Tempat yang sangat cantik sejam memandu dari Kuala Lumpur! Perkhidmatan yang sangat baik, udara yang sejuk, sarapan yang pelbagai. Chef memasak untuk anak kami bukan dari menu, ia benar-benar hebat! Tapi lagi bagus kalau ada menu kanak-kanak. Kami sangat gembira. Terdapat bilik kanak-kanak. Saya ingin kembali ke sini untuk berundur

Lif di hotel pangsapuri ini boleh menjadi agak sesak terutamanya semasa musim cuti. Kolam renang hotel sangat sesuai untuk kanak-kanak. Lokasinya agak terpencil, hanya boleh diakses dengan kereta atau Grab.

Overall - Rooms are clean and feel fresh (stayed in the family executive sea view room). Main areas are newly renovated with a fresh look, though some parts of the property still feel dated — generally well maintained. The breakfast buffet was decent with local favourites, a western spread, fresh juices and decent coffee.
Did not have a great experience at the BBQ dinner due to beach flies. Management took some time to react but ultimately replaced all the food and put measures in place to deter flies. It was off-putting, though it appeared to be an isolated incident — staff were apologetic and receptive to feedback.

Surprisingly good gym — older equipment but very complete with a rack and barbells. Plenty of spots to lounge at the beach. Spa was closed for renovations. There is a private ATV operator next to the resort which felt like a safety hazard, with children and adults riding unsupervised and recklessly.

Pengalaman percutian yang hebat. Sangat dekat dengan pantai. Bilik itu bersih, kemas dan selesa. Saya benar-benar menyesal tinggal hanya satu hari. (Satu-satunya kelemahan ialah pokok kelapa yang menghalang pemandangan laut saya yang menakjubkan.) 🥹🥹🥹

I love to stay at this hotel because near the beach and have a large swimming pool for kids to swim. Overall the hotel are ok. The bed & pillow are comfortable.. Easy to find food, refreshments and others. Will stay here again next time.

Pengalaman keseluruhan saya menginap di hotel ini adalah menyenangkan, dengan kakitangan yang mesra dan lokasi yang selesa. Walau bagaimanapun, pihak pengurusan hotel harus memberi lebih perhatian kepada penyelenggaraan bilik. Semasa daftar masuk, engsel pintu bilik mandi kaca longgar dan hampir tercabut, dan lekapan pancuran mandian juga rosak dan longgar. Namun begitu, kami dapat menukar bilik dengan segera, dan prosesnya lancar. Saya harap isu ini akan ditangani segera untuk memastikan penginapan yang selesa untuk tetamu masa hadapan.

Tempat letak kereta di Malaysia mungkin hanya untuk kereta kecil. Tempat letak kereta di hotel ini agak 'sempit' dan sangat menjimatkan ruang, menunjukkan semangat berjimat cermat. Sama sekali tidak boleh menyalahkan pereka tempat letak kereta, saya sangat menyesal kerana membeli kereta yang sedikit besar.
Cadarnya ada kesan hitam, macam kesan kasut, membuat saya rasa seperti pengarah Zhang pernah datang dan merakam 'Impression Genting'. Cadar dan bantal juga ada banyak rambut, rasa macam pasti 'untung' kalau menginap.
Disebabkan tingkat yang tinggi, banyak bilik, dan penghuni penuh, masa menunggu lif sangat 'lambat' dan membazir.
Meletak kereta seperti 'berpusing', pusing naik, pusing turun. Setiap kali masuk dan keluar, saya perlu memberitahu kakitangan di kaunter hadapan: 'Kak, saya datang lagi, nombor plat kereta @#￥％'. Dengan cara ini, bayaran tempat letak kereta boleh dikecualikan.

MManmanlyThe hotel felt like a quiet, secluded haven. We booked a beach villa, and they even accommodated our request for a room with a great view. There were many sharks by the jetty, and we could snorkel right outside our room to see plenty of fish and small sharks. The hotel food was good, though a bit pricey. The room design was truly impressive, with front and back doors offering different views, and we even saw many playful monkeys. The cleanliness was absolutely spotless! It also came with a separate vanity table, which turned out to be perfect for our child's homework.
The only letdown was the spa. For a hotel that markets itself as a spa destination, the spa rooms were chilly and damp. The therapist was simply awful; she even stopped massaging me when I fell asleep??? I definitely do not recommend getting a spa treatment at this hotel.

LLV20The room is clean and spacious with comfy bed. They have heated pool too but if you ask me will i come again? the answer is probably No. Its not cold, not foggy.The hotel is located below gohtong jaya.
Reason: Parking is limited, to access the pool is like a maze, i was from wing D and going to the pool is so complicated. Small swimming pool and mostly pack. Breakfast was average, the dont have the special teh tarik that i usually get in other swiss garden hotel..The egg station has long queue.
What made me unhappy the most is they only provide one shower gel and when i called in to request for another, they did not bring it at all. Disappointed..

Stayed here after booking through Trip.com and managed to get a really good price, definitely worth it for the value.
The highlight of my stay was the beautiful view from the balcony. The scenery was very calming, especially with the cool Cameron Highlands weather – memang best untuk relax. The room was comfortable and spacious, plus having a bathtub made the stay even more enjoyable.
Check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Staff were friendly and easy to deal with, which made everything more convenient.
Parking was also easy to find, which is a big plus. The location is very strategic as it is close to Kea Farm and other attractions, so senang nak jalan-jalan without needing to travel far.
Overall, the hotel offers a peaceful environment with nice views, good facilities, and a convenient location. Definitely a good choice for a short getaway in Cameron Highlands.

WWanee ZulkifliMe and my husband booked this hotel for our staycation before Ramadan start. The price offer affordable with our budget since we went there during school holiday and CNY. We choose superior room which located in front of the pool. The resort are huge/big, a bit classic since the room interior quite oldies. I guess it's true this resort was build on 1987~ somewhere. The resorts well maintain, the staff are welcoming, polite, good PR with guests inquiries. The resort have great access to the beach that you may walk from the room/pool/restaurants. They have 2 pools, the one are surround by the villas/superior room and they have pool theme park (small theme park), require to wear the bands (will provide during check-in), the kids definitely enjoyed playing at the pool so do adults too. The other side of theme park pool, the have pool facing the beach and besids the restaurant, and of course their lifeguard always monitor the guests in pool area. There so many type of rooms you may choose in future. Furthermore, their breakfast menus are satisfied to enjoy, staff that always ready to clean up once guest finished their meal. Overall it's very comfy, nice and beautiful resort to choose for staycation/holiday. Definitely will come again in future.

AAngel5906Overall, the stay was comfortable with a nice environment and pleasant view. The unit is modern, clean, and well-designed, making it a relaxing place to stay. The living area and bedroom were cozy, and everything felt quite new.
The unit comes with 2 bathrooms (with shower) and 1 additional toilet, which is very convenient for groups.
Basic amenities like shampoo and bathroom sets were provided.
One downside was the jacuzzi, which takes quite a long time to heat up. We had to wait until the next morning for the water to become properly hot, so it’s not suitable if you plan to use it immediately.
There are a few F&B outlets downstairs, making it easy to get food nearby.
The parking fee was confusing — we were charged RM20 even though the signboard showed RM10. We parked around 2:30 PM and checked out at 10 AM the next day, so clearer pricing would help.
Another issue was transport. It was not convenient — we tried booking Grab for about 10 minutes, but no drivers accepted our ride from Antara to First World.
Overall: Comfortable stay with good environment and facilities, but improvements needed for jacuzzi heating, parking clarity, and transport accessibility.

HHAFIZAH BAHRINThe hotel was dirty. When I checked in around 3 p.m., there was hair in the room and the bathroom had an unpleasant smell. The staff were quite unfriendly and did not explain things properly. Lastly, the hotel felt creepy and uncomfortable. 🥲

JJinHon1. The distance to First World Hotel Genting is not far, it only takes about 12 minutes by car.
2. The downside is that I stayed in a large room, and it took a lot of time to find it the first time because I couldn't figure out which tower it was in.
3. The room is well-equipped with hot water, a washing machine, and a hairdryer.
4. It can sleep a lot of people; if you squeeze, 8-9 people could fit. ❤️
5. Remember to hold your room card against the door for a bit longer when opening it.

GGuest UserWe had a very enjoyable stay at the AC Marriott Hotel. The pillows and bed were incredibly comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly throughout the night. The breakfast spread was quite simple, but it was sufficient and satisfying. The staff were highly professional and showed excellent hospitality. I will definitely be coming back again.
