Hotel Dengan Pools di Presov Region, Slovakia

Well where do i start? Has to be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff are very attentive but not intimidating and could never do enough to help. We arrived early but nothing seems like it could be a problem to them, had the key cards within 5 minutes and were in our room. The wellness area was spotless and the staff more than happy to bring the drinks to you whether you’re in the hot tub or sat by the pool, plenty of towels and slippers available if needed. The bars and restaurants also spotless and the food in the restaurant was truly amazing and I just wished we had booked to eat there earlier in our stay as we would have gone several times as the menu was so varied. Location is excellent for skiing and also visiting all the attractions in the area. Would we go back? Definitely we will be going back again but longer stay so we can relax and feel pampered for longer.

Quite luxury resort hotel from location. The view from the room was very good. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi were clean and very good. However, I would like you to separate shampoo and body soap and put a little better. Note that trains run only on Saturdays and Sundays.

The best local hotel recommended by the locals did not disappoint. You can see the lake and the snow-capped mountains when you step out of the hotel. The hotel also arranged the children's small beds, toiletries and small gifts in advance. When I left, because it was a self-driving car, the hotel also prepared water and some snacks on the road, the service was so intimate! Because I took my aunt and a very small child to travel together, Trip.com I have been helping to contact the hotel to confirm that our room is next to each other, much better than booking!

A great object. Large, spacious houses, very clean and warm. Fully equipped ( bedding , handkerchiefs , cosmetics ). The kitchen is perfectly equipped, nothing was missing. Very friendly and hearty service. Location for us was also super - I recommend !

I recommend this hotel, it is clean and quiet. Beautiful view of the mountains. Breakfast and dinner are delicious. You are very nice at the reception.
