這次帶家人來北戴河度假，特意選了北戴河新區美思居酒店，既是衝著它多年的好口碑，也是想體驗下老店的底藴和新房的煥新！老店的服務一直很暖心，前台辦理入住時熱情又細緻，老員工的親切感一下子就拉滿了，能感受到店家對老客人的用心。更驚喜的是這次升級的新房，完全顛覆了我對傳統酒店的印象！房間裝修簡約又高級，採光特別好，推窗就能看到園區的綠意，洗漱用品都是新換的高品質款，床墊軟乎乎的特別舒服。老店的温情遇上新房的精緻，這種碰撞太戳人了，住得既安心又愜意，下次還來！

The hotel is elegant, comfortable, and perfectly maintained. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped, and every detail was handled with professionalism and care. Everything I needed during my stay was provided promptly and with genuine kindness. I would especially like to recognize Kara, Vicky (The house keeper), and Vivian for their exceptional service. They went above and beyond to make my stay truly worthwhile, always attentive, warm, and ready to help. Their dedication and hospitality made a real difference and left a lasting impression. InterContinental Shijiazhuang delivers world-class service and comfort. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again whenever I’m in the city.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in China. It is world class. The staff are some welcoming and helpful. Although I don’t speak any Chinese they made every effort to communicate with me. We used translate Apps. Everyone was super nice. The room was very large, new and I loved the Tea Station. I have never seen one like this. The location is superb. Right in the middle of the historic village but it is very quiet at night. The breakfast was simple but satisfying. I recommend staying here and would love to come back.

Very good hotel. Location is perfect, near to shopping malls, one of them less than 5 minutes by foot from the hotel. The Hebei museum is also really close to the hotel. The room was really tide, clean and spaceous. There was a washing machine inside the room, no extra fee applicable, and soap was also available for free. This was one of the highest points in my case. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was really good, so many options. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at the Venice Waterworld Hotel in Shijiazhuang and, unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The hotel feels quite outdated and in need of renovation. The rooms were dark and old, with furnishings that seemed worn and tired. One of the biggest issues was the air conditioning—it was old and lacked a proper thermostat, making it difficult to regulate the temperature. Additionally, smoking is permitted throughout the hotel, which was a major downside for me as a non-smoker. The smell of tobacco was pervasive in the hallways and common areas, making the stay less comfortable. Breakfast lacked food for its guests. They were not being topped up according to the people who were in the restaurant. While the location may be convenient for some, the overall condition and policies of the hotel make it a poor choice for travelers who prefer clean, modern, and smoke-free accommodations. If I return to Shijiazhuang, I will definitely look for a different hotel. Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) – Below Average, Needs Improvement

設施：全智能體驗不錯，有個小泳池孩子玩的超級開心。 衞生：乾淨衞生，細節不錯。 環境：超級好，鬧中取靜。距離百里峽和漂流都很近。羣山環抱睡覺還很安逸。 服務：老闆服務超好，自己吃飯時還幫忙看孩子。推薦。

靜與心謀寧有色 香升鼻觀亦無空 《心經》曰：“是故空中無色”，在安靜中感受心的碧翠、博大，一如窗外綠樹倒影的桃花潭，平靜安詳。 淡黃色的酒店大堂，簡約典雅，一大串圓形的吊燈若定海神針，又如畫龍點睛。 客房寬大，色調以淡咖啡色為主，給人一種安靜的感覺。淺黃色地毯上大多華麗藍色花朵，曲線優美，典雅精緻，感覺身心放鬆。 卧室舒適整潔，卧具正對明亮的窗户，客人有被晨光叫醒的沖動。 帶有衣帽間的盥洗室，衞生間、淋浴間乾濕分離。提供牙刷、牙膏、刮鬍刀等衞浴等全套用品，味道甜膩。 唐山著名的南湖公園，就在酒店的後門，憑房卡可以自由進入（本來也是免票），這裡是南湖公園“桃花潭”景區，人少，幽靜，風景變幻，延“桃花潭”走上一遭，約有3公里，適合閑遊。 靜在房間，臨窗南望，靜與心謀，水碧植翠，花香微微，曼妙其媚，空中無色。 特別感謝前台的Lily女士，看到客人去健身房跑步，熱情介紹可以去南湖裡跑一圈，果不其然，景美人樂，一步一景。 來，憑闌處….

As always a pleasure to stay at the Shangrila. Loved every bit especially the location and the people at the hotel front desk especially.

Nice clean hotel and they offer in house photograph with Han Fu make-over, unfortunately we were lacked of time and wasn't informed about this complimentary during our check in. The hotel provides free shuttle to the train station even we didn't prebook in advance, which we truly appreciated.

和對象來北戴河看海，選對酒店太重要了！月恆老虎石店給了我們超棒的體驗。 1. 觀景超讚：我們住的房間能看到部分海景，傍晚坐在窗邊看日落，氛圍感拉滿。步行到老虎石看日出衹要5分鐘，不用早起趕車，太愜意了。 2. 衞生給力：房間打掃得很乾凈，衞生間沒有異味，馬桶、淋浴間都亮晶晶的，連床頭縫隙都沒灰塵，處女座表示滿意。 3. 服務貼心：入住時前台主動介紹周邊景點，推薦了本地人常去的海鮮館子，價格實惠不宰客。晚上想喝熱水，服務員很快就送來了保温壺。 4. 性價比高：淡季價格很友好，包含早餐和免費停車，比附近海景酒店便宜不少，卻同樣方便。 晚上在酒店花園散步，吹着海風很舒服。下次紀念日還來這裏！
