Hotel Dengan Pools di Castilla-La Mancha, Spain

Desde el momento de nuestra llegada, el servicio fue atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Las instalaciones estaban impecables, con habitaciones amplias, muy limpias y con una decoración muy bonita. El hotel ofrece una ubicación ideal, a 10 minutos del centro de Toledo y con un parking justo en la puerta.

Great stay. I highly recommend this hotel,especially city-view room. It’s far from old town, but we could use by bus(1.4€)、by taxi(12€ from Renfe station). Receptionist were great and kind, they arranged us a taxi.

We were surprised to encounter major renovation to the front terrace which reduced the car parking availability and created a lot of white/grey dust best to avoid the terrace area altogether but pack a clothes brush anyway as there are none in the room. Garage parking is advertised in Reception as €25/day but due to reduced free parking there was no charge. All staff are very obliging and professional and appear pleased to ensure your time there is enjoyable. The building has been repurposed over the decades but as a hotel it is both dignified and comfortable. A vending machine dispensing bottles of water would be useful. During the 2 night stay we took breakfast lunch and dinner and whilst the food is not great it is good. Parador de Cuenca is a great example of the brand but as we are only a few into their Spanish estate and with another 88 to visit we sadly don't have time to return.

Alojamiento estilo clásico por no decir antiguo, el trato es estupendo de las recepcionistas pero sobre todo de la chica del bar. Majisima! Las sábanas y toallas rotas y el sofá también. Para ser un 4 estrellas mal en ese sentido. Por lo demás todo estupendo. Eche de menos una luz en la piscina.

차가없으면 가기 힘든 곳이지만 차만 있다면 호텔 방에서 보는 경치며 아침식사며 다 좋았다. 또한 립셉션에 계시는 분들도 친절하시고 아침식사를 챙겨 주시는 중년의 아주머니도 참 친절하셨다.

조식도 맛있고 룸 컨디션도 좋았어요. 더 머물고 싶은 숙소입니다.

Fabuloso establecimiento, de lujo. Magnífica habitación, trato inmejorable. Hemos estado dos días estupendos, disfrutando del spa, los jardines, el bar restaurante... El desayuno buffet de los mejores que he visto, super completo, con carta de platos calientes a elegir (los huevos benedictinos riquísimos). Voveremos.

Todo perfecto salvo el parking. Las plazas de la zona superior eran pocas y estaban ocupadas y me mandaron a la zona inferior que está absolutamente aislada, sin ningún tipo de vigilancia, ni siquiera una triste cámara, y a la mañana siguiente me encontré el coche lleno de vómito. Es una zona en la que el coche es fácilmente vandalizable porque está aislada y sin vigilancia.
