Love their hot pools and amenities. Location would be 5mins driving from city. If you have car would be very convenient, I don’t think you can walk to city with this distance.

Location: The hotel is located close to the Queenstown airport but approximately 15 mins away from Queenstown itself.
Parking: There is no parking bays at the Hilton (only valet) itself but it shares with Doubletree which is limited. Due to some maintenance work, level P2 was closed off and had to park in a reserved slot for the night. Cost of parking is NZ$ 16 per night.
Rooms: This is where my issue lies, the room temp is centrally managed and it was freezing at night especially with the floor to ceiling windows. Had to go to the front desk for portable heater and extra blankets on the 1st night. Bathroom is non-heated (with tiled floors) so extra cold in there. In most places we stayed in NZ, the bathrooms had heated lamps overhead for comfort. I requested the accessible room for mom and it was provided as requested although the location of the room was on one end of the building which is a distance to walk.
Food: Breakfast was a good selection and ran from 630 to 1030am.

Kabin yang sangat khas, sesuai untuk berhenti di Wanaka. Sebenarnya, jaraknya hanya berpuluh-puluh kilometer. Tidak ada bilik mandi bebas. Terdapat sebuah bar kecil. Ramai orang dalam perjalanan tinggal di sini.

This was my second time staying here, and it was just as good as the first. The chalet was different from my previous stay, but the quality remained excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The experience was just as enjoyable, proving that this place is consistently reliable. Will definitely return again!

The location is a little bit outside and takes time to walk to the city center and the road back is steep uphill for walking/riding bike. Otherwise, the hotel is well maintained though seems old (the buttons in the elevator show the ages)

We were thrilled to be the very first guests to leave a review for this stunning new resort! The location is fantastic, just a quick 10-minute drive to town, and our room offered breathtaking views of the Shot River, creating a truly relaxing atmosphere.
We arrived around 10 PM, and the hotel reception was impeccably prepared, warmly welcoming us and even upgrading our room! It looked exactly like the photos, with a design and interior that perfectly captured the vibe we were seeking. They had welcome drinks waiting for us, and we appreciated that milk was available on request at any time.
The breakfast was a delightful a la carte experience, featuring an array of delicious options. The serving staff was not only attentive and kind but also provided excellent recommendations for nearby restaurants!
We also indulged in room service, which exceeded our expectations in both taste and punctuality. Although the fitness room and movie room were still under construction, the small maintenance issue we encountered in the bathroom was addressed swiftly by the staff.
Our stay has left us eager to return and see the final results of this new gem. I highly recommend this resort to everyone!

We booked the lakeside suite. Every morning we are greeted by the amazing view! Just one minute walk from the bus stop, which connects the town centre and the airport. Convenient.

MMatetelaqiThis is the most luxurious hotel I've ever stayed in on a trip, though I guess I haven't really stayed in many fancy places, haha. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and gave excellent tips. The bellboy delivered our luggage right to the door, which was a nice touch. You have to take a boat to get to town; it costs $10 per trip with a card, which is a bit pricey, but it was a unique way to travel. Because it's a bit far from the town center, it's very quiet at night with minimal light pollution. You can step outside and see the stars, and the pool is great. The room itself was fantastic, though the lighting was a little dim. The bathroom was spacious.

FFIFI925The hotel isn't very new. The family connecting room I booked wasn't actually given; instead, they gave us two adjacent single rooms. I'd suggest just booking single rooms directly. The two-bedroom apartment 5401 on the last day was pretty good, but it only had one bathroom, and the door was broken 😂.

MMachinerySmooth checkin with very warm welcome greet. Everything works great and the small washing machine was free! I love the fact that salt and pepper is provided in the kitchenette made my cooking more complete. Great Location only 10 minutes walk to the beach and town centre , great vibe! Leisure centre is 5 minutes drive away with great swimming pool and jacuzzi.

GGuest UserI don't know why other people have low scores, the environment and sanitation are OK, the cabin is in the jungle, there is no light pollution at night, the stars are very beautiful, and the price is much higher than the kiwicamp self-service camp we live in every day. Usually powered site is NZD40-80, the hotel backpacker also needs NZD20-40 per person, this price is very good. The wine at the gas station and the store is very low price, and the South Island is not lower than 3.1 per liter.
