This is definitely the best resort in Manado. Although it is a little far from the city (but the absolutely beautiful sea view must be far from the city), it has its own pier and dive shop. Who knows my family, why there are no Chinese people staying here. I went to stay at 2 pm, and I arrived more than an hour early. There were welcome drinks and sandwiches (I really didn't expect sandwiches), which was very considerate. The resort is small but very beautiful, with a very, very good sunset, and saw the blues moment. I booked a waterfront room, and the sea is right outside the door. It was suffocating. I will definitely come to Cocotinos again next time I come to Manado. Friendly staff and strategic location. Food delicious at the coffeehouse. Pool is nice with good view. They even give complimentary cake & fruit tart. The only setback is housekeeping not consistent. Sometimes never give hand towel or other amenities. They will make the bed but never wash the basin and bathtub. Hotel prices is reasonable.

They were not just attentive, but genuinely caring and went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was perfect. Whether it was the friendly greetings at the front desk, the impeccable service from the kitchen team, or the extraordinary gesture from the general manager who even provided transportation for us in his own car to the pier area for our next destination, every interaction left us feeling valued and welcomed. Despite their limited English proficiency, the staff's dedication shone through in every interaction. -I encountered a mishap during my trek to Mount Awu, where I misplaced my instant camera. A local found it, and with the help of Gilbert, one of the hotel staff members, the camera was safely retrieved and ensured it was in good condition. Additionally, when I slipped while trekking, my local guide called Gilbert, who promptly drove himself to arrange for me to be transported back to the hotel, ensuring my safety and well-being.These acts of kindness and exceptional service truly made my stay at Tahuna Beach Hotel and Resort unforgettable. Comfortable Luxury Stay with a Fantastic Pool Experience My stay at Four Points by Sheraton Manado was overall a very satisfying experience. While there were a few minor shortcomings considering the hotel’s price range and brand level—such as the absence of a hairdryer in the room—the overall quality of the stay more than made up for it. The room itself was quiet and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The bedding was especially cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. These fundamentals were executed well, which made a strong positive impression. One of the most appealing aspects of this hotel is its flexibility with check-in and check-out times, which adds convenience for travelers with varied schedules. However, the true highlight is the swimming pool, which is available until 9 PM. Being able to enjoy the pool in the evening significantly enhanced the overall experience. The poolside bar also deserves special mention. It offers a wide selection of food and beverages, and interestingly, guests can order additional items not listed on the main menu—such as pizza, sandwiches, and burgers. This flexibility adds to the sense of comfort and hospitality. Despite a few details that could be improved to better match the hotel’s pricing and branding, Four Points by Sheraton Manado delivers a quiet, clean, and comfortable stay with excellent pool facilities, making it a strong luxury option in Manado.

Hotel was in an excellent location with my room facing the full sea view. Furniture is dated but overall cleanliness is acceptable. Breakfast wasn't fantastic but not shabby either.

The resort is close to the left of the Blue and Blue Strait. The location is often good for divers, but the resort is very biased. There is no restaurant convenience store. There is another diving resort Yos next door. There is a small fishing village across the road. The store, the goods are incomplete (the shelf life is worrying), The price is still expensive, it is recommended to buy enough snacks and drinks in the convenience store before coming. The overall condition of the room is OK, the air-conditioning refrigerator is available, but there is no window, in fact, there is no window, the shower condition is very good, 24 hours hot water, the temperature is stable. The restaurant in the resort tastes good, because the resort is opened by the Singaporean owner, so the cook should be trained. But the price of the dish is not cheap, and an additional payment totals 21% of the consumer service tax. 95% of the divers who choose to play here are divers who play in the water. After checking in, they said that they need to dive. The front desk will tell the diving center about the needs. The private dive guide will take you to the diving center. The service is very thoughtful. The key is that almost all the dive guides will find small things. Everyone is a micro-dive guide. The diving price is equivalent to rmb350 one dive during the day, 500 one dive at night, and600-700 one dive in Black Water. An additional payment is required for a total of 21% consumption service tax. However, diving fees for more than 2 days are 20% off, and tax and equipment rental fees are not discounted. It is recommended that IDR and credit card pay, never pay in US dollars, the exchange rate is extremely unfriendly, I pay in US dollars, and I lose the exchange rate difference equivalent to RMB 1500. The big injustice is me 😭. In general, diving in blue and blue is expensive, but expensive is not to go back and forth to the city and blue every day, people are not tired, and microbiome is rich.

Cons: The sewer had a serious odor issue, which they tried to mask with air fresheners! The drainage was also poor; after a 10-15 minute shower, the entire bathroom floor would be flooded. It was 'repaired' twice but never fixed! The sink in the room leaked! The bathroom door handle was broken! The microwave didn't heat properly; it took me almost half an hour to heat two boxes of leftovers, and they still weren't thoroughly warmed! The safe was broken! There were animal droppings and a lot of dust in many places! The bed sheets were not changed at all during our four-night stay! The food tasted mediocre, and when it was busy, we had to fight for breakfast items, plates, and coffee cups, which were hard to get and replenished very slowly! Dinner service was incredibly slow; waiting times for dishes often exceeded an hour, making my child almost cry from hunger! There were also a lot of mosquitoes! Pros: The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, the staff provided good service, and it was convenient to get to the pier for diving excursions.

Hotel very near with all kinds of restaurants,Cafe,convenience store. Near to manado town square and megamas mall as well. View to sea. Just walk 15 minutes to catedral church. If you like all kinds of pork foods, visit klapa 17 restaurant or boke restaurant. Pork satay, pork ribs very good. Very recomended to stay.
