Hotel Dengan Pools di Makkah Province, Saudi Arabia

I had a higher expectations especially with the value of money paid. Delay in check in procedures although it was 17:30 and rooms were not fully ready. Then I have got smoking room in lower floor completely against what I request , I had to stay for another 30 mins to shift to another room. Additionally,although the hotel is new , it seems that it’s only renovated and a lot of items and paints need to be looked at. The breakfast was mid , but I have to highlight the restaurant receptionist welcoming and positive attitude and relaxing smile. I’m not going to repeat the visit again to this hotel branch

The hotel is very good to stay but when I got there I have been told that there is no room available despite the fact that i have booked in the room from the UK, kinda struggle for nearly an hour then i have got the room. I would tell the hotel management please don’t booked in people if you don’t have room available. I was tired and wanted to sleep but I have been surprised with no room available. Overall my stay wasn’t that bad apart from the early surprised.

Good service overall, however I had to wait longer receiving the hotel trolley with waiter for checkout.

 hotel was one of the best hotel I’ve ever been in my life. The customer services on all immunities are in five star.

Mr. Khalid at reception gretted me well also assisted me for arabic into English translation. Other morning and afternoon staff at reception were also welcoming. Offered me free luggage storage while I was away for Ummra. Also guided me for local Pakistani food restaurants nearby. Thanks again .

Bilik itu baru dan sangat bersih dan katilnya sangat selesa. Terdapat dua pasar raya dalam jarak kira-kira 15 minit berjalan kaki, tetapi pada asasnya anda perlu menaiki teksi (Uber) untuk ke mana-mana sahaja. Kami mempunyai penginapan yang selesa selama 3 malam, tetapi saya fikir adalah lebih baik untuk tinggal di sini selama 1 atau 2 malam dan tinggal di tempat yang lebih dekat dengan bandar lama.

I stayed at Aquila Hotel for two nights and found it worth spending money with quality. It is located at a very outstanding place with good quality residences mixed with semi elite class citizen. The super shops, markets and food courts are all nearby, more over in 10/15 SAR one can visot the cheaper markets pf the city. The staffs are very wel behaved and cordial. The catering manager alone work in the restuarant with utmost care, doing everything by himself with gullest mannerism and curtesy.  The number of borders are very selective in this hotel and more of them are regular boarders.  I wish Aquila Hotel a success further.
