Me and 26 crew members we are living in Kinplaza since November 2023 , we are really impressed from the Hotel , rooms are extremely clean , service excellent . No even one crew member complains about anything . As you know Airlines looking for top hotels only and this is the right place to stay for couple of months . In addition they have 5 Star Resturant with food from Libanon and international as well especially Chief Abbas is an excellent Profi . I can tell you you can feel like at home in Europe . You have to ask for Abbas and then you can enjoy the prepared food .
Fleuve Congo Hotel by Blazon Hotels

I think the hotel was previously a Kempinski, some of the towels and robes had the logo. The location next to the river is nice, if you can get a room facing that side. The pool, jacuzzi and gym facilities are good. There are 3 ATMs in the lobby, giving out USD and a Vodacom and clothes store.

It was a very pleasant experience in Kinshasa. The place is new, and everything is amazing. Very clean, very friendly staff, and the service is outstanding.

This hotel is extremely exploitative. Charging $20 just for a plate with toast some cheese and cold meat, then they have the arrogant audacity to charge me $5 just for the privilage of having it in my room. Disgusting prices, it border on criminal. They also charged me $5 for a coke zero can on Monday morning and $4 for the same can on monday afternoon. Something doesnt add up. The rooms are clean at least, but there is a serious communication problem as most of the staff cannot speak english. I asked for a medium rare stake, i got a cremated piece of inedible rubber. I have now informed my company to remove this exploitative establishment from our provider list.

Parfait. Un des meilleurs hôtel de Kinshasa.. Tout y est. La nourriture est correct même si le service laisse à désirer. Les chambres sont spacieuse et le personnel de la réception accomodant. Profitez de la piscine toujours nickel.

This is a good hotel. The rooms are well-appointed, the food in the restaurant is excellent, the breakfasts are fantastic, and the staff are very friendly. The restaurant prices are high, but not unexpectedly high. The restaurant menu is limited, so if you are here for a prolonged time, you will get bored pretty soon. But the food is excellent. I am a seasoned traveller, with 33 African countries visited so far, countless hundreds of hotels ranging from 15USD to over 500USD. I've stayed in places with absolute luxury, and places with no water, shared toilets, and no AC, so I have learned to accept and overcome a lot. I have a lot of patience and I don't complain easily. However, the Novotel in Kinshasa warrants some criticism from me. The service in the hotel is way below the standard I expect from a hotel like this. It's not that the staff are unhelpful, because they are, it's just that everything here is so imprecise and inconsistent. One day you get two bottles of water in your room, the next day one, and the next day none. You get two towels one day, and none the next. One day there's one towel, and no toilet paper. The upstairs bar staff are terrible. You can wait 20 minutes for someone to ask what you'd like to order, and then it takes 20 minutes for a simple beer to arrive. They don't pay attention to you at all, and will often walk straight past you to serve someone else. A simple snack took aver an hour an a half one evening, and the place was not even full. I like to sit outside on the patio in the restaurant. Sometimes you get serviettes, sometimes you don't. There's ALWAYS a shortage of ashtrays. Table clearing is extremely slow. Sometimes tables are left uncleared for well over an hour after the table has been vacated. The coffee machines in the breakfast area are ALWAYS malfunctioning and no one seems to care. Every morning there is a struggle to get a cup of coffee without having to call a staff member to fix the machine. The bar prices for spirits are confusing. The only price on the menu is per bottle. I tried to get a straight answer of the price of a simple vodka and coke, and ended up paying USD60 for Beluga Vodka. Who on earth mixes premium vodka with coke? If there was a price list per shot, that would make much more sense. Then I found out that the hotel doesn't give the tips to the staff. If you sign for a meal, and add a tip, the hotel keeps that and the waiter sees none of it. I'm not surprised the waiters have no motivation to give better service. After I discovered this, I started tipping in cash, and oh boy, did the service improve! Anyway, as I said it is a good hotel, but there's certainly room for improvement which could easily be achieved with a minimal effort on the part of management.

酒店不大,但很精緻,不在核心位置,但性價比很高,房費衹需要同檔次房間的一半,重要的是,中晚餐能提供正宗的中餐,非常滿足我的胃,酒店頂樓有花園,居然還有太湖石和假山,據説將開設鐵板燒等特式餐飲,期待下次到金沙薩出差可以品嚐。

Hotel nuovo e molto curato. Personale davvero molto gentile e disponibile. È un peccato non ci sia un ristorante interno (visto che in zona non c'è praticamente niente) ma il supermercato sotto l'hotel e il take away in qualche modo aiutano.

After 40 years travelling around the world this was war for sure the worst experience I had. We stayed there for business, there were three of us. That's a very bad deal. The location is dark and dangerous, the rooms are old and dirty. The air conditioner didn't work fine and there were several cockroaches in the room. We stayed 5 nights and none of them they cleaned the room. To have extra tissues or a clean towels you should ask at the reception and bring yourself to the room. The gym is full of dusty and very poorly equipped. The swimming pool was disgustingly dirty. The breakfast is basic but be prepared to have your meal with many flies. Finally, one staff member told me he has been working there for three years without any weekly or annual vacations. This kind of management might explain why the staff in a whole seems so tired.
