Kami menginap di Royal Suite pada bulan madu kami. Lokasi tidak boleh menjadi lebih baik, dan bilik adalah standard yang sangat tinggi. Overall an amazing budget hotel that I could in no way fault. Great location. Short walk to the centre of Fira. From the hotel initially there is a steep incline but only lasts for about 10m from then on the walk is easy and takes less that 10 minutes. Rooms are lovely and clean. We were staying in a separate building about 20m from the hotel. On the roof of the building is a hot tub and sun beds available for guests to use. When we used it there was no one there so it felt like our own private area. Private patio outside our room was great too. Bed was very comfortable and air conditioning is provided at no extra cost. Staff were lovely and at check in the receptionist provided us with a map and offered us guidance and information on santorini. Overall an amazing experience , if I was to go back to santorini I would 100% stay in this hotel again and I would highly recommend.

Thank you, Renta and staff, for a memorable stay in Santorini. I had some doubts about the suites’ location overlooking the Caldera and the climbing that might be required, but the hotel is easily accessible with lovely gentlemen who take your luggage down to your room and pick it up when you are ready to leave. The accommodations are roomy, well appointed, and have an incredible view of the sea. We had our own patio where we could eat an ample breakfast delivered every morning. On these same mornings when we were very lucky, a parade of donkeys and one mule would clop by the path near the hotel, carrying materials to nearby sites. Of course our stay in November meant that many restaurants and shops in Imeroviglia were closed, but Fira is nearby. Renta will call Nico to give you a ride into town. Both of them are so gracious and accommodating that we very much enjoyed our stay. Following Renta’s advice, we took the catamaran tour of the Caldera, a must for seeing the Caldera from the sea. The plus side of Santorini in November is a complete lack of crowds. Our weather was sunny and in the seventies every day, which may have been a Greek anomaly but perfect for us. I highly recommend the Aqua Luxury suites and staff.

We are so happy with had the opportunity to meet our Hostess Arestides he was above and beyond exceptional. He was helpful and he was able to get our transportation to the airport the correct time. Also, any restaurant reservation he was able to take care that for us and suggested great restaurant by the area by calling the restaurant I making sure we get a table with a nice view. He was very nice explaining everything to us when we arrive to the hotel and show us all the highlights of the island the best beaches and places to go. We felt safe and happy everything we will go to the front desk, and he was there to assist us. I can't thank you enough for all you time and hospitality. we are so happy we stayed there. The staff were so friendly, the rooms were immaculate. It was so peaceful and safe. I loved our pool right outside of our room 101, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is not too far from the center to Fira by walk about 7 minutes. Thank you again Arestides and the entire Staff.

Definitely not a four star hotel. The room was fine with comfortable bed and big bathroom and I will say very clean and they made the room up each day. The rainfall shower was just a trickle. The breakfast was not good at all and we ended up going out. Very basic and not fresh. I had better breakfast at a three star in Santorini last year. There is no pool bar despite what the website says. So there is nowhere to get drinks and snacks. You have to walk to the supermarket to get anything. The pool is not heated and was freezing so no one went in it at all in the three days we were there. There’s only enough sun beds for 3 couples/family. When we arrived we were just given a key and sent upstairs to our room. No map, local guidance, recommendations for restaurants. They were not rude but there was no four star service.

This is easily the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune of coming across. I booked a room for myself, my mum and 3 year old daughter as I was working in Santorini for a week. I booked through *********** and turned up only to find the hotel completely closed. Our taxi driver kindly called a number on the door and a cleaner came to meet us to tell us that we couldn't stay there that night but if we took a 10 min walk (this turned out to be 15 with luggage and toddler on Santorini streets) we could stay at a different hotel for one night then come back to Lignos the following day. I asked if we could have a taxi arranged for us, they refused and told us to walk. She then just left leaving us no choice but to walk as our taxi from the airport had already left by then. We arrived at the other hotel which incidentally happens to be the ones where the photographs of the pool are taken from, Lignos doesn't have one and should not be advertising itself so. I told the manager I was extremely unhappy to be put in this position and asked if we could stay in the new hotel for the duration of our trip rather than moving the following day which due to work I would have been unable to do. I was told no and so asked to speak with the owner of the hotel who screamed at me down the phone and told me my only options were to accept the new ”deal” they were offering us, apparently we were very lucky to be offered a night in the other hotel, or to have a full refund. I then went to find an alternative hotel which I managed to do within an hour and then called the owner back to confirm I wanted to go ahead with the refund. She told me I couldn't have one electronically and that it had to go back on the card I paid with however she was in Athens and therefore unable to process it. I told her that online banking should be an option and that I wanted to have the refund immediately especially seeing as I had now paid for an alternative hotel. She refused to continue speaking to me and wanted to be put on the phone to the manager, bearing in mind she was screaming at me the entire time and I hadn't raised my voice this was also incredibly unprofessional and rude. The manager told me to come back in 3 days time and I would be given my refund then, I told her I wanted this agreement in writing and she pretended to email both me and my mum several times with the agreement. Neither of us got any of the emails and she told us that our emails must be down. Very convenient. She also said we were no longer entitled to a full refund as had been agreed but that we would have to still pay the *********** fees for some reason. This is a separate issue that I have tried to take up with them and am yet to resolve as their customer service is beyond a joke. I am only giving this hotel one star as I don't have the option to go any lower. I cannot believe that an establishment like this can get away with taking money for bookings they do not honour and then have the audacity to be rud

Beautiful, quaint hotel, spotlessly clean. staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful . Pool area excellent. Fresh towels every day. Food at the pool and restaurant superb and very well priced. Location could not have been better right at the beginning of the promenade and 25 minutes from airport. I had an accident on the promenade and when I got back to the hotel Janus called the ambulance and took care of everything. When I returned to hotel staff could not do enough for me and brought breakfast to the room on a couple of occasions. Will definitely be back.

Very comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Loved the unique building looking like it was carved out of a white hill, little balconies, delicious breakfast, and comfy bed. Good-sized room and bathroom. Excellent location just a short walk to center of town and on the water. Nice little pool lounge area.

The location of Hotel Thireas is excellent and the view from the balconies is exactly the ones you see in the pictures. We had our breakfast on one of the terraces overlooking the caldera -- it's priceless. And the breakfast itself is plentiful and excellent. There is a long sloped and stepped walkway from where your taxi or shuttle will drop you off so if you have wheeled luggage, you will either need to carry it or call reception to have them help you. This is standard for any hotel in Santorini (i.e none of the hotels are directly on the road) so just pack light or use a bag that's easy to carry. The rooms all have ”soundproof” doors which is a necessity given the close proximity between the other rooms within the hotel as well as adjacent buildings. Some people stay out late and come home in a rather loud and careless state so you may still hear them through the doors. Again, this isn't unique to Hotel Thireas. The room we stayed in (”Poseidon”) is a two bedroom, two bathroom cave room. There are no windows in either of the bedrooms so if you don't like being in confined spaces, factor that in. John, the manager, is welcoming and accommodating. He organized our transit to and from the airport as well as a rental car for one of the days we were on the island. All of them were smooth and fairly priced. He also recommended two very good restaurants (Kipos and Kokkalo which were also excellent). The only reason it didn't earn a 5 star is that I'm a tough grader and while the accommodations met my expectations, they didn't exceed them to the point of being exceptional. If we return to Santorini, we would certainly stay here again.

Very disappointed by the slowness of the service and the quality of food. One member of our party was served an undercooked chicken gyro, literally. The other food served was at best average. The service was cordial but slow. With so many other restaurants to select from in Santorini, this one can be skipped.

Last month we had the pleasure of staying at the Olia Hotel in Mykonos. This hotel is a hidden gem placed on the Mykonos Port hillside, with Greece’s signature whitewashed architecture. Our room was spectacular, and had a small balcony that overlooked the Aegean Sea. When we arrived in Milos, our son had left his dinosaur stuffed animal at the Olia hotel. The staff at the hotel was fantastic! Quickly answering our emails confirming they had the dinosaur. The Olia staff asked where we were traveling next and they had a courier deliver our dinosaur to our hotel in Athens at no charge to us. They made our little boy happy knowing his stuffed animal was going to meet us in Athens. They treated us like gold while we were there and even after we have left. This hotel and staff is truly remarkable and is a must stay on our next visit. Special thanks to the Olia hotel and staff for being so kind and attentive, their special care really made a difference. We picked the Hotel for the convenience of being close to the port, but was overly impressed by the cleanliness, beautiful location and kindness by everyone! They went above and beyond in making our stay wonderful! And for caring for our little boy was priceless! They didn’t have to send the dinosaur to our next location, but they did…. My wife and I stayed at Mykonos Moussa (4) wonderful nights! We arrived at the Mykonos ferry port at 9:30 PM and were met by the very polite, considerate and helpful owner George for a transfer to our beautiful room. In the morning, we awoke to an awesome view of Agios Ioannis Beach and the island of Delos from our balcony. Shortly afterwards, we sat down to a delicious optional breakfast delivered to our balcony by George. Our room was the best that we stayed in during our (3) week trip to Greece. Spotlessly clean with a Myconian designed exterior and spacious interior. The beach and crystal clear Aegean was just a short walk away and the bus stop was literally across the street from the Mykonos Moussa property. Mykonos Town (Chora) is only a short 1.6 mile bus ride away. This is a perfect location for those wishing to visit the main town and beaches while staying at a quiet distance from the crowd. Our only regret is that we did not stay longer. Thank you George for your kindness and making our Mykonos stay amazing! Scott & Kim

We booked a 5 day holiday in rhodes town, which included, flights, transfers and accommodation at the City Plus Hotel We knew it was a 2star and thats fine , we loved the location and surrounding area Bering in mind its only a 2 Star and we were very pleased with the room , comfortable beds ,not soft , quite firm , perfect Breakfast was not included, so that was extra €9 and have to say it was Lovely, something for everyone, even bacon eggs and sausage The jewel in the crown are the staff A family run establishment and we arrived as guests but left as friends Especially Jannis and Thassos Thank you so very much for making our little holiday , a wonderful experience and we will definitely return Paul an Dave

Very nice hotel close to the center of Rhodes Town and the beach. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Spacious clean rooms with a balcony. Daily change of towels. Great, helpful and always smiling staff at the reception. I would highly recommend it

A very nice hotel , friendly staff , close to the city center . We had decided to eat outside but tried breakfast which had plenty of delicious greek dishes Rania the recepsionist was very sweet and helpful . I would reccomend this hotel to anyone , couple , family , or solo travellers , for sure you feel welcome at Castellum !

這個酒店在RODOS的新城區靠海邊，因為是冬天沒有遊客，酒店很便宜，但是酒店的設施沒有因為沒有遊客而減少，暖氣都有，服務超好，早餐超級豐富，雖然我就看到我一個人在吃早餐，酒店走下去三分鐘就有公交站巴士到機場，到老城大概就10-15分鐘，到LINDOS有公家車才6歐元，很方便。

Zeynep Hanım’a tekrar teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Konum olarak Old Town un tam kalbinde. Harika avantajlı bir konuma sahip Downtown da yürüme mesafesinde. Bundan sonra Rodos’taki evim belli. Her ziyaretimde mutlaka Evdokia da kalırım. Herkese tavsiye ediyorum. I was greeted friendly, far above my expectations. I got support very quickly if I needed it. The hotel's manager put a qr code on the reception desk for easy access to the whatsapp line, I think it's a very elegant idea. Your breakfast table, which reminds you of the family atmosphere, is ready when you get up in the morning. I would like to thank Ms. Zeynep again. In terms of location, right in the heart of Old Town. Downtown, which has a great advantageous location, is also within walking distance. From now on, my house in Rhodes is clear. I always stay at Evdokia every time I visit. I recommend it to everyone.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The service at this hotel was top-notch; the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. They were not only professional but also incredibly friendly and attentive. Their warmth and hospitality truly made me feel welcome. The facilities at the hotel were excellent as well. The room I stayed in was tastefully decorated, clean, and well-maintained. I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the room's design. The common areas of the hotel were also lovely and had a charming ambiance. Now, let's talk about the food – it was a highlight of my stay. The breakfast offered at the 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar was simply exceptional. The variety of options and the quality of the dishes exceeded my expectations. Each morning, I eagerly looked forward to starting my day with the delicious spread they provided. It was evident that they put a lot of effort into creating a delightful breakfast experience for their guests. In summary, my experience at 10GR Boutique Hotel & Wine Bar was fantastic. The service was impeccable, the facilities were impressive, and the food was a real treat. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay in the area. It's a true gem, and I can't wait to return for another visit.

The greatest experience EVER! First, i have to point out how polite and helpful the staff was. Also, It has literally everything you need nearby like beautiful beaches, mini market, playground area for the kids, bus stop and a lots of restaurant. The prices are very fair and quality and cleanliness are not missing! Towels are changes almost everyday! What we loved the most, was the one-day-trip at the south rhodes we booked at the reception. We had years to experience something like this :)

We would like to commend your colleague Mr George the Manager at Rodos Palace Hotel who was very professional, humble, willing to help, kind and was very helpful in our stay and for our vegetable diet as well. As We do not eat eggs,fish or meat. This was our best experience and hot food which we had for a first time in our Life. We have been to Turkey, North Cyprus, Morocco and this time Greece and Turkey again but we received the best service and help at this Rodos Palace Hotel 🏨. Our stay at Efchi 1904 was a very enjoyable experience. It's location is peaceful but central and walking distance to the wonderful Old Town. The staff were very welcoming and attentive to make us feel extremely well looked after. Our suite, Chamomile was perfect for our stay. It is traditional, bright and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and healthy with homemade jams and bread, a choice of egg dishes, we mostly had omelette followed by Greek yoghurt, locally sourced honey and fruit. The staff had many recommendations for what ever we wanted to go off and explore whether it was restaurants, beaches or traditional places to visit. We were sad to say goodbye to everyone.
