Conveniently located next to the JR Miyazaki Station. The room was clean, spacious and well-maintained with a spacious bathroom and a cozy bed. All the amenities were available such as the coin laundry, free Wi-Fi, and convenient USB charging ports. The staff were polite, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended if staying in Miyazaki.

This is a new hotel in Takachiho. We love the vibes, very chic with a lot of wood elements. We travel as a family of 4. There were no connecting rooms but they arranged rooms next to each other. The room isn’t big but enough for 2 pax. 3 pax will be tight. It’s clean and comfortable. Location is also good. We didn’t have to drive to find food nearby. The hotel staff was good in recommending food nearby. Breakfast was also great. Highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Takachiho

Staff are good.but Air conditioner can be only open as heater. Can’t set to cooling. Window can open just a little. At the night when we stay outside temp seem higher than usual I need to use air filter wind to cool my body. I’m not satisfied.

Lovely staff, lounge with alcoholic/non alcoholic drinks was good. Very close to car park. Room was small but clean, however could benefit from being able to open windows a little for some fresh air.

Perfect for Families - Spacious and Comfortable! We stayed in the residence-type room and it was perfect for our family trip. The room was very big, giving everyone plenty of space, and it felt more like an apartment than a standard hotel room. It was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Mango Hotel for families looking for a spacious and convenient place to stay. Used automated check in and out service hence can’t realky review the service.

初めて宮崎のドーミインに宿泊しました。 今まで中々予約が取れませんでしたが、今回はとても早期だったので取ることが出来ました。 早めに着いたので荷物を預かってもらいましたがその時の対応がとても迅速で良かったです。 決め手はお風呂があり露天風呂、サウナもあります。 そしてタオルの持ち運び用のビニール袋が置いてあったり、シャワーの水栓が手動だったり小さな思いやりを感じます。夜風呂上がりのアイスや、朝の乳酸菌飲料、夜鳴きそばなどのサービスも中々嬉しいです。朝ごはんの品揃えも最高でした。また利用したいです。親戚も口コミしておきました。

口コミに設備が古いとちらほら書かれていたので心配でしたが、全**んなことはなく掃除も行き届いていてお部屋もとても綺麗でとても快適に過ごせました！ 朝と夜どちらも露天風呂に入りましたが、脱衣所に冷水が準備されていたりと気配りも素晴らしくてまた利用したいと思いました❣️

1番道路に近いお部屋だったので大きな車の走行音が気になりましたが少し離れていれば気にならないでしょう笑 それ以外はなんの問題もなくとても快適でした。 次回以降も九州旅では第一候補で利用したいです！！

It took some time to check in and hotel reception (3 person only) considered small for such big hotel. The indoor onsen were crowded for both site (different capacity). The gym and indoor swimming water were good to use during this period. Drying machine for swim wear was great to use. Suite was bigger than expected. Enjoyed the stay very much.

Perfect stay from start to finish. The hotel is ideally located in the middle of town, close to everything. Staff were friendly and spoke English well enough to make communication easy. Check-in was fast, and having a car park on site was a big plus. The included breakfast was very good, mainly onigiri in the hotel café. I also loved the interactive screen in the lobby with great neighborhood tips. Nothing to complain about—highly recommend.
