We only stayed for 1 night but really enjoyed the experience. Due to the centralized heating system, our room was extremely hot and reached 29 degrees celsius even with the window open. We ended up calling the front desk at 4:30 a.m., and within 10 minutes, someone arrived with a large fan. She helped us set it up and adjust the temperature, and it quickly became comfortable enough for us to fall back asleep. Thank you for the quick assistance!

I recently stayed at the Venice Waterworld Hotel in Shijiazhuang and, unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The hotel feels quite outdated and in need of renovation. The rooms were dark and old, with furnishings that seemed worn and tired. One of the biggest issues was the air conditioning—it was old and lacked a proper thermostat, making it difficult to regulate the temperature. Additionally, smoking is permitted throughout the hotel, which was a major downside for me as a non-smoker. The smell of tobacco was pervasive in the hallways and common areas, making the stay less comfortable. Breakfast lacked food for its guests. They were not being topped up according to the people who were in the restaurant. While the location may be convenient for some, the overall condition and policies of the hotel make it a poor choice for travelers who prefer clean, modern, and smoke-free accommodations. If I return to Shijiazhuang, I will definitely look for a different hotel. Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) – Below Average, Needs Improvement

The Hilton Shijiazhuang is very well located in the city centre and not too far from major places and close to metro stations. Will come back to this hotel for sure next time when visiting Shijiazhuang.

Nice hotel and customer service was good. Enjoyed our stay and the food was delicious. Disappointing that the pool was unavailable but they had a quality gym

This is a Fantastic Hotel and the service is exceptional. I would recommend anyone coming to Shanhiaguan for the the Old Drangon's Head section of the Great Wallof China to stay at this location as its central to all and in the Ancient City of Shanhiaguan!!

Very pleased with this accommodation. They are a health and wellness theme hotel which focuses on wellness programmes and facilities. The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast variety is also great and delicious.

Zhangjiakou is a great place, but not when it’s full of people… Starting from: Pluses: Checked in before 14:00; Accommodated my kid’s needs; Restaurant personnel is great; Mind that breakfast/food is Chinese, western choices are poor. Minuses: Bad cleaning (cleaning left smell of old cloth); No bathrobes, no soap in the room (had to ask for it); When checked in, no one told me about breakfast time, neither wrote where/when on the breakfast voucher; Receptionists mostly are ignoring you; Haven’t told about swimming pool, receptionists are mostly trying to avoid communication, father then help, I was figurinista things myself; Staff doesn’t speak English, when I addressed them, first they said they didn’t understand, and then waited for me to leave the receptionist desk, absolutely inappropriate for that money.

I would like to commend the outstanding job of the front desk and extend my greatness thanks and gratitude especially to Ms Xia JiaLu which have been wonderful in providing exceptional services , help and information during my stay here. I have stayed in many hotels in China. But intercontinental Tangshan really have left me with the most best impression of what customer service and satisfaction is supposed to be. Kudos!!!!

I am extremely grateful to the hotel's Golden Key Brown, for bringing me a pleasant and unforgettable stay experience. I came to Xiongan New Area on a business trip. Brown provided me with a great deal of assistance, ensuring that my travels went smoothly. He arranged an airport pick-up service for me. Since the driver couldn't speak English, Brown thoughtfully provided a Chinese-English translation card for communication with the driver. He also arranged in advance the room type that I liked. The hotels in China are highly intelligent, and I really like Chinese hotels.Brown also prepared welcome fruits and a welcome letter for me. The welcome letter provided a detailed introduction to every part of the hotel, which I could refer to whenever I needed. The hotel covers a very large area and has numerous business premises. The content of the welcome letter was of great help to me. The hotel also offers free rides on sightseeing vehicles, and the scenery here is extremely beautiful. I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Xiongan International Hotel for their warm hospitality.

I've stayed in this hotel three times, and there's a reason I always come back. The price for the space is very good, and the interior of the rooms are classically decorated. The hotel is well kept, despite being aged, and their breakfast buffet is unbeatable.
