Hotel Dengan Pools di Azores, Portugal

The facility was clean and quite large. It was too cold for the pool. Do make sure you walk around the grounds and go to the water. We did not find it til the last night. Staff was super nice and attentive. They even set up reservations for us at a local restaurant. There are 3 restaurants but it seems they alternate which one is open. It was October so it may be due to the slower season.

We stayed for one night in an apartment. We were allowed to check in early which was great. The apartment was very spacious and had everything that you would need. The balcony was huge and had a great view. The only downside was that the bedroom and bathroom were really hot. There was air con in the living room but that did nothing for the rest of the apartment. We slept with the bedroom door open but then got bit to pieces by mozzies! Not sure we would stay in an apartment again but if the rooms have air con then we would try that.

Perfect location on a beautiful island. Better get the room with a sea view and watch the boats come in. Good breakfast plenty of choice and wonderful fresh fruit. Staff all very pleasant and spread the happiness. Excellent pool kept meticulously clean. Hot tub if rain comes and hot sauna. R3 Restaurant just across the road. Gentle stroll along the front into town and the marina.

Мы довольны сервисом и расположением отеля. На завтрак был большой выбор, интересная система заказа дополнительного завтрака. Очень хороший спортзал, были там каждый вечер. Наличие сауны тоже отличное решение, чтобы расслабиться после ежедневных походов в горы. Порадовало наличие парковочных мест рядом с отелем. При выселении была какая-то системная ошибка, надеюсь, что персонал её решил. Так как мы спешили в аэропорт и не смогли ждать обновление их информации, а просто отдали ключи от номера.

Foi uma estadia ótima, mesmo tendo sido apenas por uma noite. O quarto estava limpo, arejado e muito confortável. Quero dar um destaque especial para o atendimento da receção no dia em que chegámos: o senhor que nos recebeu foi extremamente simpático, fez questão de nos apresentar o hotel com todos os detalhes e deixou-nos logo à vontade. Esse cuidado no atendimento fez toda a diferença e tornou a experiência ainda mais agradável. Recomendo!

Хороший средний отель в специфическом стиле, как на фото. Хорошее постельное белье. Спа и спорт зал - одно название. Микро размер и не продумано.

Bem localizado com vistas muito bonitas sobre o Monte Brasil e a marina. Pena no pequeno almoço existirem poucos produtos açorianos.

Excelente localização, com parque de estacionamento, quartos muito bons e as areas comuns e de fazer muito bem cuidadas, tem vista mar e piscina exterior, ginasio bem equipado para se fazer um treino rapido e a piscina interior com a agua quente numa boa temperatora.

The first room I was given was very old, with a broken floor, damp on the wall by the bed, and paint that was peeling and coming off. The room was located in a separate building from the hotel. I was quite disappointed because this is not what one would expect from a 4-star hotel. The explanation I was given was that I had booked through a budget platform. Luckily, after changing rooms twice, I was finally able to get a room in the hotel’s main building. The reception staff were very kind and understanding of my family’s needs. Once in the main building, everything was exactly as expected. The pool is beautiful with a stunning view, which is the reason I have returned to this property for the fifth time.
