Mereka sangat responsif kepada keperluan tetamu, sama ada tuala tambahan atau pembersihan bilik, semuanya disediakan dengan segera. Makanan di hotel juga sangat lazat, dengan pelbagai hidangan yang boleh memenuhi keperluan citarasa yang berbeza dan membuatkan orang ramai mempunyai aftertaste yang tidak berkesudahan.
Kelebihan: Kualiti perkhidmatan hotel adalah yang paling saya hargai. Mereka bukan sahaja menyediakan perkhidmatan penginapan asas tetapi juga menyediakan pengalaman yang melebihi jangkaan. The hotel is totally different from Warwick Riyadh, too old, the bath place is just equipped with cloth but no glass door. The air conditioner is too noisy, I have to turn off it so as to sleep.

性價比可以，交通還可以，步行十幾分鍾可以到地鐵站，門口停車方便，沒有早餐，但是酒店隔壁的小餐廳的各種小餅味道不錯，房間面積大，衹是全是大床房

GGuest UserAll facilities are very good, the sanitary environment is very comfortable, the view is very good, and the night view is beautiful. There is a luxurious and colorful shopping mall next to it. The whole hotel is also very luxurious, modern and elegant with gold glittering. The gym is great, and the view is very wide when you get up in the morning to exercise. The swimming pool is also beautiful.

TTONGThe hotel is located in the north of Riyadh, the new district, like the development zones of some cities in China. There will be a king's financial district and many high-rise buildings under construction in the urban area. It only takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. But it is a bit far from the old town. The facilities of the hotel are very good, especially with a bathtub. There are no bathtubs in many international brand hotels in this desert city. The hotel's restaurant is also very good, the food and taste are very much like, the buffet has a lot of precious fruits, value for money.

GGuest UserDuring our stay, both Butler Kim and Butler Hani were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. They made everything feel easy and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Kim, in particular, truly stood out. She was cheerful, warm, and very thoughtful, and even took the initiative to help my husband and me take beautiful photos, which meant so much to us. Her genuine care and positive energy made our experience feel personal rather than routine.

GGuest UserWe were just staying overnight as we had a long layover for our flight but the accommodation was perfect for our needs. We'd initially planned to take advantage of the gym and pool but in the end we were too tired so didn't even look at them. The receptionist sorted out our room quickly and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room - more a small suite, with a kitchen-diner-lounge, and separate shower room and large bedroom.
Two small bottles of water were provided, so I could make tea without touching the brown water in the taps. We ordered food from Deliveroo - which took ages to arrive but filled the hole. And I was able to log on to my Netflix on the large TV in the lounge to watch a film before bed. The bed was very comfortable and even with the air con switched off the room was a pleasant temperature all night. We were woken at 4am by the call to prayer, which was a very musical if rather earlier than we intended to wake up.
Good shower and ordered breakfast, which was delivered to the room. Breakfast was great, and very substantial only thing missing was some fresh coffee (tea was provided) but I expect that would have been included if I'd thought to ask for it.
All in all great value for a comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at Centro Olaya Riyadh and had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is impeccable—the rooms are modern, sleek, and exceptionally clean, offering a perfect urban retreat in the middle of a busy city.
What I loved:
Service: The staff were professional and went out of their way to ensure a smooth check-in and comfortable stay.
Facilities: The rooftop pool and gym are highlights of the property, offering great views and a chance to relax.
Vibe: It has a very chic, lifestyle-focused atmosphere that is perfect for both business travelers and couples.
The only downside: The only thing to be aware of is that there aren’t many shops or convenience stores within immediate walking distance of the hotel entrance. If you need snacks, pharmacy items, or a quick retail fix, you’ll likely need to take a short Uber or drive to one of the nearby malls or commercial strips.
Verdict: Despite the lack of immediate shops nearby, the quality of the hotel and the service make it a 5-star stay for me. I would definitely stay here again, just with a little more preparation for my personal supplies!

However, the service was quite good, and the breakfast was also very good. There were many local foods, and the bread tasted quite different from Western food. The cheese at breakfast was excellent!
