had a great 11-day stay! The hotel was clean and well-maintained throughout my visit. The room was spacious, comfortable, and the Wi-Fi speed was consistently good, which was perfect for my longer stay. The location is ideal if you're looking for a quiet area slightly away from the hustle of the city. It's in a peaceful neighborhood but still very convenient—just a few meters from the Overamstel metro station, making it easy to get around. They also have great amenities, including a lovely swimming pool and an on-site restaurant that’s both convenient and enjoyable. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would happily come back again.

Exceeded expectation with regard accommodation as I was upgraded to an apartment, which was very nice. However I was disappointed that the Bistro cafe which served coffee with croissant was not open until 8am when I needed to catch the shuttle to the airport at that time. The restaurant would only serve a coffee or full breakfast rather than the advertised coffee/croissant offer.

Had a great experience staying in this hotel. The location is fantastic just 5mins walk from the Amsterdam Centraal station. It is also within all the amenities and places of attractions of the centraal area. The front desk and concerige service were excellent! Would definitely come back to this hotel when I next return to Amsterdam.

chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and there’s a free shuttle that runs to and from. Had an early flight so checked in the day before - Jihan at the front desk was super lovely. Space and cleanliness was 10/10 - enjoyed how comfortable my stay was.

Brilliant hotel. We stayed here for Dekmantel festival. A short bus to the festival site. The hotel has a free shuttle to the airport which was great too. Walking distance to shops to pick up food if you want to cook. Huge spacious rooms, really clean too. The highlight was the wellness centre. The pool was the perfect size, and great having the sauna and steam room. They messed up our booking on the first night but were very apologetic and offered free breakfast for the remainder of our stay.

No shower cap provided was a little bit disappointed. And airport shuttle service did not alight us in the very safe area at the Schiphol airport. Especially when carrying heavy luggages, literally cars zooming pass us while we unload the luggages from the shuttle bus.

I stayed here for my birthday and had the most amazing time. The massage was absolutely mind-blowing and definitely one of the highlights of the stay. Breakfast was great with plenty of options, and the location was perfect – there’s a bus stop right outside the hotel that takes you straight into the city centre, making it so easy to get around. The rooms were spotless with a beautiful view, and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating throughout our stay. It made my birthday feel really special and I would definitely stay here again

Very spacious room and clean as well. Staff are very cheerful and supportive! It has a very nice spa and 24hrs gym room with quite a completed range of machines! Really nice Also it’s so close to the airport :)

Bin schon mehrmals in dem Hotel gewesen. Da ich alleine Reise, fühle ich mich in dem Hotel sehr wohl. Leider war der Spa Bereich am ersten Tag nicht nutzbar, dass hat dem Aufenthalt aber nicht weniger schön gemacht.  Die Zimmer sind klein aber immer super sauber. Das wird auch dieses Mal nicht mein letzter Aufenthalt gewesen sein. 👍👍👍👍

The room is spacious and hotel is in a quiet location. It’s good for a relax or business trip but not recommended for Executive Room. I booked an Executive King room with lounge access. There was no executive counter or express checkin and check out for Executive room guests. I am sad that my executive room was on 5/F whilst the executive lounge is located on 22/F. The lounge provided very limited of food during breakfast, tea and evening cocktails. The coffee machine was broken and food was out of stock frequently. I pre-paid my hotel accommodation, the staff confirmed that during my check-in but they asked me to pay my room during my checkout. It took me some time to talk to manager and settle it.
