The hotel easy arrived by bus no.35 / 36 from airport. Every major things can arrive by 20min walk. The breakfast very good and worth for value. While those restaurants nearby . Please reserve as early as you can . It's always full.

It is a fine hotel in the center of Arendal. We chose this hotel mainly based on the appearance of both the outside and inside, and the breakfast. We were a little 'shocked' by the size of the rooms, as they were quite on the small side. Other than that, we didn't have to complain, as the comfort was certainly good. However, the bathroom had an outdated shower, but was comfortable. The contrast between the bathroom and hotel room itself was quite large, though. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was large and nicely laid out. Presumably Arendal is a port / harbor city, as the ”navy” theme recurred a lot, as did the breakfast table. This looked very nice and luxurious. A good experience. The parking garage, all ground floor, was around the corner, literally at the door and not very expensive. There was also room enough here for many cars. Everything was nice and central from this hotel. In terms of hospitality venues, this hotel also had some collaborations, giving you a discount if you slept at the Grand Hotel.

유럽호텔체인이라서 호텔시설 깨끗하구요. 조식도 가격대비 꽤 괜찮습니다 리셉션 직원 친절도 대만족입니다. 위치도 대성당 근처라서 쇼핑, 카페거리 인접해서 놀기도 좋와요. 유럽 오게되면 리디슨블루 체인 우선검색 할 정도로 저는 가격대비 만족해요

As with most guests at this hotel, we came here for an overnight stay as part of our dinner plans at the extraordinary UNDER restaurant. Our stay was for one night 08/31/2022 to 09/01/2022. What we didn't expect was to be within walking distance to the restaurant & to have a miraculous view from our room. The staff were very accommodating with our requests, especially with knowledge of what to expect for our dining adventure. Upon arrival we were greeted with friendly smiles & and easily got an upgraded room facing UNDER from our bedroom. The view along made our initial long drive to this small coastal city worth the effort. We were also gifted two tickets to see the famous lighthouse, which sits at the very southern most tip of Norway. The hotel restaurant is a hidden gem and the lunch we had felt local, fresh and with so much flavor. We look forward to coming back with other friends who are curious about the entire experience. By The Looks of The pictures of The hotel I was looking foreward to testing This hotel but I was very dissapointed. I had two stays at The hotel and I am not comming back. The rooms are In desperat need of renovations and the cleaning is well under par. I found pieces of chips on the floor, hair on the bed and half of the bed looked like someone had been laying down in it. The front desk staff is nice but the rooms are awful and extremely warm during summer months, forcing you to sleep with open windows. And the birds of kristiansand is having a party outside your window all night making it impossible to sleep. Shower was so dirty I didn’t want to use it. Bathroom very small and dust balls laying around all over the room. I could not wait to change hotels. The good thing about the hotel is that it is very central right next to marken.
