Brought my wife home to Tadi after years abroad and Best Western Atlantic Hotel gave us a great blend of International and Traditional Hospitality. The service and facilities are as world class as any other top rated hotels we’ve visited around the globe. The Food and Drinks really had a spell on my wife. She was in awe.
The staff is so nice, professional and pristine.
My best moment was when the Team at the Restaurant celebrated my Mother’s Birthday with a fun song and a delicious cake. Definitely worth the stay if you’re in Takoradi!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful hotel, and I must say, it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and well-organized.
The location is perfect — very convenient and situated in a great area that made moving around easy and stress-free. The environment is calm and beautifully maintained, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
The food was exceptional! Every meal was fresh, delicious, and well-presented. You can truly tell that quality and taste are a top priority here.
I was also impressed by the amenities. Everything was modern, clean, and thoughtfully provided to ensure comfort and luxury. It’s clear that the hotel pays attention to detail and values guest satisfaction.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great food, and an excellent location. I can’t wait to visit again!

The staff were very friendly and super helpful and their service was top notch! Big ups to my friend Prince he even suggested a few tourist spots we could visit within the area.
I loved the food too especially the breakfast meals.
My only concern was the distance it was too far from town!😩
Aside that everything was excellent and would love to visit there whenever I am in the western region of Ghana.

A Wonderful Stay with a Breathtaking View!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Joy Beach Lodge, and I must say, the experience was truly delightful! The hotel's sea-facing location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views that'll make you feel like you're on top of the world. The rooms are neat and clean, which is a top priority for me.
Although the breakfast could use a bit of improvement, it was still satisfactory. However, what really made my stay stand out was the exceptional service I received. I was pleasantly surprised to be offered a free upgrade to a better room than what I paid for, which was a lovely touch.
Overall, I'd highly recommend Joy Beach Lodge to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was calm and peaceful, and the views were simply spectacular. Can't wait to come back!
Would I stay again? Absolutely!

FFrancisKThe place is serene and peaceful. There was no form of entertainment. No TV in rooms . The only place with a TV was the bar. No music of any kind. The beach was nice and clean. Unfortunately couldn't swim because of the brownish color of the sea. The food was good but very expensive. The drinks were very expensive too. The complementary service was terrible. We got only two small bottles of water and two satchels of milo for the entire three days stay there. There was no coffee, tea , sugar or milk. When we requested for something else ,and more provisions the next day we were told that was the only complementary welcome drinks they offered guests. The only good aspect was probably the breakfast but they had no coffee for the entire time we were there. So I will suggest thar anyone visiting there should have their own little stock of provisions and snacks. If u are driving then u can go to the next village Asanda or Axim which are only a few kilometers from the resort to get some stuff. The staff were courteous and helpful and the rooms were pretty clean but Overall I will give the place a 4/10.

GGuest UserTakradi is not big. It is very close to the airport but quiet. You can order takeout from the store or eat out. It is very convenient to call an Uber.
