This hotel is worth 5 points. The price of about 2000 is a bit high, but it is worth it. The room is small but very clean. You can see Neuschwanstein Castle from the side of the room window. The main entrance of the hotel is just opposite the High Swan Castle. The breakfast is very sincere. There is a swimming pool and spa.

Very nice and friendly hotel, something on the edge of Incell, therefore very quietly located. Parking facilities right in front of the door and extensive walking paths in the valley.
The breakfast buffet was very extensive and in a pleasant atmosphere, as well as the restaurant with a large dining card. The hotel is excellently suited as a starting point for exploration trips to the surrounding area, through direct connection to the highway.
The rooms were cozy and generous, each with its own balcony.

A wonderful hotel that deserves praise. Beautiful and clean rooms, excellent and fast service. The room view is very beautiful from the balcony on the mountains and nature and the fog envelops the place. The breakfast is varied with cheese, jam and eggs. More than one type of juice, coffee and hot chocolate are very delicious. The best breakfast buffet in a European hotel. Nature surrounds the hotel from all sides. I thank the friendly and kind employee Madia for her wonderful and distinguished treatment. She had a beautiful situation with us. All thanks and appreciation to her and the wonderful and kind staff. The hotel is worth staying and returning. Our experience was successful 🤍🌹And I thank the Trip.com website for the discount. We booked it at a reduced price compared to other sites🌹

The two front desk staff are so nice. They will help you check the time and route for your trip. They will also recommend restaurants. The front desk staff can also speak simple Chinese, which is really thoughtful. Although the room is small, it has become more and more comfortable after staying for two days. The breakfast is rich and very detailed. There are all kinds of bread and sauces, as well as unlimited yogurt and coffee.

Wir waren übers Wochenende 3 Nächte nur mit Frühstück im Ströbinger Hof. Die Mädels vom Service und Rezeption sind alle sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Habe sogar ohne es zu erwähnen eine kleine Schokoladentorte zum Geburtstag aufs Zimmer bekommen. Schade war dass wir sie bei der Hitze nicht kühlen konnten da die Minibar defekt war. Hatten leider auch etwas Pech in der ersten Nacht. Unser Zimmer war direkt gegenüber von der Tiefgarage wo ein Auto alarm die ganze Nacht zu hören war. Unangenehm aber das kommt bestimmt nicht oft vor. Praktisch ist der unterirdische Verbindungsgang zu den Chiemgauer Thermen.

The room was spacious, bright, comfortable, warm, and practical. The environment was quiet and cozy. It was also clean and hygienic. The service staff had a pleasant attitude. I highly recommend the breakfast; it was plentiful, delicious, and nutritious.

The room is specious and good with king size bed, but no coffee machine is provided or water, you need to be a member in their Honor program to have complementary water for drinking or coffee, which i see is big downside for Hilton . Nowadays even 2 stars hotels provide free water and coffee machine! I waited around 50 minutes to get 2 bottles 😰 in morning i requested 2 they delivered only one and poor guy said it is complimentary. I think to stay in this hotel you need to be equipped with water otherwise you will suffer thirsty.

They are happy to serve you, not one person but every staff that I encountered. I got a surprise birthday cake in my room with a hand written note, am truly grateful and heartfelt. MM342478****I stayed only for one night! I didn't stay long enough! The service was good! It was very comfortable! Clean and the breakfast was good😌. The attractions in Munich are relatively close! It's very close to the Charlie Post and nearby hotels! You can also go there for business trips. It's a few steps to the subway station, and it's also good to go to the University of Munich! You can eat the famous pork knuckles in a few steps!

Mezzanine suite has limited head space hence if kids get older, prob that won't work.

It takes about 6 minutes to walk from the lake, and only some rooms can see the lake.
The hotel is very new and the facilities in Europe are first class.
The roof bar on the 5th floor is good, and the dishes are the same quality and the same price outside.

GGuest UserThe best hotel of our Europe trip. Room was spacious, clean and welcoming. There was a safe, bathroom had shampoo and conditioner. You can cast from your phone (android only). Hotel also had a gym (not very well equipped).
You can use the sauna and pool for a one off 10euro fee.
The elevator at one point stopped at every single level even though noone went on/off.
Short walk to attractions and very close to main station.

HHenri AlexanderThe Hotel is in a beautiful location and you can go for lovely walks. The facilities are great with a small but decent gym and a lovely indoor swimming pool. There doesn't seem to be enough parking spaces for the number of rooms/guests this hotel holds, unless you want to pay extra for covered parking. There are no amenities/shops within walking distance. There room I stayed in had no air-conditioning and there was no fan, my stay was early July which meant that the room itself was too hot and stuffy and could only cool it down by opening the patio door... and letting the bugs in. There were no tea or coffee facilities inside the room, I really could have done with a coffee at 5:30 AM before my long drive to the airport, but the receptionist told me that breakfast amenities did not open until 7:00 AM (there is a coffee maker just behind reception and just requires pressing one button). While there may be rules for the hotel, it wouldn't have been much trouble to give a better customer service.

FFreedomThe hotel has a good environment and is clean. It is located near the King's Lake. It only takes 5 minutes to drive to the King's Lake. You can see the clear water of the King's Lake in front of the hotel.
