A special commendation must go to Mr. Niraj, the Restaurant Manager. His presence made every meal a delightful experience. He effortlessly combined professional efficiency with a genuine, personal touch, ensuring that every guest felt valued and cared for. It's clear he leads his team with excellence, creating a dining atmosphere that is both sophisticated and welcoming. Similarly, Mr. Shubam at the front desk extended a wonderfully warm welcome, setting a positive tone for my entire stay. His friendly demeanor, quick efficiency, and genuine desire to assist made the check-in process seamless and pleasant. He truly made me feel right at home from the moment I stepped through the doors. Each meal was a delightful journey of flavors, with a wide variety of options to satisfy every palate. The quality and presentation of the dishes were consistently excellent, making dining a highlight of my stay. The combination of its amazing location, the unparalleled serenity of the Himalayas, delicious food, and most importantly, the incredibly courteous and attentive staff—especially the personal touches from Mr. Niraj and Mr. Shubam—creates a truly exceptional stay. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and already looking forward to my next visit.

We stayed at Spellmount Hotel during our family trip to Kausani, and it truly cast a spell on us. The panoramic views of the Trishul, Nanda Devi, and Panchachuli peaks from the room balcony were simply breathtaking, the kind of vista that makes you pause and just take it all in. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortably warm for the hill station weather. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was genuinely warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. They helped us with fantastic local recommendations that made us feel right at home. They also have interconnected rooms for families and that was a hit for my daughter. The location is ideal, peaceful and away from the main road bustle, yet close enough to explore Kausani's tea gardens and viewpoints. Mornings here, with a cup of tea and that uninterrupted mountain panorama, are worth the entire trip. We travelled as a multi-generational family including elderly parents and a young child, and the hotel made it comfortable for everyone. If you're looking for a serene Kumaon getaway with stunning views and heartfelt hospitality, Spellmount is an excellent choice.

After 2 days of work visit to Kashipur, I decided to stay closer to Pantnagar airport only for the night and booked Radisson Blu in Rudrapur town. And it was a pleasant surprise right from the time I entered the hotel lobby late afternoon. The modern hotel property is maintained extremely clean and professional by the team. Right from the check in formalities handled by the front desk staff and guiding me to my room and the evening dinner at the restaurant and finally to arranging a wonderful breakfast at 6.45 AM ( before the actual restaurant opening time of 7 AM) made me feel delighted to have stayed at Radisson Rudrapur and with a plan to certainly stay here during my future visits. Thanks to the entire staff and specially to the F&B manager Hapin Sahu for personally guiding through the dinner selection and ensuring my comfort.

We had a wonderful stay at Jaypee Manor! The service was excellent and up to the mark. The evening tea and breakfast were both amazing. There are plenty of fun activities for kids, which our children truly enjoyed. The view from the hotel rooftop is absolutely mesmerizing — it gives you such positive and relaxing vibes with a perfect chill atmosphere. It was my wife’s birthday during our stay, and the team thoughtfully arranged a small complimentary room decoration ***** with a cake. It was such a lovely gesture and made our experience even more special. Overall, we had a fantastic stay at Jaypee Manor and would highly recommend it to families looking for a relaxing trip.

I was very very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff were so helpful, the room was spacious, clean, a really comfy bed, hot shower, beautiful touches in the room, the communal spaces were well maintained and lovely. They have a spa on site that I didn’t use but my friend did and said it was excellent. The whole experience was great. The location slightly let it down, being on the edge of Tapovan but it was only a 10minute walk in which was no problem at all and the hotel were really helpful to help you get around. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thanks YogVed 🙏🏼

The property was lovely. Its location is very good and the facilities are also very good. The food is nice. I would suggest ever to visit this property if you are at Dehradun.

Hotel was earlier sarovar, now it was bought by Gateway. So amenities and services are as per Sarovar only but the charges are of gateway. Most of the hotel is under reservation at the moment so expected it could be better but as of now its average. Plus it is little in outskirts of dehradun in haridwar bypass. But overall staff is good and food is good but ambiance and quality of rooms can be improved in 7-8K per night hotel.

We had an amazing stay at Lemon Tree Premiere. Lax*** chula is easily accessible and one can walk down to the nearest ganga beach. One can do ganga ji darshan from the room itself. I would like to thank the whole staff of Lemon Tree Rishikesh for providing their awesome services. Special thanks to Su*** Chuhan, Mohit, Khusboo , Hera , Priyanshi , Pooja and Vijay for providing their fabulous services. We were travelling with kids and all the staff was very courteous. Special thanks to Hera who took extra mile for making our trip memorable. All staff from f&b department were very friendly and helpful. Food was tasty and kid friendly. Housekeeping,Cleanliness and sanitisation of the property was followed according to Covid guidelines. Keep up the good work. Hope to visit you again.

Overall hotel was good, the experience was more of an airbnb rather than hotel, definitely not value for money considering the cost associated. Also, the restaurant had amazing food but limited menu. Vicinity is poor, its difficult to walk to any nearby places, ganga ghat was very far away and not within hotel, which is a major disappointment, overall a good experience but won’t be interested to book the hotel again because of above said reasons.

Debu’s The Fern Resort & Spa, Jim Corbett, Series by Marriott is a well-rated resort with friendly service, good food, and a peaceful setting, making it a strong choice for family and leisure stays, though it is better at hospitality than at pure luxury.
