Beautiful view and perfect location!!!!!! Great security and very kind crews. I want to visit this hotel again. Thank you for everything. But even though I booked rooms 2 months ago, Same day reservations were much cheaper. I was not feeling well.

Great place, lovely hotel, very comfortable. The bar has amazing views too, worth a visit. In a great location near the Gaia’s riverside.

The hotel is probably one of the best in Porto. Unfortunately the online experience had not been pleasant. I realised that I booked a non cancellation stay in advance prior to my trip. When my trip was changed and my Porto is extended from 3 nights to 5 nights. I asked both the agent (Trip/Expedia) and Iater through the hotel for modification of the dates. They refused after several tries. In the end, we decided to forgo one night due to change in air ticket and stayed for the duration of our stay. The remaining nights at Porto. We decided to defer to another hotel. If the hospitality service can be better we would have stay there throughout. This is unfortunate coming from highly recognised hotel here.

It is a hotel that will open in February 2024. It is very close to the train station, the town hall, Bolhao,...but the best thing is the people, super attentive and helpful,...

The hotel's interior is even more striking. The simple yet stylish design of the public areas, with greenery and art pieces strategically placed to create a tranquil and elegant ambiance. The guest rooms are warm and comfortable, with soft lighting and neat decor, and every detail meticulously considered, inviting you to relax and unwind. The most surprising experience was the hotel's breakfast, a true feast for the senses. The restaurant offers a dazzling array of delicious dishes, including freshly baked crispy bread, fragrant bacon and eggs, colorful fresh fruit, and refreshing juices. The diverse selection caters to every palate, ensuring a revitalizing start to the day. But what truly captivated me was the ”breathing” bed. The mattress is the perfect level of firmness—not too soft to sink into, not too firm to be uncomfortable. It contours perfectly to the body, providing gentle support for every inch of skin. As night falls, lying on this comfortable bed, the fatigue of the day seems to melt away instantly, and with the soft bedding, I drift off to sweet dreams. Whether traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers exceptional service, a pleasant environment, a hearty breakfast, and an exceptionally comfortable sleep experience, adding infinite beauty to your journey.

What a unique concept of a hotel. I really enjoyed my first experience in a Zero Hotel. The rooms are small, but it’s meant for you to get out of your box and explore the area! Towels were soft, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast is well worth it. My only suggestion would be to address some of the rusting metal in the bathroom — I know the look is rustic, but the parts rusting were not part of the “look.” The location is great—you’re very close to all the touristy things but a little removed from the main streets. Friendly check-in staff.

It was a pleasant stay in Porto Palácio ! Our bed could be more comfortable, otherwise we enjoy the beautiful sunset on the rooftop ! Also there are 2 swimming pools, one free and the other (that you can see on the hotel pictures) isn’t included. The hotel is next to Sixt (car rental).

The hotel is new, you feel it directly in everything you see or use. The staff are very close and laughing, except for the tourist destinations in Porto. It is difficult to find a parking place in the center of Porto, but it is not a problem here, there is a very pleasant and a large parking. We recommend 10 points from 10 to 10, definitely.

The stay was very good, except the room was a little cold and you couldn't control the air conditioning. Not even at the hotel reception. At first, yes, but then it went back to the same thing.
