It a nice hotel from family. The room neat and well maintained. Prior, it near to Disneyland. Took a walk from hotel to Disneyland. It not that far, about 15-17minute. However, we staying facing the sea. There a 2 lanes road and occasionally there some powerful bikes/cars with turbo, there some noise. Stayed at level 10. The view is awesome and it compensated the minor noise short come

The location is very convenient. You can go to the Hotel from Airport by shuttle or even on foot. If you arrive Narita in late evening, it is a good choice to stay in the Hotel a night before departing to other places. There is a convenient shop at lobby floor. It closes at 2230. So you can have you late super too.

Juga, semasa Wi-Fi terputus sesekali dan saya tidak berhati-hati ketika menonton video, saya beralih ke giga saya sendiri (saya perhatikan ketika saya diberitahu bahawa saya telah melebihi iga giga). I hope my review could do justice to this hotel. It is very dated and has this rustic a**osphere. BUT it is what it is. We could not possibly hope to pay lesser and want the hotel to do face-lift like brand new. Who do renovation free of charge? This hotel makes the best out of what it has and guests, like us, could feel the hospitality. I think the deal I booked from trip.com was not bad. S$568 for 2 Adults and 2 Children for 3 Days and 2 nights and comes with daily breakfast. The room has 4 beds and it 36 sqm. Spacious. The location is not bad for the Disney Line. The location is if you want a snack or two at night because this is a tourist area. We do our mini food and grocery run at the Resort Line Station before taking the hotel shuttle at Bus Stop C. This shuttle takes us back to hotel lobby. Best of all, our room is facing Disneyland and we managed to catch the fireworks at comfort of our room.

Perkhidmatan di meja depan hotel sangat baik, jangan masuk dan tolong memandu pintu dan membantu dengan bagasi. Terdapat kedai serbaneka di hotel untuk memenuhi keperluan harian. Terdapat juga 3 restoran. Di tingkat bawah terdapat mata air panas, yang hanya berharga 800 yen, yang sangat bagus. Ia juga sangat dekat dengan lapangan terbang, saya akan memilih di sini lain kali!

We absolutely love this hotel and my kids wished we could stay there forever. One thing for sure, we would book this hotel again in future if going to Disney. 1. Location is good. Surrounded by malls and bridges linked to the malls. Never have to walk out far. Super accessible to shopping and food. There is also a Lawson at the lobby, which is a convenience store with lots of food and drink options and other necessities. There is a train station but we didn’t take it 2. Room we booked with 4 beds is large and spacious. The dining table helps as we often ate in as we have young kids. 3. The toiletries selection is amazing. They have a store at the lobby and u can pick what u need including hair oils, bath salts, PJs, cutleries and more. Wide selection. 4. The restaurants serve buffet food. Selection of food is decent along with the price. The lounge also serves free snacks and drinks (including alcoholic beverages) which u can take to ur room too. Snacks are mainly sweets, nuts, biscuits and candy floss. Drinks are soft drinks, slushies and tea/coffee. Alcoholic drinks. 5. Lots of washer and dryer machines in the lobby 6. Locker area to store ur luggage but if can’t fit then just let receptionist know 7. As a partner hotel for Disney they provide shuttle services very 10 mins or so. Convenient Hotel view is great. Loved it! We had change of flight schedule so after a long day it was very nice to finnally be able to rest. Its great that there is a bus shuttle from Narita Aiport to the Hotel. The service was great. They right away took our luggages - 2 big suitcases and 3 small ones and have us checked in. The check in great, no worry at all. It was fast and simple. They gave a bag for my 5 year old- it has small in room sandal, pijama toot brush and towel in it. They had the Hotels garden all decorated eoth christmas lights, it was beautiful. We went to the garden and the suitcases were delivered to our room. I was kinda amazed because a lady with skirt and high heels were the one handling our luggages when we arrived to our room. The next day we had to extend, it was simple to book from Trip.com and no complocations. We didnt have to move to another room. The room, bathroom, bed and everything in the room were clean and tidy. Breakfast was great, they had many choices. Also there is a mini Mart (Lawson) like 7-evelen near the lobby and a cafe too so no worry to get food or snacks. I think lawson open 24 hours. The hotel provide a bus ****tle to Narita town that goes to Narita station and Aeon Mall. This was great! Overall experience in this hotel is wonderful. Excellent for the service.

Check-In It was a very smooth experience. The process was completed in under 4minutes. The staff was well prepared with the room keys, offered a letter about the dinning options and hotel facility. At the reception the team included all Japanese speak but with multiple language skills like English, Hindi, Nepali, etc. Hotel reception also offers the guest to buy the face mask of various character to choose from. Room It was my repeat stay in this property. The room was prepared immaculately. The amenities were placed in the room included small water bottle, iron/iron board, mini vault for storing valuables, the alarm clock with facility to play songs. The bathroom also had bathing amenity like shower gel, hand soap bar, shampoo/conditioner. The room was also poorly lit as 3 of the lights were not working. In the complete room it was just 1 bulb that was functional. Room Service menu It houses a deep illustration of food items available for children/ adult. Besides that it also gives multiple option of beverages. The price are little bit expensive as compared to other properties in the region. Business center The hotel offers the use of computer on the mezzanine floor. It has 2 station, i.e 1 for English keyboard and 1 for Japanese keyboard. Sadly there is no printing facility. There is not printer provided, however if anyone want to print they need to sent the email to front desk email and they will print for the customer. It leaves me with a thought about the privacy of the documents. Hmmm. Something to look into. Restaurant Dinning The hotel practice social distancing. It offers the use of hand sanitiser, plastic gloves, and face mask. The ground floor restaurant is big with seating facility of over 75pax. The staff was very polite and humble in approach. While waiting for my turn I was promptly attended, asked if I would like a dine in or take away. I was escorted to a table of my choice, offered the menu and poured the ice cold water. The food was tasty, as per Japanese cuisine. The portion was substantially big, with a lot of accompaniments. Towards the end of the dinning experience it got busy with a lot of customers came in to dine. Overall a good experience. Checkout The hotel practices social distancing. The check out was prompt. With no bills to settle they offer a drop box to put the key. Points of concerns:- 1. The room was not as per my expectation this time as the toilet bowl was dirty with black strains in it. 2. The room was not sufficiently lit. 3. Printing facility to maintain privacy of documents.

This is definitely a higher class hotel comparing to the next door comfort suites. We did stayed 2 nights at comfort suites before moving to this Hyatt property. Everything is more upscaled and with the club lounge access, the breakfast is buffet in the main area which is great. Afternoon cocktail was ok, not the greatest selection, especially in terms of seafood types of food, but reasonable. We usually come here for early breakfast(6:30-7:00am) and it was great. But if you come around 9am, there'll be a line to get in. The shuttle schedule to Disneyland/Disneysea is quite less than that in Comfort Suites and they have a weird coding system with circle & square notations on additional shuttles which is confusing to me. That said, they do have shuttle to/from the train station, which Comfort suites does not have at all. I think you can take Comfort Suites' shuttle if the schedule at Tokyo bay does not work for you... We did use the coin operated washer/dryer in Comfort Suites before moving here which is very convenient. As we walked around, there's a bigger laundromat nearby(5 minutes walk).

Very good price for a very good location, room is small but it’s comfortable for two. Specifically went for a hotel near Disneyland and there is bus services to and fro the airport, Maihama station and the amusement park. The breakfast is delicious with many varieties. The staffs are kind and helpful. Overall a good experience. Would recommend.

舞浜駅からは徒歩１５分とありましたが、荷物もあるので、おさんぽバスに乗りました。１００円で行きます。ホテル斜め前に停まります。 恐竜さんが受付、タブレットが前に置いてあり、操作をしてから、隣の機械で支払いをして、ルームキーが出てきます。地域クーポンは、受付が終わると、スタッフが出てきます。 高層階と言っても５階の部屋ですが、ディズニーの花火は良く見えました。 コーナーにしても横の窓からは、住宅が見えるだけで、景色が良いわけではありませんでした。 ロボホンと遊べるのは、楽しいですが、電気を付けるのも、ロボホンに頼まないと付かず、なかなか反応してくれなく、イラついたのもありました。 朝食は、いったん外に出てレストランに入ります。セットメニューです。 朝食券はありません。部屋番号を入り口で言います。 ご飯、みそ汁、パン、ドリンクはご自由にでした。 帰りの送迎バスは、１０時３５分は混んでいましたが、４０分のはガラガラでした。

Ia jauh dari stesen kereta api bawah tanah dan tidak mudah untuk keluar sendiri. Walau bagaimanapun, adalah sangat sesuai untuk meninggalkan lapangan terbang buat *****tara waktu. The staff was super friendly and helpful. When I was checking in, there was about three receptionist, all which seemed to know English as well. We didn't eat at any of their restaurants, or ordered any of their food service so I can't review that part of the hotel. My family and I bought food at their convenience store, which is located on the first floor right by the check in area, and it didn't disappoint. It's a convenience store in Japan after all. Hotel room was as described for us, and it was clean. No issues there either. We only stayed one night as we were just staying there to catch an early flight from Narita to Osaka. The shuttle bus left the hotel at 4:30 A.M just like it was scheduled. Honestly if I had to stay near Narita airport I would stay here again.

成田駅から徒歩10分弱、イオンモールから徒歩5分、新勝寺も徒歩圏内で、とてもよい立地です。 フロントの方からは、とても親切に宿泊について説明をしていただいたので記憶にのこり、そのホスピタリティに感謝しました。 館内にはコインランドリ、電子レンジ、製氷機、両替機が設置されており、さらに自販機でジュースやスナック菓子が100円で購入でき、長期滞在者にも最適です。 外国人の入国に制限があるにも関わらず、ホテル内では多くの宿泊客を見かけたことから、人気のホテルかもしれません。 紙のコップや消毒をしたところには消毒済みのシールが貼られ、新型コロナ対策も万全です。 宿泊料は5,000円を切り、コストパフォーマンスはとても高いのですが、インターネットが若干遅く、ダウンロードが0.78Ｇでしたので、評価は5に近い４としました。

Sleeping pods (capsules) are at two levels - crawl in at floor level or climb up to second level (small ladder). Capsule has mattress, doona/duvet/quilt, wi-fi, and adjustable light. You can sit up comfortably inside capsule. Retractable curtain covers the entrance to capsule. So you have to be very quiet so neighbours aren’t disturbed, and snoring can be an issue (yours or others). Hotel divided into two sections - men only and women only. Reception hands you a bag containing towels and robe. Door from reception opens to locker room. Lockers are good size - can fit the largest suitcase, and more. Leave your shoes in locker and use slippers. Then head to shower/toilet area or capsule-bed area. No eating or drinking in capsule-bed area. No lounge area. Hotel connected to Terminal Two by two walkways (underground near train station entrance, or overpass at level two). Terminal Two has 24hr convenience store and a Yoshinoya, and usual shops and restaurants open during business hours. Connecting passageway to Terminal 3 from Terminal 2, or Shuttle bus to Terminal 1 every ten minutes (takes 7 minutes).

Very centrally located. Older hotel that is reflected in the decor. Not much in the way for amenities. But if you want to stay right in the midde of town close to the stations then this is a good option. With frequent trains from both stations it is probably a better choice than staying at an airport hotel that requires a shuttle.

I was only there for one night so I’m not sure about the service but the location is great five minute walk from the station and they have an outlet mall and restaurants and some brand faces so you can actually get everything you want for souvenirs or shopping in the area and if you have a Costco card there’s a Costco nearby 10 minute walk morning breakfast is ¥2000 if you want breakfast that day it’s 1000 then if you reserve breakfast in advance expect us to say that Friday is not a lot I don’t think it’s worth ¥1000 but that’s just my opinion

good location near chiba train station. taxi just cost 1,300 yen which is 13 AUD. cleaned place everyday new towel and cleaning. lots of restaurants to choose nearby and small shops. their is temple just behind the hotel 3mins walk. staff is help-full and nice staff. there is smoking area in 4th floor and smoking bedroom.

Good food, great atmosphere and clean. I had my first sunrise at their sky lounge. It was such an scenic view. The staff were also very friendly. During our stay, we were able to check in early and put our things in to our room. Everything was smooth during our stay. We never used the shower in our room because their “open air bath” was just enough. Would like to come back. ❤️

千葉駅西口から直ぐの所に有り連絡通路が繋がってますから雨の日でも濡れずに行けます😃 回りには飲食店も豊富に有り何を食べようか悩まされます😃 フロントは丁寧で優しいですね😃 嫌な雰囲気は全く有りません フロントの向い側にアメニティの コーヒー、紅茶、ミルク、砂糖、お箸等も疑豊富に置いてあります😃 客室に向かうエレベーターの乗り口横新聞も置いて有りました😁 部屋もキレイですし有り難いのはキャリーケースを開けるのに使える台が置いて有りました😁 床の上やベッドの上で開けずに済むので使いやすく他の事をする余裕が出きるんで良いですね😃😁

Hotel Francs is right next to outlet mall and close to jr station and exhibition center. It is a good hotel to stay if you are attending convention in Chiba. The room I got is small but typical of Japanese double Will stay again on my next trip there

Short distance away from Chiba main station means it is less crowded. But still Very convenient location with supermarkets and convenience store just next door. Walking distance to monorail as well. Very good value and service. Will be back!

清掃不足で気持ち悪い部屋でした。新しく、部屋も明るく内装の痛みもないため一見きれいに見えますが、清掃は散散たるものでした。浴室に髪の毛は落ちている、排水溝は洗浄されていない、絨毯の隅の埃溜まりなど。トイレも尿アンモニア臭いし、シャワーカーテンは腋臭するし。 そのうえ、指摘して夜戻ったら清掃がされていなかったのです。清掃希望マグネットを扉に貼っていなかったこちらの落ち度ということ。朝、申し伝えているにもかかわらず、この対応は悲しいなぁ・・・。 マグネットを貼るなんて説明もなかったし。よく見たらチェックイン時に渡された案内用紙にこっそり書いてあった。こんなの気づく人いるのかしら。 替えてもらった部屋は広かったけど、同じように清掃不足。棚やハンガーにまで埃がかぶっていました。しかも、シーツの上には髪の毛が散乱。ネットでは安くてきれいと高評価ですが、自分が神経質すぎるのかしら。電子レンジが設置、駅から近い、アメニティの充実などは事実ですがソフト面ではがっかり です。

蘇我駅東口から徒歩数分の場所に立地、周辺にはコンビニ・弁当屋・ファーストフード店や居酒屋等があり至極便利。チェックイン・支払い共に有人対応、歯ブラシやブラシ・髭剃り等のアメニティは法律施行に伴いフロント横からチョイス。エレベーターはルームカードをセンサーにタッチさせて階ボタンを押すタイプ。部屋は概ね広くデスクも大きくPC作業には助かる、他のドーミーインの様にドアがあるダブルルームスタイルではなくワンルームスタイル、部屋浴室もトイレ・洗面所・バスが一体になったユニットバススタイル。2階の大浴場は他のドーミーインに比べコンパクトタイプ。脱衣ロッカーは6個、浴室内の洗い場は3個、2人程度の内湯、3人程度のサウナ室と水風呂はあるが露天風呂は無い。尚、ドーミーインと同様に無料のコーヒーやアイス・乳酸飲料と夜鳴きそばはある。朝食は2階の食事処でドーミーインスタンダードの和洋ビュッフェ、ご当地料理としてカツオご飯が。たぶん居抜きのドーミーインだとは思いますが…快適に過ごせました。

主人が高齢なため、ユニバーサルルーム(バリアフリールーム)を利用させて頂きました。 部屋がコンパクトにまとまっていて、余計な物がないので、転びやすい主人には助かりました。 初期の認知症があるのですが、トイレにも迷わず行くことができました。お風呂も手すりがあって使いやすかったです。 また環境に配慮されて、シャンプー、ボディソープなど、大きい詰め替えボトルに入っているのも素晴らしいです。 トイレの内側にカビが付いていたことだけが気になりましたが、それは次回伺った時に改善されているとイイなと思う点です。 朝食に関して。コロナ時期なので、ビュッフェがなく、その代わりに朝食ボックスを持ってきて頂けました。期待していなかったのですが(スイマセン)、とても美味しかったです。スープが特に美味しかった。 ちょくちょく千葉に伺うことがありますので、その時はまたよろしくお願い致します。 ありがとうございました。
