The hotel is in a perfect location, not far from Kawagoe Station, Kawagoe-shi Station, or Hon-Kawagoe Station. It takes about 7–9 minutes to walk from any of these stations. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and appears quite new. The food is good, and what I loved most was the hot-spring bath. During my stay, I was surprised to see a female guest brushing her teeth while in the hot-spring bath. She may have been a foreign visitor who was unfamiliar with local bathing etiquette. Regardless, this was an isolated incident and did not affect my overall experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. P.S.: The train is seibu line departing from Hon-Kawagoe.

4 Senior backpackers in Japan ”stumbled” onto this gem of a Japanese inn next to the Arakawa River. Less than 10 minute walk from the Kami-Nagatoro station and 10 minute walk to Nagatoro Station. We chose location due to proximity to river and start of river boat downstream river ride-sites. We were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality shown throughout our two-day stay. We were late in coming out of the mountains of Gunma prefecture (2 hour plus train ride away) and called the inn to notify and were subsequently told that this was no problem for check-in and supper. Fortunately we made up time lost and got to the inn earlier that expected and enjoyed the serene tree-lined river and men's and women's communal furo (shower/bath also in rooms) with outdoor views before dining. Then...we were overwhelmed by the quality and quantity of the dinner! A real treat to get a 7+ course Japanese meal featuring the specialty vegetables and protein of the region! Upon departure we chose to walk with packs back to Kami-Nagatoro Station, along the river, but the proprietor had the Inn van ready and waiting to take us to the train station. The included breakfast's were also multi-course Japanese style, with regional specialties. Granted, the hotel is somewhat time-worn, probably seeing its zenith in the 80's and 90's but all the facilities were cleaning, usable and safe. All staff went made a great effort to ensure that we were enjoying the locale and the Inn. This location, in our opinion is much more serene and ”touristy” than the main area surrounding Nagatoro station but is only 10 minutes walking from that action. If opportunity arises, we will return. The Saitama Museum of Natural is just across the street but this large and modern facility was not open on our late arrival and on Monday. We left on Tuesday morning, but wanted to visit this place also.

The room was spacious overall with excellent natural light, making for a very comfortable stay. The bedding was soft and clean, ensuring a restful sleep. The staff were friendly and responsive. Breakfast offered a good variety and tasted delicious. The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning was a bit noisy. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely recommended!

Service: The front desk service was exceptionally good. They patiently explained all the hotel's amenities and recommended local dining and entertainment spots. Every staff member greeted us, which was a nice touch. Highlight ⭐: They offer free alcoholic beverages until 9 PM, which were quite tasty. If you arrive late at night and the front desk is unstaffed, there's a self check-in machine nearby. Just scan your passport, and it'll provide your room number and door code. Facilities: The hotel bedding was very clean. The room was compact, fitting only a bed, a desk, and space for one large suitcase or two carry-ons. You can choose your preferred pillow from a selection, but the long pillow already on the bed was also very comfortable! Hot Spring: The hotel has a hot spring, and there's also a bathtub in the room for a private hot spring experience! It was incredibly relaxing, and the hot spring pool was very clean. Food & Drink: The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast, which was really delicious. The hotel's mini bread rolls were particularly good; I had several! Room: The room included conditioner with a wonderful scent, shampoo, and body wash. Downstairs, you could also pick up milk bath salts and soap. Basically, they had most things you could think of. The most amazing part was the three-headed charger and a large vanity mirror for women – absolutely brilliant and impressive! There are also many great restaurants near the hotel. I tried a yakitori place that was delicious and affordable, with many Japanese diners.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, and the service was great. The breakfast was fantastic! The room environment and facilities were also excellent. Most importantly, it's a great value for money. Highly recommended!

來到了秩父，想要享受温泉，於是入住了木テ兒美やま 從酒店到秩父鐵道秩父站或者西武秩父站都有一小時一班的送迎bus 房間為桔梗，很寬敞 非常可惜的是，露天澡堂不是温泉水，只有大澡堂是用的温泉水 晚餐感覺有些無趣，埼玉縣不臨海，所以海鮮不太好吃，甚至還有魔芋刺身在充數，也許可以在肉類上加強!! 我很喜歡聊天，但在這裏沒有很體會到工作人員的服務，總感覺對別的旅客比對我更加熱情。比如對某兩位客人就幫他們提着包介紹到房間….希望是我的錯覺。 武蔵國の埼玉で1日を過ごしました! 秩父に來て温泉を楽しみたくて、ホテル美やまに宿泊しました。 泊まったお部屋は「桔梗」というお部屋で、とても広々としていました。 ただ、少し殘念だったのは、露天風呂が温泉ではなく普通のお湯だったことです。温泉水を使っているのは大浴場だけでした。 タ食は少し物足りない感じがしました。埼玉県は海なし県だからか、海鮮の味はイマイチでしたし、こんにやくの刺身が出てきてちょっと量稼ぎっばい印象も……。その分、肉料理をもっと充実させてほしいなと思いました!スタッフさんのサ一ビスについてですが、普段私はおしやベりが好きなのに、ここではあまり交流を感じられなかったのが少し殘念でした。また、他のお客さんヘの対応の方が丁寧に見えたのも気になりました。例えば、あるお二人の宿泊客には荷物を持って部屋まで案內していたようで……。きっと気のせいだと信じたいです!

Room is tiny, but the bathroom is of a nice size. If you have a suitcase, there would be no space to open it up. I was staying only for a night and luckily only had a backpack. The TV volume is loud even at the minimal. Love the controls on the pad next to the bed. Room is clean, with nice view of the city. Service at check-in was very friendly, but early check-in is not allowed. Sufficient amount of amenities provided, including pyjama. There is a small fridge and safe in the room. Breakfast is provided in a restaurant outside of the hotel (but same building) the spread is small but tasty enough. I would stay again for short work trips to this part of town. Also there is a combini and some restaurants in the same building as the hotel.

location was good, only 5 mins walk from Seibu Chichibu station. My room got a very nice hill view, quiet and tranquil. The room was clean, very spacious in Japanese standard. Staff were very polite and helpful. There was one gentleman staff helped me to find packing material to wrap my walking stick that I bought from the temple during my 34 Kennon pilgrimage; so that I could bring it back home with me. Many thanks! By the way, the breakfast was very good with big array of food.

The Good: - The hotel is located right next to the train station. - There is a nearby mall with many food options. - The room size is decent and perfectly functional. I found the bed itself to be quite comfortable. - The soundproofing is reasonable. You get occasional, mild train noises during quieter periods, but it wasn't a major disruption. The Not-So-Good: - The pillow really needs addressing. One pillow was hard, while the other was completely limp and offered almost zero support (it felt practically non-existent). - The in-room refrigerator was completely useless. It didn't get cold at all, so don't expect to keep any drinks or snacks chilled.
