Hotel Dengan Pools di West Bengal, India

Excellent services although felt that some mosquitoes were there. Otherwise it was a good stay. Breakfast was awesome and staff is super friendly and helpful. All together highly recommended to stay.

Had a wonderful stay at Kolkata Marriott Hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable, with excellent amenities and great hospitality throughout our stay. A special mention to Bipul, who truly went above and beyond to make my experience memorable. His kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help with anything we needed made such a difference. It’s rare to come across service that genuinely stands out, and Bipul’s care and attention did exactly that. Thank you to the entire team for such a warm and enjoyable stay, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kolkata!

I had a great stay during my business trip. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, making it easy to relax after work. The staff were professional and helpful, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. The location was convenient, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this hotel for business travelers and would be happy to stay here again.

Elegant and luxurious hotel located in a beautifully renovated palace of royal family of Kolkata. Our room was very spacious, beautifully furnished with old, wooden furniture. The huge bathroom and all floors are made of marble. The hotel is located in multiple buildings of the palace complex. Delicious breakfast can be eaten outside in shaded patio or inside in air conditioned restaurant. Every evening there is a live show of folk dance performers. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at.

I stayed at this hotel with my friends and booked a separate room for myself. The hotel kindly arranged a room for me on the sixth floor with an amazing view of the city of Kolkata. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and polite, especially the gentleman with glasses at the check-in counter, who always fulfilled my requests and addressed any complaints promptly. They even allowed us a late check-out because our flight was delayed, which I truly appreciated. My room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were of high quality. The housekeeping staff were polite and clearly took pride in their work. The security staff at the main entrance were also very courteous and always ready to help — whether it was providing small change for delivery drivers or Uber payments. Special thanks to Raghunath, one of the security team, who helped us load over 60 kilograms of luggage into our Uber when we were heading to the airport. Overall, my experience was exceptional. The kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness of the staff truly stood out. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues visiting Kolkata.

Hospitality was excellent. All the staff were very courteous, which is really commendable as now a days hotel staff are usually found to be inefficient.

The staff forgets sometimes for what they have asked the client to hold on. Happened with me, whereas I was asked to wait during check-in and later the same person asked me why I was waiting.

”my experience with makemytrip was incredibly positive. Their user-friendly platform allowed me to easily plan and book my entire trip, from flights to accommodation, with a wide range of options to choose from. The customer service was excellent, readily available to answer any questions and provide helpful suggestions. The seamless booking process and efficient confirmation updates made my travel planning stress-free, and the overall value for money was outstanding. I would definitely recommend makemytrip to anyone looking to plan a trip with ease and convenience”

Here’s a professional feedback message you can use: Feedback Regarding Restaurant Discount Offer I would like to express my disappointment regarding the 10% restaurant discount that was advertised by the hotel. During our stay, we were informed that guests were entitled to a 10% discount on food purchases in the restaurant. However, upon checkout, the discount was denied and not applied to our bill. This was frustrating because we relied on the information provided by the hotel when making our dining decisions. If there are specific terms and conditions that limit the offer, these should be clearly communicated to guests in advance to avoid misunderstandings. I hope the hotel can improve its communication regarding promotional offers and ensure that guests receive the benefits that were promised. Clear and consistent information is important for maintaining guest trust and satisfaction.

hotel cleanliness and location is ok. only 30 to 40 mins from airport and maybe 50 to 60mins during peak hours. The room is comfortable and clean. The food (in room dining) is big portion and solo traveller cannnot order too many dishes. The reception counter is slow in serving the guests. Always seems to be multi-tasking. I.e. cannot concentrate and handle one guest at a time, while other guests just cut in and then he/she will have attention diverted. Coffeshop (place where we have breakfast) service is ok in the morning. Mainly because it is buffet. However, if lunch time 3 to 4pm, their staff is slow in responding and waiting for food and bill is very long. Their chinese resturant always seems to be closed. So within my days of stay, i visited twice and i was told it is closed. I dont use their facilities.
