Hotel Dengan Pools di Nelson Region, New Zealand

We didnt realise we could have requested a groud floor bedroom. It was tough as an 80 year old lugging three cases and various other items up the stairs. I looked for a lift but couldnt find one. Otherwise apart from the inside of the bathroom door which needs some attention it was ok.

호텔을 하루전에 직접 방문하여 예약을 확인하였으나. 호텔에선 예약이 안되었다고 했습니다. Trip.com에서 뭔가 실수가 있었던거 같아요. 신뢰하기 어렵습니다. 가까스로 한국에 있는 직원과 연락이 되서 잘 해결해 주었습니다. 그직원에게 감사합니다. 호텔에서 저희가족은 아주 만족했습니다. 직원들은 친절하며 시설은 좋습니다. 오래되었지만 실망할정도는 아닙니다. 호텔내에 사우나를 이용 하였는데 오랜만에 정말 좋았습니다.

2nd time I've stayed here, room clean staff friendly and helpful. A tad on the noisey side on sat night but suppose u get that. Overall would recommend and will probably be back if the price is right.

This hotel would have got 5 star from me for every aspect if not for its mess over my bill. The hotel, in all fairness, is really good. It’s clean, reasonably spacious, and it’s tastefully decorated. More importantly, it has everything! All kitchen ware, washing machine, dryer, etc etc all in the room itself. Perfect for us who are on a long travel itinerary. Highly recommended. However, after I checked out, they charged me for the nights that I’ve already prepaid. When I got in touch by email, no response. By phone, the receptionist said she couldn’t do anything. Only the manager could handle it and he/she only comes on Sundays. On Sunday, I couldn’t get through the phone. So I’m getting help from a Trip.com agent. So far, this matter is still hanging. Hopefully it can be resolved soon and the overcharge can be refunded.

Friendly staff, showed us to our room. Everything you could want. Bed and pillows comfortable . Unusual shower controls, not great pressure. Close to take away places, like McDonalds and KFC.

典型的汽車旅館，沒什麼特別的地方；個人感覺是可以放心選擇的。 旅館的環境比較方便，自駕車的選擇是民智的。衛生完全沒問題⋯⋯

酒店乾淨，店主熱情。

房間乾淨整潔，户外視野也不錯，房間很舒服，位置也不錯，户外還有一個小的游泳池。服務也很熱情周到，唯一不足的是在飛機航道下面，飛機飛過會有聲音，但是尼爾森本來飛機也不多，影響不是太大。

深夜到店，和善的女房東耐心等待並熱情引導，房間非常乾淨，廚具餐具咖啡壺等排列井井有條，設施一應俱全，衞生間寬敞明亮，五星好評！

Great location ,very clean and tastefully fitted very friendly and professional staff, also nice to see is a big tv screen very rarely seen at other places we stayed Especially watching a live game of rugby( all blacks beating the boks) Very comfortable beds great linen and pillows we stayed in a twin poolside room with spabath and 2 double beds Highly recommended and at a great rate We looking forward staying here again
