The Aryaduta Manado hotel, once a beacon of hospitality, seems to have dimmed over the years. The potential of this establishment is undeniable, but it's evident that its best days are in the rearview mirror. A noticeable lack of meticulous care on the premises is a disappointment. The grounds aren't kept with the pristine attention one might expect from a hotel of its reputation. A major letdown is the swimming pool. The water, instead of being crystal clear, is murky, raising concerns about cleanliness and maintenance. This aspect certainly detracts from the overall experience, especially for guests looking forward to a refreshing swim. On a brighter note, the rooms themselves are satisfactory. The air conditioning works efficiently, which is a relief in the tropical climate of Manado. It's a basic comfort, but in this case, it's done right. The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a wide selection, which initially seems promising. However, the taste of the dishes fails to live up to their visual appeal. Most of the items lack distinct flavors, leaving a rather bland experience on the palate. A significant issue we encountered was with the hotel's taxi service. Upon requesting a Kijang taxi to Gorontalo, we were taken aback by the pricing. The hotel charged us an additional 50% commission on the taxi fare, which felt exorbitant and left a sour note on our overall experience. In conclusion, while Aryaduta Manado has the framework to be a top-tier hotel, it falls short in several areas. The lack of cleanliness in communal areas, underwhelming food, and overpriced services are aspects that urgently need attention. For now, it stands as a reminder of faded glory, needing a rejuvenation to return to its former prestige.

Wir waren vor ein paar Jahren schon einmal da. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, lediglich das Badezimmer ist nicht gut in Schuss, so dass ich mich darin nicht wohlfühlte. Die Aussicht vom Balkon auf den Lokon war toll. Das Frühstück ist eher asiatisch orientiert, aber sehr umfassend. Die Nachteile haben sich seit damals nicht verbessert. Der Pool ist für Hotelgäste eigentlich nicht nutzbar, da er für die Öffentlichkeit, z. B. für Schwimmkurse, freigegeben ist. Somit ist dort an schwimmen und entspannen nicht zu denken. Das Poolliegen sind durchweg kaputt und wurden auch nicht erneuert. Die Sauberkeit in den gemeinschaftlichen Bereichen war nicht überall gegeben. Außerdem befindet sich immer noch der Steinbruch direkt nebenan - mit der dazugehörigen Lärm- und Geruchsbelästigung. Wir werden zukünftig eine andere Unterkunft wahrscheinlich.

Good location with a lot good food around. Requested non smoking room, but when check in they said not available. End up stay in twin bed room with non sea view for first night and move to another room the next day (book for queen room with sea view).

Always stay at this hotel visiting Manado Next to shopping malls and eatery places the staff are excellent for their services for my entire stay at the hotel and had good breakfast in the morning with lots of variety to choose from. Will recommend this hotel to others

Senang boleh menikmati pemandangan alam/laut dan keindahan gunung Manado tua. Saya memesan beberapa kamar untuk keluarga.Seandainya ada Kamar untuk kami sekeluarga,bisa istirahat bersama.

Wir waren 12 Tage im cocotinos und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Personal ist einfach Klasse , super freundlich , alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß, mehrere Ausflugsziele kann mann von dort aus gut erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen und bietet vollste Entspannung. Sie ist nicht nur zur Durchreise geeignet. Kleiner Tipp, ich bin noch nie mit so vielen Schildkröten geschnirchelt. Ganz lieben Dank an die wundervollen , freundlichen Mitarbeiter.Wir können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

If you’re foreigner or maybe national tourist, you may consider about the privacy and comfort here. This hotel are really great with the beauty of the nature, but it ruined with the local guest. You’ll see some guest smoking in not smoke area as such as pool, the poorest is, hotel staff do nothing with it, even though there are big sign of no smoking there. The worst are you will hear very loud annoying music around 6.am, and the funniest is the music used just by some people were doing zumba near guest room. And when asking for help to hotel guest, we get answer “there are scheduled zumba”, how tf, guest will know there will be scheduled zumba. To be fair, cleanliness is good, food are average.

First the service was bad, we ordered 3 french fries and 1 banana fritter at the pool, only arrived 2 french fries ( 1 french fries and banana arrived 1 hour later, they brought in the room). Second, no information about the breakfast policy for kids. After we enter the dining area while the kids having their breakfast suddenly the staff comes and informed us that we must pay extra for the kids. And we said, no information about that, the staff said it is on the breakfast voucher which the font super small and no one can read that. Next time better, but I dont think staying in this hotel again near future. Despite the facility, the service was bad.
