The location is really good. 10 mins away from the station. Easy to find. Big hotel, about 11 floors. The room is quite spacious, part in western style with beds and part in japaneese with tatamis. There is sink in themiddle of the room, quite comfy. Good view to the mountain and forest from the window, 9th floor. Nice yukata to wear, i liked the outerpart. Breakfast and dinner is buffet, quite big choice, free beer for dinner, not so many fruits, no cakes for breakfast (dinner only). There is sushi and sashimi choice, delicious food. Onsen is quite good, clean, big. Will recommend to stay here

It is an old hot spring hotel. The waiters are polite as a whole. Due to the late check-in, we informed that the dinner was cancelled, but later called the room to say that dinner was prepared and asked to go to the restaurant as soon as possible. Although the restaurant staff urged us to eat, they had a good attitude and kept saying sorry. In fact, this matter was due to our earlier mistakes, so we can't blame the hotel entirely.
