Hotel Dengan Pools di Tochigi Prefecture, Japan

This was my second visit to this large onsen hotel, and I noticed that the staff’s English has improved, which we really appreciated. We were especially thankful that they prepared our futons with two layers, thanks to that, we had no trouble sleeping on the tatami this time. Our room was on the 11th floor, but unfortunately, there wasn’t much of a river view unless we stepped out onto the balcony and leaned over to look down. Instead, the view was of an old, closed-down, partially demolished hotel, which was a bit disappointing. Their rooftop onsen offered a beautiful mountain view, which made up for it to some extent. However, there were no bathing amenities such as shampoo and conditioner available there. It seems like they expect guests to experience the onsen on the first and another floor for showering and washing up. Their buffet offered a wide variety of food, but the steak was too tough, the sashimi felt soggy and the tempura wasn’t crispy at all

ラウンジがあることを知らずに行ったのですが、 お酒もお菓子も充実していて、 清潔感＆高級感もあり、クリスマスツリーもあって、 とってもリラックスして友人とおしゃべりを楽しむことができました！ 館内は全て清潔で、文句なしです！ お風呂も綺麗で広くて、2時間くらい露天風呂を楽しんじゃいました😆🫶🏻 お風呂上がりのドリンクも美味しいです。 とーっても贅沢に時間の流れるホテルでした。 山の景色も美しいです。 ありがとうございました❤️

The buffet, public bath area, room, staff and etc. are all perfect!!! Especially the game center, swimming pool and the musical performance at the night. You can simply spend a few days in the resort! It is close to the attractions so the place is perfect!

今評判のオールインクルーシブ!土曜日の宿泊でしたが色々な遊び場やプール施設も広くてゆったりしていて混雑をさほど感じませんでした。食事会場が一ヶ所で料理を取る動線に問題があるのか並ぶ時間がありましたが少し早めに会場入りしたのでなんとかなりました。温泉もとても良かったです。子供の入力ミスがあり前もって連絡をTrip.comよりいただき助かりました。ありがとうございました。

first of I would like to thanks always trip.com for very nice & convinient bookings everytime,we stay new sakura hotel,because the interior of the hotel is mostly sakura theme,the carpet,the gorgeous chandelier, the wall design,etc.or cherry blossom in Japan,& so very affordable prize,we spend only 18,000 yen for 2 adults,with 2 breakfast & 2 dinner.Very near from kinugawa onsen station,only 3 hrs.from Tokyo.We amazed the room,so very big for the two of us,for very cheap prize,can accomodate even 10 person,the buffet breakfast & dinner also is so good but the most I want to share is the drink all you can alcohol beverages for 1 hour,like beer,japanese wine,sours, all kinds of softhdrinks,I enjoyed for self service alcohol drink all you can!the hotspring also is very good but the cons is take care in the outdoor spring because of the concrete stairs,especially for the elderly when slippery,there's & a little bit far from our room,the young staff also at the counter is nice & most of them are young japanese lady,so very entertaining,so many free amusement like billiard,majong,etc.with a nice sorrounding sightseeng site.& last after check out they give 2000 yen discount coupon for the next visit,Thanks God & trip.com for a nice autumn tour moment in kinugawa onsen Tochigi Perfecture Japan

客室露天風呂があってとってもよかったです^_^ 大浴場にはサウナがあったり、外気浴スペースからは絶景がみえて感動しました✨ ブッフェも美味しくて最高でした♪ また行きたいです^_^

Walaupun ramuan habis kerana bufet, mereka tidak akan diisi semula, dan melainkan jika anda memberitahu mereka, mereka tidak akan ditambah. Ngomong-ngomong, bukan kandungan bufet yang membuatkan saya ingin makan lebih banyak. Hubungan surat-menyurat di meja depan adalah baik, tetapi hubungan surat-menyurat antara orang-orang di tempat makan tidak baik. Kolam renang penuh sesak, tetapi rasanya enak. Terdapat juga monumen dinosaur, jadi saya rasa anak-anak dapat menikmatinya. Ngomong-ngomong, percuma untuk kanak-kanak di bawah 12 tahun untuk tidur bersama, tetapi biasanya ada bayaran tambahan.

環境：離鬼怒川車站走路大概10分鐘，有個小坡推行李比較費勁，可以聯繫酒店接送。和多數鬼怒川温泉旅館的位置不一樣，不是在河邊上是比較可惜的。 衞生：非常之好。 設施：首先大浴場男女湯隔天互換，各有特色，有寢湯、奶油湯、桑拿房，而且整體設計的也非常合理簡潔，房間很大，至少住個四個人沒問題，而且有西式床也有和式榻榻米。房間很大也挺新的，沒有一般老酒店的怪味。就是窗景比較一般，但瑕不掩瑜。 餐食：我們這次一泊二食，晚餐和早餐都是豪華會席料理，非常好吃，拍照也好看，五星水平。在我們吃過的温泉會席料理可以排前三。 服務：非常之好，接待的越南小姐姐會説漢語，餐廳領班是個廣東小姐姐，介紹餐點的非常詳細，整體服務點贊。

The stuff are extremely friendly and helpful. The reception desk stuff are always smiling and very willing to help. We have a wonderful stay here. Facilities are considerable for both elderly and kids. We would love to come back and visit again in the future.
