Hotel Dengan Parking di Saitama Prefecture, Japan

We were staying with a family of three. They don't have triple rooms, so the room is split into two. Even with two rooms, the price is still reasonable. The rooms are mostly flat and well-maintained. Close to Honjo-Waseda Station, free parking, a large public bath (with a Dyson hair dryer), laundry facilities, a microwave, free tea (coffee and apple cider vinegar drinks are also available until 10:00 PM), amenities, and samue-style pajamas are available for personal selection at the front desk (you can choose between memory foam and marshmallow pillows, subject to restrictions), and more. There's a large supermarket and laundry next door, as well as a delicious bakery, family restaurant, and convenience store nearby, making it incredibly convenient. The front desk staff are all very kind and cheerful. My only complaint is that the walls are thin, so you can often hear noises from the neighboring rooms (earplugs are provided, which is unusual). The lockers in the changing room by the public bath don't have locks. I haven't booked a room with breakfast yet, so I'd like to try that next time.

Arrived late at night from Haneda, so I decided to stay overnight in Kawagoe before heading to Karuizawa the next day. The hotel is very new, clean, and well-equipped. Although the room isn't huge, it's perfectly adequate. It's not far from Kawagoe's Little Edo, making it convenient to grab a bite at the shopping street late at night and explore the area the next morning. There are also two convenience stores downstairs, which is very handy!

I stayed here for a live show. Conclusion: The best I want to come back just for the Laview Express and this hotel. While still retaining the charm of the Showa era, the hotel has a Reffa head shower and charging outlets next to the bed, and the attention to detail is amazing. The bed, pillows, and towels are all very well-made. The staff at the front desk and elsewhere have a very nice, down-to-earth feel. Their smiles are lovely. You could tell they were working with a sense of fulfillment. And the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Please stay the way it is, and stay Tokorozawa Park Hotel. I feel like there are fewer hotels like this these days. Please keep this great quality. I'd like to stay here again.

The most important thing to remember about the Mark Grand is that Google Maps will show two Mark Grand hotels and one of them is wrong. Make sure that you find the correct address. The Mark Grand is a renamed and arguably improved upscale hotel in Saitama. It's a few train stops from Ueno and there's more than one way to get there depending if you're coming from say Shinjuku or Ueno. The rooms are immaculate with drip coffee, a humidifier, and you are given the option to have your room cleaned on specific days (not every day). JP customer service, as always, is excellent and although the breakfast buffet doesn't change, the options are more than enough to keep your palate satisfied for a week's stay. There's a Lawson at the second floor and an excellent gym, pool, and spa (not really an onsen). Unfortunately, the sports center isn't free and you have to pay a small fee (1200 yen) to use it but it's more than worth it. It's extremely popular with the older locals and make sure you visit in less busy times. There is a Cocoon mall nearby which is not busy and since the hotel is located in the CBD, you only come across salarymen rather than the annoying Western tourists. I also highly recommend the Railway Museum in Saitama, which is a short 2 stops away. If you're familiar with JP trains and don't mind the short commute, I highly recommend the hotel.

The hotel is easily recognisable and has a nice setting. However, you still need to be careful when checking in at night. It is generally safe, but you need to cross the road after exiting the JR line. The hotel's internal environment is acceptable, better than Hong Kong Hotel and slightly inferior to China Hotel. It is a great value for a Japanese capsule and cheap hotel, and is highly recommended for travelers who are going to Kawasaki or Utsunomiya the next day.

The front desk was very helpful. The building is old, but it was well-cleaned.

Our top choice every time we visit Tokyo, Japan! The price is much more affordable than comparable hotels within Tokyo, and the rooms are significantly larger. Plus, it's conveniently located near the station, making shopping, dining, and transportation incredibly easy. The overall stay experience is fantastic, and I've recommended it countless times! This time, I want to highlight the restaurants within the hotel itself. There's a Chinese restaurant on the 16th floor with exquisite dishes and incredible flavors! Every bite is a delightful surprise! There are also several other restaurants on the fifth floor that I'll definitely try on my next visit.

It good if you are travel in Saitama, because my plan was in Saitama only, but still easy to go Ueno with Hibiya line and near to Koshigaya Laketown that is my favorite shopping in Japan, if you came from Haneda Airport it easy to take a bus and drop to Kitasenju and take a train to Soka.

The room was fine and worth the price. We originally booked a twin room and a single room (traveling with 3 people). A week before departure, a friend's daughter joined us and wanted to change the order from a single bed to a twin bed, but maybe time was tight and the twin room was full. I saw that the single room could have an extra bed, so I applied on the app but never got a response. As a result, when I got to the hotel, the front desk said that they could not add an extra bed! After communicating many times, it was still not possible. We could only book an extra single room. Of course, the room price was much more expensive, but there was nothing we could do. I felt ripped off and very disappointed Service: Poor, poor, poor

Very close to Kawagoe Station, convenient transportation location, you can also pay for Japanese breakfast 1000 yen, or eat at the nearby convenience store is also great, the size of the room is cleverly designed, the lighting is good and comfortable to live in, I hope to stay in the same room next time
