Dear Zuri Hotel Team, I would like to share my wonderful experience during my stay at Zuri Hotel on December 8, 2025. The location was excellent (5/5), making it very convenient and enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding (5/5), and the overall service exceeded my expectations (5/5). The amenities were also top-notch (5/5), providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Most especially, all the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional, which truly made the experience even more memorable. The food was absolutely delicious and added great value to our stay. Thank you for the excellent service and warm hospitality. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Zuri Hotel to others. Highly Recommend this hotel , very convenient to stay at, the food was so delicious and nung pauwi na kami dahil di kami makaka avail ng free breakfast, pinag packed nila ng breakfast. Salamat po La Carmela. Babalik ulit kami dito pero mas mataas na ang kukunin ko.

Very nice and clean hotel. Friendly staffs and good service. Hotel offers many different activities like island hopping, massage, hairbrading, etc. Rooftop bar was relaxing, also bar at the pool was cool. We enjoy every day of our stay. Breakfast buffet was okay, same food every day was little bored. The beach is just afew steps from hotel. Nice view, nice beach. We wished we could stay longer. Recommend this hotel.

The frontdesk officers were accomodating even the guard amd bellboy .. The water of the bidet is a bit smelly .. Overall we had an excellent experience....

My recent experience at Canyon Hotel was disappointing due to their inefficient and inconvenient check-in process. While I understand that the official check-in time is 3:00 PM, the way they handle early arrivals is very frustrating. I arrived at 12:30 PM, but instead of completing the check-in process once, my details were put on hold. When I returned at 3:00 PM, I was required to repeat the entire process all over again, including verification and checks that had already been done earlier. At 3:00 PM, there was a very long line, and what made it worse was that guests who arrived exactly at 3:00 PM were given their room keys immediately, while those of us who arrived earlier had to queue again from the beginning. This felt unfair and poorly organized. In the past, the system was much more comfortable and guest-friendly. Unfortunately, the current process is no longer convenient and negatively affects the overall guest experience. I hope the management improves their check-in procedure to better accommodate early arrivals and provide a smoother experience for all guests. Overall, this stay was not as pleasant as before.

The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, making check ins and daily service smooth and hassle free. Rome are clean and well kept, with all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. 5 star! and also so the Food so good!

My experience at the Henann Garden Resort in Boracay was simply spectacular! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and contagious friendliness from the entire staff. The service is, without a doubt, one of the hotel's highlights – everyone is incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. The hotel is extremely clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably tidied up daily. Cleanliness is taken very seriously, which gives guests a huge sense of confidence and tranquility. The location is also fantastic – right in the heart of Station 2, close to everything, yet with a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The pools are wonderful and very well-kept, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Breakfast is another highlight: very varied, with delicious options for every taste – from Asian to Western dishes, all fresh and flavorful. It really makes you want to enjoy every morning there. Without a doubt, an excellent stay! I highly recommend Henann Garden to anyone looking for comfort, a great location, and top-notch service. I will definitely return.

Our stay was so good and cozy. We slept well and had a good rest. No netflix, only cable channels. The pool was good. Had a good time at the pool, it looks clean. There was a slight problem during our breakfast at the hotel. We ordered a meal , and a different one was served. But it was okay, maybe the staff was tired or sleepy and he didn't hear what we had requested. Overall, highly recommend. Our room was clean. When checking-in at a hotel, I look after for CLEANLINESS. That's my number one preference.

We arrived at the hotel at 12nn expecting to have to wait 2-3 more hours before we can check-in. But as we processed our arrival with the receptionist, we were already given our key cards to check-in. This added great convenience to our stay (do not expect that this would always be the case but it is good to note they allow early check-in if available). The room we booked was very comfortable, I have nothing to complain about. We requested to be put on a corner room which was obliged. All the staff was exceptionally accommodating and approachable. The hotel was conveniently located at a walking distance to Festive Walk Mall and all must-visit spots of Megaworld. Overall, we had a great stay! I will definitely be booking again should I be back to visit Iloilo.
