Do not bother with paying more for the ”river view” as the river is blocked by another row of hotel/buildings and it is quite far away, I only caught a glimpse of the river inbetween the buildings. Location is a little inconvenient, it is a 17 minutes walk from the station (in the cold), unless you buy passes to board the bus which is expensive (or pray that there is no inspection). The hotel seems to be more appropriate for business travellers / conventions. The rooftop bar was a lifesaver as it is open until 1am and kitchen closes at 11pm and the food is pretty decent (service is not, sadly).

The people in the hotel are really nice. The room is good but the main attraction is the Bali style swimming pool Good for one night stay

It is overall okay for me. There is a bar downstairs, it is a good option for solo or group travelers. For dorm room, it is no curtain, a bit lack of privacy. But the toilet and shower is okay and clean. There is locker inside the dorm room but you have to prepare your own lock. The location is 10-15 minute walk from city centre.

Checking in & out are done via the self-check in automat. Didn't try the breakfast. There's an indoor swimming pool which is great. Room is clean & tidy, with some traces of dust though. The hotel looks dated but well-maintained. The bartender is cheerful and staff are friendly. Just a few steps away from Kastrup Airport. Train station connected to the hotel so we simply took the train to Copenhagen city centre ftom the hotel which took about 20 minutes.

Quiet, soft bed, nice breakfast. Clean enough. Expect the food service in room isn’t that nice, I ordered something called “hot smoked salmon”, but what sent to us was a salmon can, and it’s cold. Others are fine, love the wooden card key and the double layered window.

The room is clean and the bed comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. However, advance booking is required for the use of the swimming pool with a rather expensive charge, The breakfast is good, however, would appreciate a slight change of menu probably every two days. I stayed here for 5 nights. Have been seeing the exact same food every morning.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Bryggen Guldsmeden Hotel in July 2025, where I booked a Standard Room. My experience was thoroughly enjoyable and memorable. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly, always ready to assist with a warm smile, which made my stay even more comfortable. The room was impeccably clean, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. One of the standout features was the beautiful, warm pool that provided a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring and metro station is 5 minutes walk. Overall, I would rate my stay at Bryggen Guldsmeden Hotel a solid 9/10. The combination of excellent service, clean accommodations, and a relaxing pool area makes it a hotel I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Nice, clean, modern hotel with great amenities, and a decent city view. 4 min walk from the metro station which takes you to the city center. One aspect worth mentioning which might be a problem for some people: there is a partially transparent glass wall between the room and the shower.

We just completed a 2nd time stay within a month and we were glad to come back to this service apartment styled hotel. Kitchenette with the NETTO supermarket in the bldg plus a top bakery around the block makes it always convenient. Same goes for the gym, pool and sauna. Bikes to rent are very solid. Also you have plenty of jogging kilometers waiting for you which you can start straight from the hotel doors. Reception was extra flexible this time.
