Hôtel idéal pour son emplacement, pratique car pas besoin de chercher un Taxi, la navette de l'hôtel vous enlève tous les tracas, autant elle vous récupère de l'aéroport ou vous y dépose, équipe super accueillante, chambre propre avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Petit déjeuner buffet complet et parfait. Hôtel idéal pour récupérer après un road trip et redémarrer. On y retournera sans faute. Kamel et Yamina.

I had a lovely experience at the Atlantis Hotel. The location is incredibly central, making it easy to explore the area and access everything I needed. The customer service was excellent throughout my stay — the staff were consistently polite, helpful, and welcoming. I specifically wanted to thank Bilal, Souad, Houria. Breakfast was fresh and nicely presented with a good variety to choose from. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay. I would happily return and recommend it to others.

I booked a room as a non Muslim during Ramadan and I was able to have room service. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location and good security.

The hotel is ina good location for the airport and the shared taxi stand. The buffet breakfast was really good. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The free airport shuttle is not as good as it sounds. It only goes 3 times a day.

Un emplacement exceptionnel avec vue sur mer, où le personnel se montre très attentionné. Bien qu'une erreur ait été commise, ils ont su rectifier rapidement et efficacement ce désagrément.

Located on Alger hillside, can enjoy the entire city scenery within walking distance. The rooms are clean and tidy, the breakfast is plentiful, and the facility decor is modern. Good for sightseeing and short business trips.

I’ve found from experience in Algeria, customer service is not their forte. I’d suggest this is not just the HI but all service sectors in general, perhaps it’s the French influence, but regardless, across the whole residence I did not meet one cheery, polite or energetic person, everything just seemed to be troublesome or beneath them, I blame management however and somewhat by need, I will return however, let me conclude by suggesting the hotel is very nice, my room was well appointed and clean, the restaurant and food within, commendable. As an aside, do book the hotel taxi service to and from the airport, it was efficient and very cheap compared to other countries I visit.

I loved Hotel Hydra. The purpose of my visit was to see my granddaughter and daughter in law. The room was spacious and well appointed. Only minor points could be improved- bath plug didn’t fit, light bulb out. I didn’t report this though. I felt safe and staff were gracious and kind. If I visited Algiers again I would definitely stay there.

Très bon hôtel, très bien situé dans le centre d'Alger, personnel adorable Chambre propre, salle de bain et lit confortable et spacieux. Manque de modernité au niveau de la télé (peu de chaine, pas de télé connecté) Le petit est moyen voire pas terrible pour le prix de la chambre J'ai voulu demander une navette à mon arrivée, malgré avoir envoyé le plan de voyage je n'ai jamais eu de retours. C'est dommage.
