AAnonymous UserI was around the city for 3days of design and happy for the stay (female share room). The room is pretty clean except there was no curtain for each bed and bathroom was tiny than expected. The hostel is nearby the metro station and easy to walk down to the city center. It’s surrounded by a small lake, people used to running and jogging there a lot.
Also, You can pay 100 DKK for late check-out and stay until 1:00 PM. But no early check-in was available. Instead there’s a storage downstairs which charge me 2 hours for 25 DKK and 6 hours for 40 DKK.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very nice, especially suitable for travellers who are having early flights. There’s a connecting-corridor between the airport and the hotel, so no need to worry if it’s cold and raining outside. If you would like to get some food for late-night snack, you can even shop in the airport.
But I was quite surprised that a four-star hotel is not providing complimentary room slipper and ask travelers to pay for the set.

DDadazuizanI booked a room without breakfast. The hotel room was tiny, only big enough to open one suitcase at a time. We had to close one just to open the second. It was convenient though, with plenty of places to explore nearby. We pretty much did a whirlwind tour in one day. Taking an Uber with a new member discount was cheaper than getting a taxi from the airport. There were lots of food options nearby, and we even ate at a restaurant Andersen often visited. Every day was expensive though – prices were really high. A bottle of water or soda was around 30 DKK. For breakfast, two burgers, a coke, and fries cost about 290 RMB. Renting bikes for two people for half an hour was over 150 RMB. In July, you don't need to wear very thick clothes; it's much warmer than Iceland, but if it's windy, it gets very breezy. It's best to book things in advance wherever you go. Even the train station toilets charge a fee!

FFallintutuHygiene: Nobody cleaned the room... After a day out, I came back to find the room exactly as I left it. The conditioner and tissues weren't refilled, and the overflowing trash can wasn't emptied. When I contacted the front desk, they said they only had two cleaners a day and couldn't do anything.
Facilities: The hallway outside the room was a bit old, and there was a strange smell inside the room. The toilet seat was also crooked.
Ambiance: The lobby was quite nice, and there were several restaurants to choose from.
Service: The service attitude was decent, but sometimes I had to queue for a while at the front desk.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel room was spacious, had a fridge, and was well-lit. The air conditioning was just okay; to be honest, it was a bit warm, but bearable. Its location is really poor. It's not close to the Central Station, and even though the nearest station is already quite a distance, it still takes 20 minutes to walk, assuming you know the way, which involves passing through SLog station and walking behind the Villa Copenhagen Hotel. Next time, I definitely won't choose this hotel. The location is genuinely inconvenient; there are no supermarkets or restaurants nearby, absolutely nothing, except for the bar downstairs at the hotel!

WWanYun LimFeatured accommodation, compared to Copenhagen city design is cold, this hotel decoration color is many colors, there is a sauna, the staff is very friendly, the meal is very rich and delicious, the location is far from the city, but there is a Metro station nearby. It is also convenient to enter and exit.

GGuest UserWe arrived early, the front desk staff kindly checked us in straight away. AC was working when we entered the room. Cool and refreshing. At the reception area we could access to still water and sparkling water, various tea bags and instant coffee. In the room there’s a kettle to make own drinks. The bathroom is spacious with bathtub and shower combo.
I would say this hotel is family friendly with lots of activities, board games, swimming pool.
Breakfast was included, we thought it was very good with tea leaves, fresh coffee, energy drink, cold cuts, hot meals, and very popular for kids were make your own waffles.
A short walk to metro station, nearby amusement park, even so this hotel located rather quiet area

AAidingbaoliulanghanEnvironment: The environment is perfect. From sunrise to sunset, almost every frame is beautiful. It's one of the most worthwhile hotels to experience in Copenhagen; its beauty is indescribable.
The location is also excellent, in the Nyhaven area, the new district, which I found most hygge. There are many concept stores and restaurants nearby. You can walk directly to the bay to enjoy the breeze and sunshine. Transportation to the city center is also very convenient. I personally think it's a little utopia in Copenhagen.
Facilities: The hotel's perfect scenery and the Danish-style furnishings in the rooms, along with perfect symmetry and spatial aesthetics, come at the cost of some outdated facilities. While acceptable, the automatic door locks are a bit worrying. The basic infrastructure is also quite ordinary. However, the furniture, while not top-of-the-line, is at least of good quality. Basic toiletries and toiletries are not provided, which can only be attributed to Denmark's advanced environmental philosophy.
Cleanliness: The floors weren't very clean. The dust on the soles of my feet told me that the wooden floors hadn't been properly cleaned. All the black countertops were clean, but the dust in the exercise equipment baskets and the corners of the windowsills was always glaring.
Service: The female staff were very enthusiastic. As for the male staff... Perhaps I couldn't discern the genuineness of his smile, but I certainly couldn't comment on his enthusiasm. Even at 3500 a night, I still had to carry my own luggage from the check-in area to that high-rise building on the edge. It's possible that the hotel could emulate the service quality of similarly priced chain hotels. I won't make excuses for the hotel's service; this is a problem with the training facilities.
Overall, I would still give this hotel a perfect score and recommend it. However, regarding the overall experience, while it was perfect, it wasn't perfect. You could even say it was excellent but not perfect in terms of design and environment. I'm not a demanding traveler; I don't expect 120% enthusiasm. I think any guest would only hope for 100% sincerity.

GGuest UserTraveling with family, the hotel's environment, service attitude, and breakfast were all excellent! The staff were very friendly! The room was a bit small compared to what we're used to in China. Also, they provide flip-flops here, so if you're not used to them, remember to bring your own regular slippers.
