I love the sea view. Great place for relaxing. Nevertheless, feel a bit discomfort when the check-in counter requested for the booking no. when after giving my IC. When I said can't u trace it? The staff said, ”Kalau saya salah bg bilik nanti puan marah saya pulak.” I found his remarks and tone were inappropriate. Other than that, i love the sea view.

We chose Japamala Tioman for our wedding anniversary and this boutique resort did not disappoint. Service was impeccable from the time we were picked up at the ferry terminal at Kampung Genting until the time we left. Kudos to the manger Kenny and his team for their hospitality in making our anniversary memorable. Food was in general above average (dessert was fantastic) and some dishes were a bit salty as we don’t consume too salty food in our diet. We gave feedback and to our surprise the staff took it seriously as our subsequent dishes served weren’t as salty. The rooms are clean and the sea view fantastic, allowing us to take in the magnificent sunset views every evening. Not much to do, as this resort is more for guest to disconnect. Hiking to Batu Permata and to Kampung Genting was doable. Canoeing and snorkelling by the resort was great. Overall we enjoyed our stay there. Thanks Japamala!

My first time here. The staff was very friendly, polite, and very welcoming to guests. We even had a hotel tour before they sent us to our room. The room was clean. My last minute booking. Very suitable for relaxing and chilling mode. The breakfast is also good.

This place actually is so romantic and feels like Europe, but the inside room needs to be improved, first feel alot of sand at floor, second toothpaste and toothbrush did not provide and also shower 🚿 carpet towel did not provide too. The counter service is perfect but maybe the room cleaner did not clean well and also did not check . Lucky service is good, we had call after shower and they provided us toothpaste and towel too. At the Entertainment fireshow, last minute two of the people did not appear and the staff still provided his energy and let me feel good 💯 best fireshow . Even the oldest design ,service, and breakfast all do a good job. I hope to enjoy a 3-day 2night if I have time to come here. Activity @Colmar look at my last image. Really nice hotel but please remember to close your curtain, the view to your room from down there or anywhere else could be crystal clear. But if you’re checking in during holidays or during the season where offshore people going/coming back to/from offshore, the elevator journey could be a hell of a wait.. i once waited nearly half an hour to get from 16th to G floor for check out.. so plan your travel well Apart from that.. i really had a very nice stay

The unit rented look exactly the same as per photos in the website. The unit is very clean and comfortable. Just the right place for a short getaway. Shops nearby provide various food choices. But to have more varieties, will need to drive to Gohtong Jaya nearby or further uphill to the Premium Outlet or Highland resort.

🌟 5/5 – Absolutely the Best Stay Ever! 🌟 My stay at Wyndham Ion Majestic Genting was simply perfect from start to finish! The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed — everything felt so new and luxurious. The view from my unit was breathtaking, especially in the morning when the mist rolled over the mountains. The weather was cool and refreshing — it truly felt like being above the clouds! The facilities were amazing — the Skypool 50 was stunning, the heated pool was superb and my kids absolutely loved it! The breakfast buffet was excellent — so many choices and every dish was delicious. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always made sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. The location was convenient and peaceful, just a short drive from the Genting attractions, yet away from the crowds — perfect for a relaxing getaway. The price was really worth it for the comfort, quality, and experience we had. Honestly, I couldn’t find a single flaw. It’s truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I’ll definitely return in December with my big family — can’t wait to experience it all over again! 💯✨

The hotel was nice and spacious but the location was quite ‘ulu’. Quite abit of a climb if you travelling there without transport so walking on foot to nearby eateries is going to be very tiring. But overall the breakfast was good, services are great and the i am satisfied with everything the hotel able to provide.
