GGuest UserAll facilities are very good, the sanitary environment is very comfortable, the view is very good, and the night view is beautiful. There is a luxurious and colorful shopping mall next to it. The whole hotel is also very luxurious, modern and elegant with gold glittering. The gym is great, and the view is very wide when you get up in the morning to exercise. The swimming pool is also beautiful.

The hotel is genuinely excellent, with a prime and highly convenient location. The level of service is exceptionally refined and professional, reflecting genuine attention to detail and guest comfort. Everything exceeded expectations, and the overall atmosphere was both welcoming and luxurious.
A place well worth visiting again, without a location.

Llinda821717It's a good place, suitable for business trips and solo travel. The room is relatively quiet. The only downside is the severe traffic in Riyadh; whenever I leave around 3 or 4 PM, it's nothing but red lights and traffic jams.

TTONGThe hotel is located in the north of Riyadh, the new district, like the development zones of some cities in China. There will be a king's financial district and many high-rise buildings under construction in the urban area. It only takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. But it is a bit far from the old town. The facilities of the hotel are very good, especially with a bathtub. There are no bathtubs in many international brand hotels in this desert city. The hotel's restaurant is also very good, the food and taste are very much like, the buffet has a lot of precious fruits, value for money.

GGuest UserDuring our stay, both Butler Kim and Butler Hani were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They made everything feel easy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Kim, in particular, truly stood out. She was cheerful, warm, and very thoughtful, and even took the initiative to help my husband and me take beautiful photos, which meant so much to us. Her genuine care and positive energy made our experience feel personal rather than routine.

MMFH Bin HamoodahI stayed for two nights at Nova Rotana Hotel in Riyadh, and overall, it was an excellent experience.
The King room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff were very professional and fast, and they kindly gave us the room earlier than the official check-in time.
The location is outstanding — in the quiet and convenient Al Olaya area.
Services like cleanliness, internet, and hospitality were excellent. Breakfast was good and standard.
A couple of minor notes: the A/C was a bit loud even at the lowest fan setting, and the gym/spa/pool hours for women were limited (morning 8–10 AM, and evening 8–10 PM). A bit more flexibility would be appreciated.
Overall, I highly recommend the hotel for its great value and prime location.

GGuest UserThe hotel is old, and the hot water is unstable – it's either cold or scalding. The rooms aren't soundproof either. Breakfast was very mediocre. It felt like a hotel priced for Indian customers. I won't be coming back; it really tarnishes the Holiday Inn name.

Location: close to main metro line. Not super central, but everything was easy to reach with Uber
