good place to rest after exploring the city. Rooms are spacious enough and suitable for families. The location is a plus — close to Bukit Tinggi attractions, making it easy to get around. The surrounding area is lively, yet the hotel itself feels calm and restful. Breakfast was decent with local options, and the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with requests or directions. Overall, a good value-for-money hotel in Bukit Tinggi, especially if you’re looking for a comfortable stay in a convenient location. Would consider staying here again.

Location good, bed comfortable. The room is pretty much run down, mold and moisture on the wall in the room, and in the bathroom. AC very loud. The furniture and seats are stained and filthy. Rooms are not soundproof so you hear everything from the corridor including the hotel music running almost 24 hours.

I was very disappointed. I booked a room for my parents and grandchildren. I booked a room which is written 24m2 with balcony. I had stayed there before, that's why I know it's supposed to be spacious room. But they only get small room 17m2 not as mention in the details just because of the name not ”grand deluxe” but I paid more than ”deluxe price”. The same price with the published rate for ”grand deluxe” directly in the hotel. And there is no ”grand deluxe” In the room choices in Trip. They can't ask for extrabed because there's no space. And also when 1 adult with 2 kids having breakfast they still ask for extra fee. I know this rule but i just felt not fair to pay after overpriced for the disappointing room

Hotel was clean and look beach side. The foods very good. I like some snack. I was experience gym, actually exercise equipment too old. I hope next time have good experience with gym.

The stay was great, but they didn't provide any slippers. I requested them, but they were never delivered, even after I called the front desk multiple times. Oh well.

The room was spacious and the location very strategic. The breakfast spread was excellent, and my dad enjoyed it very much. The only downside was the smoking room, which had quite a strong smell. I should have opted for a non-smoking room instead, as the receptionist kindly suggested earlier. Overall good experience.

It was a very comfortable stay. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful, assisting me with booking a taxi to the airport and adjusting my check-out time accordingly. I was also pleased that they made me an Americano for breakfast.

We stayed for 1 night at Balcone Hotel & Suites. Location was superb, cool air , breezy and the mountain view was stunning as I have book my room overlooking the Merapi & Singalang mountain. Our room was spacious & clean & quiet. Breakfast can be improved. The wash hand basin had a bit of problem as the water does not flow very well but we manage to open the sink trap to let the water out. Settle the problem. Overall happy ending. Highly recommend this hotel.
