The Hilton Santa Marta was a great experience. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The location is great! It's close to the airport and Zazue Plaza which is full of restaurants and little shops. The rooms were spacious, super clean and luxurious. The beds were very comfortable and the shower in the bathroom was wonderful. We loved the breakfast buffet each morning. Room service was also very tasty. The pool on the second floor was the perfect temperature and offered an amazing view. I didn't use the rooftop pool but walked up there to see the spectacular views.

La estadía fue toda una maravilla, agradecí la atención servicial super descomplicado, la limpieza impecable y siempre dispuesto a satisfacer la imagen estética. La comida fue de gran calidad, a un precio muy justo para lo que se recibía, el menú es variado, sin embargo les faltó de pronto extender un poco más las opciones, pero eso sí, todos los platos son una delicia, hasta el que llega con estómago gourmet quedará encantado. Un hotel MAESTRO en la atención, ideal para estadías también en familia, y las instalaciones muy bonitas, lo único que hacía falta en el hotel es un portafolio más amplio de zonas sociales, como por ejemplo Jacuzzi o Turco, del resto: digno de ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, superando todas las espectativas! Volveremos, hasta la próxima!

Literally can’t fault it here at all, above all else the staff are a super friendly super beautiful bunch! Also though the facility is great. It’s HUGE and there is an elevator which I like :)

The hotel is ok but nothing special, a bit over price for the infrastructure, the breakfast is basic with bad coffee, also the gym is not good. 2.5 points out of 5 points.
